Good coaching experience, but the worst hostel experience.
Placements: There are nearly 100% of the students placed yet, but most of the students are placed for the sake of showing the placed student percentage. The highest package is INR 6 lacs per annum, and the lowest package is INR 1.8 lacs per annum.
TCS, CTS, HCL, Byjus, and Econ Systems are the top recruiting companies.
Data analysts and circuit designers are the top job roles offered.
Infrastructure: The college facilities and infrastructure are quite good. We have labs with good equipment, classrooms with good ambience, and a library with a wide range of books.
Hostel food is average, but the infrastructure and the stay in the hostel are the worst. If you want to put your son or daughter in this college hostel, please change your decision.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, except for one or two. Since they have great knowledge about the subjects and topics they are teaching about, the teachers are very qualified.
Yes, it makes the students industry-ready.
The semester is pretty easy to pass; it's not rocket science over here.

I am not satisfied with this college because of the lack of programs.
Placements: There are around 40% of students in computer science and engineering. CSE course helps to find work in IT-related companies around the world. The college tuition fee is around Rs.80,000 per annum. Top recruiting companies include IBM, Byju's, and other top companies .
Infrastructure: Our college doesn't have Wi-Fi and classrooms. The canteen is shutdown for some reason. There are labs for our department of which the computer lab is good with Wi-Fi and air conditioning facilities. The other labs aren't much good. There is no importance for sports in this college which is disappointing.
Faculty: Teachers in this college are highly qualified but they teach us in their Mother tongue that is Tamil language, which is not a professional way of communication in an engineering college. Students not from Kerala find it difficult to understand Tamil and thereby not understanding the classes.

Good faculty but dissatisfied with placement.
Placements: The placement in our college is average because they only provide third-tier companies and BPO companies. They don't organize any on-campus drives; instead, they send students to off-campus drives. I totally dislike the placement, and now I am jobless and intend to study MBA in a different college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college is beautiful with five blocks: one APJ Abdul Kalam Block, two Ramanujam Blocks, one Library Block, one Admission Block, and one Canteen Block. They recently painted and cleaned the buildings, making it even more beautiful now.
Faculty: The faculty members in my college are more knowledgeable and friendly to the students. Especially, Saravanan sir is the most likable and respectable among the students because they support the students in both academic and non-academic performance and give advice on lifestyle too.
Other: They conduct sports day and cultural events which are the most entertaining of the total four years.

Review of Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering and Technology.
Placements: More than 88% of students were placed in our course in biomedical engineering. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 1.25 LPA and the average salary package offered was 3.25 LPA. Top companies such as TCS, HCL, Wipro, Capgemini, etc., visited our campus.
Infrastructure: The college facilities and infrastructure were good for our course. Wi-Fi had excellent browsing speed. Wi-Fi was provided in R&D. All computer labs were clean and provided with qualified technicians. The library contained a large number of books.
Faculty: Our teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable to teach their own specified subjects. Their teaching quality was very good. The course curriculum was relevant to the stream. Semester exams were not difficult and the pass percentage was 50%.
Other: I chose this course because it had future scope and value.

Review of Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering and Technology.
Placements: Above 60% of students had placements in the computer science department. Cognizant Technology Solutions (CTS), Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) off-campus, Dev Care solutions, and some of the banks were the top recruiting companies. The top recruitment company is CTS only. The internship was based on our interests. No arrears is a must.
Infrastructure: Hostel foods were average in our college and they encouraged the people who are interested to get involved in sports. The cultural events conducted were superb. For the library, all books were available but students mostly preferred teachers' notes.
Faculty: Teaching will be good at Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering and Technology and the staff members were more friendly with the students. Our exam results were based on internal marks too. So internal exams were more important for semester. During the semester exam, if we face tough question papers, these internal marks help the students.
Other: I chose this course to get a job and work in the IT field. So many of the students had a dream while doing engineering college.

Placements: About 50% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered in our course is 5 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 3 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is Rs. 50,000 per annum. Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. The college provides all facilities. Our college provides all kinds of sports and games. Food served is available at any time. It provides a high-quality mess and canteen. The college provides medical facilities too for our emergency use.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. It has a very well teaching system apart from our subjects. They teach practically and theoretically. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes the students industry-ready. Our college has well-defined faculty members. They have a presence of mind in our subjects. They teach easily, and we can understand it very well.
Other: Events and fests are conducted yearly in our college.
