Step 3: In the next window that opens, go to the 'Application Forms' section and click on the application form of the desired course.

Entrance Exam scorecard (original and four copies)
- Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets
- Bachelor's degree certificate and marksheets of all years
- Intranet Online Application Form (accessible within the college)
- Xerox copy of Aadhaar Card
- Two stamp-size photos
- Migration certificate (required for candidates who have studied from non-Karnataka states)
- TC/ College Leaving certificate
- Blood group report
- Caste and Income certificate (for SC/ST/ Category I/ Category II/ Category III candidates)
- Study and Conduct certificate (seven years for Urban Quota and ten years for Rural Quota)
- Certificate for Special Quota/ Sponsor certificate for SPO Quota (whichever is applicable)
- RTPCR/ Vaccination report (whichever is available)
