Children of Central Government Employees, irrespective of their nativity, provided their parents or guardians (only if both parents are not alive) have been serving in Tamil Nadu continuously for the past five years can be eligible to apply.

Nice college for the learners.
Placements: My college is one of the top engineering colleges in the Chennai region, continuously maintaining more than 95% placement. The highest package in my college history is 66 lacs per annum. The average package is 6 LPAs. Companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, Zoho, Upper, etc. are recruiting students from my college.
Infrastructure: More than 75% of the facilities in my college have completed their Ph.D. and are well experienced. The college will provide everything for your educational purposes. Wi-fi-enabled campus, digital library and AICTE-approved labs. RMK groups in college are known for food. They are providing 5-star-rated foods.
Faculty: Faculty members are very informative and they are always ready to guide the students. Examinations are conducted very strictly and question papers are also not very easy to face. Every 15 days, they will conduct examinations. They will punish you very severely if you are involved in any type of malpractice.

The best college for value of money.
Placements: Our college students are placed in top-notch companies like Amazon, Infosys, cognizant, IBM, Wipro, TCS. Over 85% of students got selected in placements. This year our college student got the highest package of 25 Lacs per annum. And a minimum of 5 Lacs per annum. Almost 80% of students got internships in top companies like Amazon, Infosys, Cognizant, TCS.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is extremely good. Mobile phones are not allowed in our college. Our college of more a number of clubs to improve our Knowledge like the coding club. The labs are extremely good and the latest instruments are provided in the lab. The food provided in our college is extremely good. Our college provides healthy and hygienic food. The taste of the food is extremely good.
Faculty: Our college teachers are always helpful to us. Well qualified, knowledgeable and experienced teachers are there. Always teachers treat us in a friendly way. The teaching quality is awesome. The teaching us in a fantastic and modern way. They using the latest technologies as well as the latest educations. The difficulty of the semester exam is average. The pass percentage is above 97%.

It's one of the best colleges in Tamil Nadu and has a good ranking in Tamil Nadu and all over India.
Placements: Placements are quite good in our college in the previous year. Students from all fields got placed in different companies. The highest salary package of 10 LPA was offered in the academic year of 2019-2020. The average salary package offered ranges from 2 LPA-3 LPA. Over 300 students got placed in the previous year. Internships are also offered to students in the final year. The placement process is easy, and our college is very supportive in every field.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is excellent, and there is a wonderful environment. The entire campus is neat, clean and lush green, and the classrooms are well-equipped with good ventilators. The food court and gardens are kept clean from time to time. So, there are no hygiene issues here. Our college has IT infrastructure, which includes fibre optics cables, LAN and Wi-Fi facility throughout the campus, and they are supported by multiple servers 24x7. Our college has an ultra-modern seminar hall which is equipped with audiovisual and presentation tools to conduct interactive sessions between students and industry people.
Faculty: Teachers here are good, very friendly and helpful towards all students. Our college conducts a lot of practical classes which make the students understand the theory part easily. Lecturers support students emotionally and also mentally. Academics are well updated and planned. Students need to cope up with teachers to improve their academic performance.

I am dissatisfied because of strict rules. Otherwise, our college was good in placements.
Placements: Around 90% of the students got placed in our college. In our course, the highest salary package offered is 10 LPA, the average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is around 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are Amazon, Zilker, Zoho, Infosys, etc. The top role offered to the students is a software developer. Almost 20% of the students got an internship in companies like Infosys, Zoho, Zilker and CTS.
Infrastructure: In our department, lab facilities are very good, and they provide an individual system for each student. The library is also good. Hostel facilities are good because of appropriate rules, and the food served is the best among all the colleges. Regarding sports, our college is taking much efforts.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were good in their teaching skills. They are well-knowledgeable and were very helpful in all the situations like during semester exams. Quality of teachers teaching skills is good. The course curriculum is relevant to what the industry is expecting from the students.
Other: I have an interest in the IT industry, so I have chosen this course.

The college provides good placements, but they need to increase practical knowledge.
Placements: Almost 82% of the students who are eligible for placements got placed in some decent companies. The highest salary package offered was 28 LPA by Amazon and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA in day 1 companies like Infosys, TCS and CTS. Top recruiting companies of our college are Amazon, Zoho, Infosys, TCS, CTS, E&Y, NewGen, Coda Global, Zilker Technology, etc. Top roles offered to the students are a software developer and software tester in most of the cases. In our course, the highest salary package offered is 28 LPA, the average salary package offered is 4 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Only 5% of the students got an internship in companies like Virtusa, Codingmart Technologies, etc.
Infrastructure: In our college, Wi-Fi is available, but many useful websites are blocked. Labs, classrooms and library are good. The hostel is good, but only non-air-conditioned rooms are available. Medical facilities are not available. Quality of food served in the mess is good, and there is a ground for games.
Faculty: All the teachers here are helpful and qualified, but they are not knowledgeable. If we go to them with any queries, then they are ready to help, but they don't know how to approach for solution for a particular problem. In the course curriculum, practical knowledge is not provided. They just teach lessons and make us study important questions which makes students to score good marks but not good knowledge.
Other: I have chosen this course because my passion is to work with different computing machines. The best thing about the course is after completing it we have many oppurtunities in the IT sector. The college should provide more practical knowledge. Only a symposium and a sports day will be conducted every year in our college, but most of the students don't attend these events because they are not worth it.
