Good. I'm happy that I am studying in RNS Institute of Technology.

Placements: The placement is really good. Our college makes sure that a person is placed at least in a single company. But the problem is that the average package of a person is too less. But the advantage is that the college makes sure that everyone is placed in a company provided the student has the required aggregate.

Good education, knowledge can be gained to the next level. Really good faculty

Placements: Placements are quite good enough. But not many companies come to the college campus. Most of them were either pool or the students were sent to the respective companies. Around 40-50% of the students were placed. The highest was 6 LPA, the lowest was 2 LPA and the average was 3 LPA. Roles offered to students were pretty good, nothing worse. Very less percent of students got the internship from the college.

Absolutely not satisfied by teachers, but there were good placements here.

Placements: Placements for our senior batch was around 75 percent according to the statistical analysis by our college, and they are giving training in the 6th semester. The highest salary package offered was Rs. 24 lacks per annum, and the average is Rs. 6 lakhs per annum, while the lowest is Ra. 3.25 Lakhs. TCS, Wipro, Mindtree, and many such companies visit the college and the roles offered were like that of a technical software developer. Around, 50 percent of the students got an internship here, and ma...

Detailed review of RNSIT campus, faculty, infrastructure and placements

Placements: Those from the CS, ISE and ECE departments are all placed with an average package of 3.5 LPA. The highest is up to 12 LPA. Many got placed in companies like Bosch and Samsung which offer up to 6 LPA. If you work hard for 4 years, you won't regret coming to this college. If you work hard, the college will provide opportunities.

RNSIT is overall a good college and is improving day by day.

Placements: Placement is quite good here. There is a higher percentage of job offers this year than previous years. About 70-80 percent of students have been placed. There are mass as well as core companies for IT courses. But evergreen courses like civil and mechanical lack core companies. Hence, it is a problem for them. The average salary is 4 lakh per annum.

Record breaking placements in 2016.

Placements: We have placement offers from different MNCs. This time over 120 companies visited the campus that includes Google, Nokia, Infosys, IBM, Accenture, Bosch, HP, Wipro, AT&T, HCL, Accord, Tech Mahindra and much more. Last year, about 600 students of various branches were placed which is the maximum so far. Placements have been drastically increased every year. Students are trained in communication and facing interviews and also to face several aptitude tests in the third and the fourth year. ...

Satisfied with the college but can develop a a lot more.

Placements: College placements are average here and not that you get big companies here like Flipkart and Amazon, it is really rare. You do get average placements with good packages like 6-7 lakh in the computer field. They also provide a few job specific companies which are specific to their requirement and select only those who are the best at that job with a higher package but selecting such companies will not allow you to sit in other companies' placements.

Join EC, EEE or MECH only if you are interested or else, take up CS or IS in RNSIT.

Placements: There are just 2 core companies that came which were, Robert Bosch and Sankalp Semiconductors which offered pay packages of 6 LPA and 3.5 LPA. The rest were all IT-sector companies like Accenture, Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Juspay and so on, Offering from a scale of 2 to 4 LPA.

Placements should improve, percentage of placements is high, but average pay is way too less.

Placements: Placements are good but not the best. 3 mass recruiters and many startups come to the college. If you have minimum 55% and enough technical knowledge, aptitude skills and communication skills, you will be placed for sure. 90% of placed students get 3-3.5 LPA. Maximum pay is 6.5 LPA. But almost all companies offered software engineer role, while some gave other roles. Around 10% of students get internship through college. Highest stipend offered is 27k by AT&T. Average stipend is around 10k. Per...

Very good college. Decent infrastructure, comparatively better placements & good engineering crowd.

Placements: Placements are pretty good. Every year, around 95% of the students are placed. If your aggregate is above 65-70% you will surely get placed. Big companies like Robert Bosch, Sankalp Semiconductors, Aryaka Networks, Aurigo, HP, Yodlee, Triveni, Zscaler visit the campus. Other IT companies like Accenture, Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra, CGI, LPA etc also visit the campus. Average package is around 3LPA. Maximum package of about 12 LPA. The college won't give you the permission for internship...

Placement is good in ECE, CSE and ISE. Other than these branches, do not prefer any other branch.

Placements: Good placement records in CSE, ECE and ISE at about 70% -90%. The most number of students having no backlogs are getting placed in these above-mentioned branches. In the other branches, it is not good, and we can take the example of mechanical engineering where the placement is about 30%-40%, which is not good. The average package offered in CSE, ECE and ISE is near about 3.5-4 lakhs in IT-based companies while 6-7 lakhs is offered in the core companies.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of placements but really good faculty.

Placements: Placement is average in our college but there will be plenty of mass recruiters, hence, there is no worry of getting an average placement. However, if someone is looking for a higher package or so, then this college is not for you. All over 95% of eligible students are placed in good companies. The highest salary till now is 6.2 LPA offered by Aryaka Networks and the average is 3.5 LPA. Internships have been offered by various companies, the major ones being AT&T which offered 27000 per month....

RNSIT is a decent college and one can go for it, especially the CSE and ECE departments.

Placements: The placement is good and it starts in the 6th semester. Training is also provided to the students before the placements begin so as to get an idea of how the placements are conducted, which benefits a lot. Around 90% students got placed. The highest package was 15-17 LPA offered by Flipkart. The average package was around 3.5 LPA offered by mass recruiters like Accenture, Infosys and Wipro.

Good placements in 2015, good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Placements were good for both our seniors as well as our batch (whoever was eligible for placement, got placed). 2015 batch: Highest salary: 6.43 LPA Lowest salary: 2 LPA Average salary: 3.25 LPA Majority of the companies offered the role of software engineer. Very few students got internships. 20k per month was the stipend.

RNSIT confronts you as an average engineering college at first, but it is very well managed. The shrewd exterior conceals quite well equipped facilities. It may not possess the fancy architecture like many other colleges have, but it makes up for it in what goes on inside. The faculty members are splendid and welcoming to impart knowledge. The campus infrastructure is great. Tuition fees is modest as compared to other colleges. The locality in which it is located is easily accessible and bustles...

Look at any teacher in RNSIT, and he/she must have been a HOD at some point of time in his/her life in one college or the other. Placement package ranges from 2.4 lacs to 24 lacs per annum. Architectural infrastructure of the college is not that much good, but not even so bad, as all the buildings look exactly similar. The crowd is very engaging and the atmosphere is always conducive. The college aims at fun and academics as a complete experience and delivers the same. Placements are above average with companies like TCS, Mahindra, and Wipro etc. regularly recruiting from the college in large numbers. The college fest Pantheon is also celebrated with a lot of joy and excitement. Faculty are a mixed bag with certain faculty very experienced and good at their subjects. A very good college to study.
