A good college in terms of knowledge, placements and faculty.

Placements: The placements are average over here, neither too high nor too low. The average CTC offered is 3-4 LPA. The roles offered are of software developer, web designer and analyst jobs. There are many marketing placements too. The college does not give internships, and it has to be done by students. The college also provides off-campus placement notices.

A nice college with value for money.

Placements: Most of the students got placed in IT companies. All the students in our batch got placed. There were around 20 companies from different sectors, and CS branch has got the highest placements followed by mechanical branch and then the civil branch. A lot of companies are also offering internships.

Faculty and infrastructure are great, and the placements are good.

Placements: The placement percentage was quite good during 2016 and 2017. Approximately, 80% of the students were placed. The placement cell was quite active to organise the interviews and inviting different delegates to provide motivation and guidelines to the students about placements.

It is very nice college with low fee structure as compare to others.

Placements: Placement is very nice in this college. Lots of company with different job profiles came during my time and may of the students get the job in hand, ofcorse it is a issue that job profile is mainly based on non-technical in which technical students have offered of that companies and some technical profiles also offered to non-technical students such as students related to buissness management. But overall as compared to other colleges it provides very good placement opportunities.

Satisfactory college facilities.

Placements: Placements were above average as by the end of the session almost people were placed in some or the other company Although package was quite less. Average package was between 2.8 to 3 LPA. Our senior batch had more options in placements because company visit was more.

Overall, the college is good in every aspect.

Placements: The placement cell in the college is good. Placements of my batch were good. The highest package offered was 4 LPA from the college, and 8 LPA from pool drives. Reputed companies like Infogain Infotech, etc., visited the college for placements. The placement cell arranges the drive in a well-mannered way.

Placements: The placement process in our college is conducted and supported by industrial project and visits, placement cell, network with alumni and network with industry experts. Students attend the sessions in which the information of companies is given. Mock interviews are conducted in the college. Overall, the placement structure was average, and opportunities are given to everyone.

A good college but needs improvement in some aspects.

Placements: More than 60% of the students got offers among those who attended the placements, and the average salary package offered would be around 2.50-3 lacs per annum. Not many students go for internships. The companies that came for placements were mostly tech companies, and a good amount of computer science students were placed.

Review of Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology (RKGIT).

Placements: The placement rate of the college is increasing every year. New companies are collaborating with the CRC department of our college, every year. Students are getting new opportunities. It is leading them to learn new things and exploring the world. The CRC department is very helpful as they always send a message to every student regarding the new companies coming to the college for recruitment. They allow us to come up with different ideas which can be helpful in providing more and more placement...

It is an average college for average crowd.

Placements: The placement cell does not work up to the mark. They do not invite mass recruiters. They call too many startups, so the CTC which the companies provide is very low. The number of companies visiting the college is also less. Approximately, 80% of the students get placed every year.

It was really a good experience in the college.

Placements: Many companies visited the college when I was in my final year. All types of companies like BPO, KPO, and core, visited the college. Many students got placed. But, most of the companies that visited the campus were for computer science students.

Placements: Placements in our college were good. Many students got placed in good and reputed multinational companies. They have conducted many placement drives in the college as well as around the college. Students got placed in many of those companies. Even an average student has got selected for multiple companies.

Satisfied because of the faculty, the environment and the fest. Placement are disappointing.

Placements: Placements are not upto the mark. The placement cell will try to get you a job but just a job, not necessarily of your domain or interest. Specially for ECE they only get BPO or it opportunities. The average salary is very low. I got 3 offer letters at the end of my course but None worth joining. But the good part is that most of us got an offer letter in their hands.

An insight into RKGIT. Life inside the campus and exploration of oneself and college life.

Placements: The placement is quite decent especially for the branches like CSE, ECE & IT. The core branches like ME have great faculty. The placement cell does an awesome job being very active. Even if an average student gets placed. The placement percentage is about 80%. .

The infrastructure was good. The college was disciplined and punctual in studies.

Placements: Almost 80% of the students got placed through college placements. The highest salary package offered was 8 LPA. Mostly software developer roles were offered to the placed students. Companies like Accenture, Capgemini, etc., visited our college to hire students. No one got an internship from the college.

The infrastructure is good with all the necessary facilities.

Placements: In the year 2017-18, the placement percentage was about 70-80%. The highest salary package offered was 5 LPA, and the average was about 2 LPA. Last year, companies like Infotech, Infogain, etc., visited the campus for placements. Only a few students got their dream jobs in their respective field, and the rest didn't get. The placement cell (CRC) is efficient in providing jobs to students.

The college is good, but you have to do a lot of things on your own to move forward.

Placements: The placements in the college are good, but now, it is decreasing because of the faculty. The students are not trying to do something on their own. The college is trying to invite more companies for placements and also trying to spread awareness among students too.

Not completely dissatisfied, but the college needs to improve in some areas.

Placements: The placements are average, and only a few core companies visit the college for recruitment. The highest package offered is around Rs. 20,000 per month and the average salary offered is around Rs. 12,000 per month. There are no good companies visiting the college for placements, and if they visit, they recruit none of the students.
