Our college has good faculty members but there are no good placements.

Placements: Around 10-15% of the students are placed. TCS and Wipro are the top companies visiting the campus. Internships are not offered in our college. College should provide internships for students as it will help in their future as colleges provide. It becomes easy for the student.

You can opt for this after KJ Somaya and DJ Sanghavi.

Placements: Placements at RGIT are average. But if you have skills and have worked hard then you can have a great salary package at the end of the day. Some students go for off-campus placements while some go for higher studies. Many core students also do technical chores for better job opportunities.

The college has some really good teachers.

Placements: Very few placements are available for us, and less than 40% of students got placed. There is no effort from the college to help students get more placements, and the students are not guided properly in preparing resumes and how to clear the interviews.

RGIT is a decent college with decent staff and decent placements.

Placements: I am from the 2020 CS batch, and for our batch the placements were good. Almost 70% of the students were placed from the students who opted for placements. Others went to do masters. The highest salary package offered for our batch was 10 LPA by Byju's. Top recruiting companies are TCS and Infosys. Internships were done by some students but they got internship opportunities from off-campus. Software development and business analyst and other related fields for CS students were offered.

It has excellent faculty members.

Placements: In my college, about 30-40% of students get placement. About 20% of students opt for higher studies, and the remaining seek of job. Companies like Infosys, TCS, L&T and Mahindra visit our college for placements. The salary package offered ranges from 3-4 LPA. The highest salary package offered ranges from 14-17 LPA, but only a few students are able to get that.

Best college in Mumbai for mechanical engineering .

Placements: College gives best placements every year. Many MNCs are coming for recruitment and give decent packages to students. Companies like L&T, Mahindra and Mahindra, Tata motors, Tata steel, Byjus and many other mechanical companies come for recruitment . It gives decent packages of 3.9 lacs per annum .

I am satisfied with the teaching techniques of the college.

Placements: Hardly 1 or 2 core companies approached the college this year. Few IT and sales companies visit our college with low salaries and low intake. It does not teach the students how to crack the interviews before the placements drive.

It is a place which can change your life.

Placements: Top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, Mindstix, etc. Almost 85% of students from the computer department are placed. Students from other departments mainly opt for further studies. There are plenty of internship opportunities also for students. The highest salary package offered is 8-9 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2.5LPA.

I am dissatisfied with this college. It provides a poor education system and bad teaching.

Placements: Placements in our college are very poor, and it just does show off. It does not help or guide students. Our college does not provide an internship, and you have to search on your own. Initially, they only claim that you will get placed, but they don't even ask once you pass out.

Overall, I had a very nice experience.

Placements: Accenture, L&T, etc., were the companies that came for recruitment. Many students got an opportunity to explore and apply for different jobs, and the results for the year were really great. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Lots of workshops and seminars are arranged by the committee of the college.

Placements: Most of the companies coming for placements are IT Companies. The highest salary package offered is 8.4 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 1.20 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 5 LPA. Top recruiters are L&T Infotech, TCS, Infosys, etc. Normally, 70-80% of the students from computer science and information technology got placed, and the rest of the crowd goes for higher studies.

The placements are good, but the infrastructure needs immediate renovation.

Placements: All the companies coming for placements are IT companies. The lowest package offered is around 3 LPA, and the highest package is around 6 LPA. The top recruiters are Accenture, Capgemini, Tata Consultancy Services etc. No internships are offered by the college.

There are no good placements. I suggest thinking twice before taking admission.

Placements: I am a student at RGIT College. The department is on the verge of getting dissolved with no good placements and a scarcity of teaching staff members. Every year, the numbers of students opting for this branch is also deteriorating. Good companies and core companies are not visiting here for placements, and the placement rate of our college is also below average.

Faculty is great, infrastructure should be improved and placements are satisfactory.

Placements: 95% of students were placed. The top recruiting companies were L&T and Jio. The top roles offered were software engineer and software developer. The highest package was 8 LPA and the average was 4 LPA. 100% of my batch mates got internships. The college has an active internship cell that helps every student from every branch.

I suggest you not to join RGIT.

Placements: Internship opportunities are not provided by our college, and students are discouraged by our college to do internships because they might lose their attendance. Most of the recruiting companies are mass recruiters, but they don't hire more than 10-15 students at a time. The starting salary package offered is as low as 1.5 LPA-2 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is up to 5 LPA or 6 LPA. There are very few recruiters, and even they aren't focusing on RGIT as much now because students wh...

This college is not recommended for core courses.

Placements: Less than 5% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. The average salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Placements are very poor here, and this college is not recommended. Placement officers only invite IT companies and don't invite any core company. None of the students got internships. Telecommunication engineer, system engineer and network engineer are the top roles offered in our course.

The college is good and value for education and money.

Placements: Normally 80% of the students got placed in computer science and information technology courses, and remaining students went for higher studies and business as they wish. The lowest salary package offered is nearby 2 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 6 to 7 LPA. The highest salary package offered outside India is 13 LPA, for which you have to know their language as Japanese. A student got a salary package of 19 LPA. This college is good for mechanical engineering students only. It doesn't promote creativity.

Placements: Placements are provided only in the field of IT, and not enough core recruiters visit our college for placements. No matter which course you choose, the training and placement cell of our college will invite IT companies and make you get placed in them. The average salary package offered is low. If students want to join masters or MS, then this college is fine.

I am dissatisfied because of the faculty, playground and placement activities.

Placements: Our college offers courses like B.E in computer science, masters in electronics, B.E in instrumentation, B.E in electronics and telecommunication, B.E in mechanical and B.E in an information technology course. Placements in our college are good for courses like computer science, information technology and mechanical.

Lack of infrastructure and necessary industrial exposure.

Placements: Very few instrumentation companies came for placements and it was quite disappointing. Mostly students went for IT sector which was common for IT, Instrumentation, and EXTC branch and hardly 30 to 60 students were selected during the whole year.
