A red coloured building surrounded by huge green trees, Ramjas College was founded by the great educationist Rai Kedarnath Ji in 1917. Beginning from the humble precincts of Darya Ganj in Old Delhi, the college was shifted to its present location in the University campus in 1954. The foundation stone of the present college building was laid on 17th January, 1951, by late Dr. Rajendra Prasad, former President of India I am going to list some feature of my college.(http://www.du.ac.in/du/index.php...

Unlike other typical DU colleges, Ramjas has its own vibe, which makes it special. It is always surrounded by one or the other controversy which makes it further more exciting to be a part of it. Students here excel in all walks of life, be it politics, Bollywood, theatre, writing, public speaking, professional photography, etc. as it has a society for every possible field one can be interested in. It always tops in the college rankings when it comes to academics, but that is not an extraordinar...
The Good: Faculty, library, location of college, Add on courses and events I can still remember some of my teacher's name and their way of teaching was awesome. Mr. Debraj Mookerjee(English) Best Teacher, Dr. (Ms.) Suman Sharma (Botany), Ms. Neelima Varshaney(Mathematics, Distinguished Teacher awarded by DU), Mr. Jagjeevan Ram (Physics) and many more. Non-teaching staff is also very supportive The Bad: I didn't have too much to complain about.
Placements: Average package of 7lakh p. a the highest package 16 Lacs per annum Companies like icic bank wipro Atleast 15-25 percent get internship In my course 30 percent people got internship Some top companies like Wipro and Zomato also came in our college for recruitment .
Placements: There?s no much placements here..It all depends on your skills?.In commerce it have better options as some companies offer lucrative deals and packages to the students but skills matters the most along with holding a degree from a reputed college or from the top colleges
Placements: Generally placements for interpretation are offered in this course but this course is mostly helpful for education sector. Without further experience one might not even get placement. Even in the placement cell, job opportunities are generally for computer science and business students.
Placements: Most of the B.Sc. . pursuing students are from B.Sc. . life science. The highest package offered is 19 LPA, and the lowest is 5 LPA. Deloitte, Wipro, and PWC are some of the good recruiting companies. Overall, I just say that Ramjas is a college to really ponder about, as it delivers the best out of everything.
Placements: I'm a student at Ramjas College pursuing a BSc in life sciences. I don't have enough idea about placement because currently I'm in my first year but as per my interactions with seniors or passouts, only a few get placement; you need to go for research or a MSc.
Placements: Our college provides average placements. They conduct many placement drives. Our college provides internship opportunities for freshers and final-year students. The highest salary package offered is 30 LPA. The average salary package offered range between 4 LPA - 5 LPA.
Placements: Some of the top recruiters of Ramjas college are tries vista, deloitte, mother diary so on. In my opinion, only a few students get scholarships which is 1-fourth of students. The highest package offered is 19.25 LPA and the lowest is 5.6 LPA. Some of the top roles offered are developer, programmer and so on.
Placements: About 92% of students get placed in our college The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Many companies visit our college to recruit students. Almost 45% of students got internships. Top roles offered are biotechnologist, scientist, and microbiologist.
Placements: Campus placements in Science courses are very less. But our college offers internship programs in which you can enrol yourself and there is a society called "Bloom" which conducts many research programs and quizzes in which you can take part and boost your skill here.
Placements: There were 200 students who were placed in our course. There were many salary packages that were offered in our course. The lowest salary package offered was 0.5 LPA and the highest salary package offered was 2 LPA - 3 LPA. Microsoft and Converges were top recruiting companies. About 5% of students got internships. Top roles were manager and accountant.
Placements: There is less percentage of placement in our course or our college. The highest placement is about INR 21 lacs per annum in our college and the average placement is about INR 4 lac per annum. There is a good percentage of students who got internship from any courses in our college.
Placements: The placement cell of the college is quite active and do provide placement opportunities for students however companies recruiting zoology hons students is pretty less. Package of 3-4 lpa can be provided to a zoology student after bachelors from the recruiting company. Many internship opportunities are also provided throughout the year by the college for which any one can enroll. Roles like management trainee, process associates, analysts, sales manager, executive trainee etc. are offered by the...
Placements: I was in B.Sc physical science, and there were no placements. It hardly had any placement cell. I literally have bad experiences in terms of placements. However, other colleges of the University of Delhi have a great placement cell, but for our college, I had a bad experience of it.
Placements: About 70% of the students of our batch got placed in reputed companies like Bajaj, Flipkart, Amazon, Honda, Hero, Swiggy, McDonald's, KFC, CEAT, etc. This college had a great response in the private market, and they provide the best opportunity that you need.
Placements: Since it is just graduation, students usually have to opt for a master's in order to get a good job. However, some good internships are surely available to gain experience. There are also a lot of good projects, which are extremely helpful.
Placements: In our college, the chances for placements are very good for other departments. Students who are still studying at Ramjas College know that they do not get good salary packages unless they work very hard to get very high salary packages. If you are good at coding, then you get good salary packages. But if you do not learn much about the coding, then chances to get placements are very low. So, I suggest you to try to do well and never depend on the college because the college will not provide you...
