Our college had good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Our college does not provide good placements. Students have to make a portfolio and apply for jobs at different firms. Internships are not provided. Students have to find it for themselves.
Infrastructure: The hostel fees are expensive. Our college provides good infrastructure. The quality of the food is not good. There are PGs near Ramaiah. Students have to either cook themselves or opt for mess service. Wi-Fi is available. Labs are good.
Faculty: Textbooks and notes will be revised periodically. The course curriculum is the same for a maximum of two batches. It will be set according to the current trend. Semester exams are very easy. Many students pass easily, but a few struggle during the viva.

Good faculty, below-average infrastructure, but a great college life.
Placements: The Architecture department doesn't have placements. You need to apply on your own elsewhere and no additional help is provided by the college, although the faculty is supportive and can provide assistance if necessary. You need to build on your portfolio on your own, but the faculty gives help. The better the portfolio, the better it is for you to get placed. The starting salary is really low, but it takes time for one to earn better.
Infrastructure: Ramaiah is a very old college. The infrastructure is outdated and no effort is made to renovate the buildings. The desks and chairs are bad, but we are still expected to use them without complaining. Toilets are pathetic. Hostels are good for single stays but expensive. There is student Wi-Fi available, but it is limited and we have to pay a higher price for it. A canteen exists; good food but unhygienic seating conditions. Sports are good.
Faculty: Most teachers are well qualified, and we have a great curriculum. Teachers are helpful even if they don't teach you, which is a big plus. The curriculum is partly industry-oriented. Semester-end exams are easy if you studied at least once. Nearly 90% of students pass. Exams will be hard if not revised.
Other: This course is really interactive and makes your social skills sharper and stronger. We organise our own fests and make our time management and skill set really strong. We are allowed to participate in every event without restriction. The infrastructure could've been better, but otherwise, the course is great if you have sustained interest.

A college with good infrastructure and is ranked no.1 amongst private colleges in Karnataka.
Placements: Many MNCs visit the campus. About 90% students are placed in reputed companies. Placement provides students with necessary training. MNCs provide a good package. The major companies include Google, Schneider Electric, Accenture, Capgemini, Toyota, Larsen & Toubro, Carillion, Emaar, Amazon.com and Mu Sigma Inc recruit most of the students on the campus.
Infrastructure: Every department has its own building. All buildings look into the huge quadrangle where an annual college fest will be held. Every department is a unique feature, for example, the architecture block has two huge courtyards 4-storeys high. The campus is also equipped with free Wi-Fi and is taking steps towards being a cashless campus. It is well-connected by two major roads and has gardens and parks.
Faculty: MSRIT is an autonomous institute affiliated to VTU. Highly qualified faculty members are with a good teaching experience. The college also includes vacation internships as a part of the curriculum. Theoretical and practical methods are followed in subjects. Students are well-monitored by the faculty members through a proctorship programme.

A good college filled with fun and good faculty.
Placements: The department of architecture does not offer placement on a large scale as its a design-oriented course and the choice of professional practice varies. In spite of this, there are a couple of core companies that hire civil engineers gives a platform for a student to get into MNCs like Atkins and L&T or developers like Shobha, Brigade etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is comparatively good and the building is very clean. Classrooms are well-lit and toilets do not stink. Wi-Fi is available in the main building. The food is decent. There are 3 types of hostels, one is the NRI hostel(very expensive), one is the management hostel ( less expensive) and the other one is the general hostel (cheapest). The curfew for girls hostel is at 10.30 PM.
Faculty: The teachers in the architecture course are very helpful, friendly and are capable of conveying the subject in the best way. The HOD(current ) is very annoying with his own set of rules but other than that, every other faculty member is very relaxed. Some are so chilled that you can hang out with them too.
