The best college for B.A. in Bengal courses.
Placements: I am currently pursuing a B.A. in Bengal at Ranaghat College. Speaking about placement, our batch witnessed a placement rate of approximately 60%. The highest package offered was around 5 lacs per annum, while the lowest was 2.5 lacs per annum. The average package stood at 3.5 lacs per annum. The top roles offered were content writers, copy editors, and research associates.
Infrastructure: Ranaghat College provides decent infrastructure for the Bengal department. We have well-equipped classrooms, a functional library with relevant Bengali literature, and a computer lab for digital research. Wi-Fi connectivity is generally good, aiding research and project work. Regarding hostel facilities, they are satisfactory. The hostel offers basic amenities, including good-quality food in the mess and canteen. Medical facilities are accessible, although sports facilities could be improved.
Faculty: The faculty members are knowledgeable and supportive. They have expertise in Bengali literature and provide valuable insights into the subject matter. The curriculum is comprehensive, covering classical and modern Bengali literature, which is relevant for those aspiring to enter academia or publishing. Not bad at all. But the infrastructure is disappointing.
Placements: NITW is doing great in placements that's why many students tend to join here over other nits though they rank good in NIRF. The percentage of students placed was 90%. The highest package was 53 LPA for a guy from the EEE branch but he got placed in a software job only. The average CTC was Rs 20 LPA for CSE branch. Many recruiters prefer NITW over other colleges so it's not a big deal to get placed, and the placement team is also very supportive.
Infrastructure: I don't regret paying that much because if you study well you can get back your tuition fee as a merit scholarship which is very much motivating to me. The facilities, labs, e classes everything is good so I don't regret to pay that much per an year.
Faculty: First-year is common for everyone. We have to study subjects related to all branches. After the first year you can change your branch of you score well (very fewer chances like only 4 seats per branch). I am a Computer Science student so I can say that the computer Science faculty is very experienced and up to date. They know everything like what is trending currently, which subject is more helpful for students and their experience makes us very much comfortable with studies.

It gives the best college life for students.
Placements: Around 70% of students were placed in our course. The salary offered is Rs.80000 per annum. Some top recruiting companies were recruiting students from our college. Around 96% of students got internships in our course. Manager, secretary, etc., were the roles offered in our course.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi available in our college was good. Practical labs were much better. The library was good. Hostel rooms were good and served good food. Many sports tournaments are organised every year.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were very helpful. They taught us in different ways. The course curriculum made students industry-ready. Semester exams were not difficult. Around 45% was the pass percentage.
Other: B.Sc. honors books were very interesting. Our college organises student programs, etc., every year.

The college is well-equipped and also the faculty is not too high.
Placements: More than 90% of the well educated and have speaking skills are more recruit from college and this college provide good knowledge and produce good lawyer to contribute well in the society. The highest average package is 50lac/annum and the lowest package is 20lac/annum. The top recruiting company is khaitan and co. Mostly student get fixed but due to covid19 situation most student not go outside but many students do online internships. In Lloyd law, college law is the best course,e and Lloyd is known also for law only but it has many other courses also.
Infrastructure: All the stuff like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and library are available for students and updated books also. And the canteen and medical facilities are also good. But the negative point about they are so much curriculum so if students join the college for enjoyment then this college is not for you.
Faculty: The teacher is well qualified and has sufficient experience also. Courses curriculum is also very much variant because he is providing many other courses at the same enhance our drafting skills and also our communication skills for surviving in enrollment.
Other: The college provides us with good knowledge and extra courses also for our better future.
