Placements: Placement is average; most of the company were BPOs. The average package was like 2–3 lacs; there were no such top companies like TCS and Wipro. If people want to seek placement there, they need to go to LinkedIn and apply for some company where they can do an internship.
Placements: In my batches (Political Science Honours), students got admission in the general category between 680 to 700 marks, but reserved candidates can easily get admission with 500 marks. We have a placement cell in our college, but I guess it is not capable enough to ensure even an internship, so please do not rely on it. There is a very low percentage of students who got placements, and most of them are from Science courses like Computer Science, etc.
Placements: There are no official placements at Ram Lal College, although there is a placement cell in the college that conducts an annual internship fair for everyone. Students from all courses can sit for interviews at this fair and there is a high chance of landing an internship.
Placements: There is not much placement in our course at B.Sc. level and on average, 30 percent of the total strength gets an internship. Being a student of geology, one should be a field geologist, hydrologist, mineralogist and so on. There are many, like ONGC, ISRO, Oil India and GSI, that offer internships as well as placements at M.Sc. level.
Placements: The recruitment cell does not work properly. Hardly any company comes to our college. The placement rate is low. But you can participate in various societies; they work pretty well and are engaging too. The internship is also low; the company really doesn't approach us. The placement cell is getting better now; students are working.
Placements: Last year, the majority of students who achieved top scores were successfully placed, while approximately 30 percent of students secured placements. Prominent recruiting companies such as OLX, Ola, and Swiggy were actively involved in the placement process. The highest package offered was 16 lakhs, while the lowest package stood at 4 lakhs. Additionally, students were able to secure internships through the college society, which also provided opportunities for higher roles.
Placements: Our college provides a decent amount of placement and internship opportunities to all students. Around 25% of students get placed, 5 LPA is the highest package. There are no such big companies; college provides good roles for internship roles like assistant HR are offered.
Placements: I'm in the first year, so I don't know about the percentage of placed students. However, the college's placement cell is there to help you get placed. I don't know about the highest and lowest packages, to be honest, and the companies either. No, the college is not providing any internship opportunities, but when you get into DU colleges, you will find a lot of outside groups that help you get internships with multiple companies. The top roles offered in my course are a professor, government job...
Placements: There are good placements in my college. There are many societies in my college in which you can participate, such as the placement cell in which you will learn the skills that are important to start a future in entrepreneurship. And companies also approach there.
Placements: I am a fresher and got admission in this college in 2023 so I don't know exactly how many and what percentage of students were placed in my course as well as the college but I know the placement rate is very low in the south campus colleges of Delhi University. When it comes to internships, college professionals have never offered any internships, but some groups in college bring placement opportunities to students in various companies like Tata, Wipro, etc.
Placements: Ram Lal Anand College provides good on-campus placement opportunities for BMS students. Many non-tech and business analyst companies visit campus for hiring. The highest package in college is INR 20 LPA, and the average package is around INR 6 LPA.
Placements: Placement cells are so active. Maximum students get placement. Top recruiting companies come to campus. The average salary package offered is INR 4 to 5 lacs. Even so many internship opportunities come to college. But there are some exceptions, like students from BMS and B.Com. getting most of the placements.
Placements: Few students got placed in this course. The highest salary package offered was 8 LPA. The lowest salary package was around 3 LPA. Few students got placed in Axis Bank. Internships are also offered at this college. The top role offered is full stack developer.
Placements: Usually, students do not look for internships in the microbiology field. Many students also end up changing their field of study after graduation, so a shift is seen in internships in other sectors. Companies do come here, but a hefty package can surely not be expected. It is certainly not a top-tier DU college.
Placements: Placement is good. Students here get placement. The highest package was INR 2.6 lacs, and the average package was INR 2 Lacs. Students here enjoy themselves a lot; they feel very good about studying here. There is a lot of opportunity, and students here have to do a lot of hard work to get placements.
Placements: As of now, college does provide some placements but it doesn't offer many placements. Moreover, students who are enrolled in the political Science course are mainly preparing for the competitive examinations like UPSC state service, etc.
Placements: From what I've seen, the placement cell is not exactly inactive. During the last 3 months, it actually organized 3 events, some resume-building workshop, and internship training programme. Last year the packages offered in the Computer Science course weren't that high but they were near average. Some of the top recruiting companies for the college's course include Amazon (highly unlikely though), Wipro, Chegg and ICICI prudential life insurance. Being only freshers, no one from our batch has rec...
Placements: 15-18 percent students of total college strength are there in this course . No packages are offered in this course. One of the highest percentage of internships offered in whole DU, placement cell is also very active and weekly internships are offered frequently.
