It is one of the premier institute of India and well known for infrastructure and royal life. People from various parts come here to study. There are 14-15 different type of course in the college. Crowd and campus life is better than any so called movie. But faculty is not up to standard. Other thing, partiality is too much here, you have to bear with marks and all if belongs to north Indian states. Money matters the most. The college is not so student friendly. Good college for mechanical engineering but not in placements .

Placements: For mechanical engineering only 1/3rd of batch is placed and not many students are placed in core companies and the ones who are placed are at good packages but most of the students are placed in other sectors in around decent packages and then minimum and maximum placements offered were 3 LPA to 8 LPA .

Review of Ramaiah Institute.

Placements: The highest salary package is 40 LPA in the computer science or information science branch. For instrumentation, the highest salary package is 6 LPA. Few companies come for instrumentation. The lowest salary package is 2.5 to 3 LPA.

Review of Ramaiah Institute of Technology.

Placements: Our college shows that 95% of the students got placed, but 30% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 14 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA and the average salary package offered is 5 LPA. Only tier-2 companies are visiting our campus from 2019, and our placement officer does not give a fair chance to every student. So 50% of the students were not able to participate in placements.
