Q:   Is MBA/PGDM at Raja Balwant Singh Management Technical Campus worth the investment?

A:
{Source: MBA/PGDM students & alumni}

Here's what current students and alumni have to say:

* Infrastructure: While the building is not too big, it has an auditorium, playground, badminton court, library, and computer labs. However, the quality of canteen food is poor, and there is no hostel facility.
* Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified, experienced, and supportive. They offer individual solutions when students face problems with their studies.
* Placements: About 30% of students are placed, with the highest package being INR12 Lacs per annum and the minimum being INR2.5 Lacs per annum. Top recruiting companies include Lenskart, Kotak Mahindra, and HCL.
* Internships: Around 40% of students secure internships, with 20% getting opportunities from the hotel industry and tourism sector.
* Course structure: The curriculum provides a solid foundation in each subject, making students industry-ready. However, some students feel that more practical knowledge would be beneficial.
* Supportive environment: The campus has a positive atmosphere, with various competitions and events held throughout the year.

While the college has its strengths, such as highly qualified faculty and good placements, it lacks in terms of infrastructure (no hostel facility) and canteen services. Additionally, some students may find the course structure too focused on theory.

In conclusion, whether or not the MBA/PGDM programme at Raja Balwant Singh Management Technical Campus is worth the investment depends on individual preferences and goals. For those seeking a supportive learning environment, good placements, and industry connections, the college might be a suitable choice. However, potential students should carefully weigh the pros and cons before making a decision.

Fabulous experience I got a great exposure in this college.
Placements: 60 to 70% of students were placed by this college who have completed the MBA and MCA courses in this college and have all the necessary facilities. They offer the highest package is 10 LPA and the average package is 5 LPA who complete the MBA in this college. Mostly top companies for hiring students such as Wipro, Walking Tree, and Pro Desk. Mostly they offer marketing roles for MBA freshers.
Infrastructure: The facilities and the infrastructures available in my college for the MBA course, sageer Wi-Fi lamps fully furnished smart classrooms, libraries and the quality of the food available in the hostel and the canteen. It's acceptable, but it needs more improvement and having all other facilities such as a medical facility, sports, and games. The infrastructure in my college is good Infrastructure in my college is good.
Faculty: When I'm talking about my college faculty being good, they are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable teachers. The quality of Teaching is good. The course curriculum was relevant. Yes, it makes me ready for my Teachers to be very experienced. They are very helpful and supportive in search for the average students.

I spent a good time in this college.
Placements: The college has good placement facilities. They are providing placement facilities to every student who has completed the master's course in this college. Fifty percent of students were placed by this college. The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA, and the lowest package offered by this college was 3 LPA. Thirty percent of students are getting internships from top recruitment companies.
Infrastructure: My college infrastructure is good. All the necessary facilities are available in my college, such as Wi-Fi, labs, furnished classrooms, and rides. The quality of the food available in my college canteen is acceptable, but it needs more improvement, as well as all the other facilities like sports and games.
Faculty: My college faculty is good. They are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable teachers. The quality of teaching in my college is very good. They are very supportive, and my course curriculum was relevant. Yes, it makes me ready for my job. No semester was difficult.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty and bad placement.
Placements: In this college, no good companies come, and only some local companies from Agra provide free jobs or sales and marketing jobs with very low salaries or no pay. No top recruitment will come to this college as per my 5 years of experience here. Only network marketing and sales-related companies come, which give you only 5 to 10k per month.
Infrastructure: College labs are good, but they do not provide you with practical knowledge about your syllabus. Only go there and sit and do only basic practicals. Classes are good and have good ventilation. But there is no AC in classrooms and projectors are in every classroom. Teachers teach you only about theory but do not know much about practical knowledge. If you ask them, they will tell you some time. No support from your teachers to provide you with good jobs.
Faculty: Teachers are average in knowledge because they provide you with only theoretical knowledge but not practical knowledge. They don't know how you can make a real application and website, how you can use a database, or how to connect a backend to a frontend. They don’t know what subject you focus on or not. The curriculum is very good for every subject and topic in your subject. Which is necessary for your learning and provides you with a good job, but at last, you yourself will have to do your study; teachers do not give you good knowledge. They teach you by downloading other colleges’ PDFs.
Other: This course, at my point, you don't need to choose this course because you will be bound to this for 5 years. According to me, you should choose BCA first, then do MCA.

I have got great exposure from my college.
Placements: My college has good placement facilities. They are very helpful in getting placement to students from MBA and MCA courses. They offer 10 LPA, the highest package offer, and the average package is 5 LPA. Top companies come for hiring students, such as Walking Tree Technologies, Wipro, Pro Des, IndiaMART, and many MNCs and get 50% of students internships from these companies and good exposure.
Infrastructure: My college infrastructure is small and it needs more improvement and having good space for ground and good facilities like furnished and smart classrooms, libraries, and games facilities and the quality of food available in the canteen is just only acceptable it needs more improvements.
Faculty: The teaching staff in my college was good. I got always support from my teachers. They are very supportive and experienced teachers, and the quality of teaching in college is fabulous. Yes, my course curriculum was relevant. Yes, my college is very supportive.

I spend a fabulous experience .
Placements: My college provides placement facilities to every student who has completed a master's course from this college. Seventy percent of students were placed by this college. The highest package offered was 7 LPA, and the lowest package offered was 2 LPA. HCL, ICICI Prudential, Wipro, Walking Tree, and Prodesk come for campus drives at my college. They mostly provide sales roles.
Infrastructure: My college has good infrastructure, but it's small. It has all the necessary facilities that are required for every student in the college, such as Wi-Fi facilities, labs, smart classrooms, libraries, and fully furnished classrooms. The quality of the facilities in my college is good, and the quality of food available in the canteen is acceptable, but it needs more improvement.
Faculty: My college faculty is very good. They provide every support to average students. They are very experienced and knowledgeable people, and the quality of the teaching is very good. And yes, my course curriculum was relevant. It made me ready for my job. No semester is difficult.

A good college that could be even better with a bit more effort.
Placements: At least 50% of the students are placed each year in my course. The highest package, as far as I know, is around 12 LPA. The top recruiting companies for my course are Dell, Lenskart, HCL, TCS, etc. Around 60% of the students got internships in companies like TCS, HCL, Lenskart, Bajaj, etc. Top roles offered in my course are Data Analysts, Software developers, Cybersecurity engineers, etc.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are equipped with projectors, we have lecture halls for seminars, and we have specialized computer labs with high-speed wifi. The quality of the facilities is okay; I haven't really tried the food available in the canteen, but I've heard that it's good and affordable. Sports and games are often held in our college.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers were helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was good. Yes, the course is relevant and is in accordance with the current industry standards. The semester exams are not too difficult as most of the students are usually well prepared, thanks to regular tests and projects.
Other: I chose this course because I want to become a software developer. The best thing is that it is an integrated course, which would also give me a Master's degree by the end of it. I wish that subjects like mobile development and AI were introduced earlier in the course. Our college has annual festivals, debates, coding competitions, etc. quite regularly.
