The college campus is average.

Placements: The placements are good. I hope the placements will be better than the present number of placements. Our faculty members are trying to give the better placements. CSE department is the best for good placements. Some students may think that the college is not providing the best placements, nowadays, but our faculty is trying to solve this problem.

Majorly the placements are in IT companies with a moderate quality of faculty and facilities.

Placements: Around 80% of the students have been placed on the campus. Mainly IT companies namely TCS, Infosys, and Capgemini visit the campus for placements. One student got placed in Johnson Controls. The salary was ranged between Rs. 40,000 per month, the highest being Rs. 45,000 per month, and the lowest is Rs. 35,000 per month. The companies gave job profiles of trainees.

One of best colleges in West Bengal for computer science course.

Placements: The placement and training cell of RCC Institute of Information Technology is quite active and efficient. They organise regular workshop sessions for students, and various visiting faculty for soft skills training are invited to give an insight and knowledge of the present scenario of the job market. Almost 70-80% of the final year batch students are placed every year.

RCCIIT, the college which should be given more attention.

Placements: The placements haven't been that good in the previous year. Although, the placements were quite good earlier, and 60-70% of the entire strength got placed. Also, this year, there is a hope for better placements as the curriculum has been modified according to the current need of the market.

Placement scenario needs to be improved.

Placements: Hardly 20 percent of the students are placed till now in the year 2018. No MNCs are visiting the college. Only startups are visiting, and those are taking 3-4 students minimum and a maximum of 8-9 students. A large number of students are not getting placed. There is no planning for placements. This is the worst year.

If have a gole for higher studies like M.Tech, then yes do your B.Tech frim here.

Placements: Placement isn't that good. You will get a job that's for sure, but only if you are ready to sit in front of the computer screen for the rest of your career. Yes and if you are super talented then you can nail any job without problem. Saly is quite avg. Like 3.5 to 4 Lacs.

Highly satisfied with the college experience. Superb faculty members. Overall highly recommended.

Placements: The placement scenerio is quite good of our college. Last few years we witnessed about 70-80% placement. Some of the widely popular companies like CTS, TCS, Indian Navy, etc. Visits us every year. Along with this, a few newly formed MNCs visits us, which provides great opportunities for freshers. All together, we can say that our placement scenerio is one of the best among all engineering colleges in WB. The placement for the senior batches were remarkable. About 70-80% students got placed. 4la...

It is the worst college, please don't waste your money and time.

Placements: The placement cell is poor as it doesn't place the students in any company. Studying in this college is completely a waste, the only thing you learn from the college is to write an application to the HOD. I suggest you pursue B.Sc but not B.Tech from this college.

An average college under a below average university.

Placements: Let me be very honest about it. Each and every college under MAKAUT offers below average placement in the present scenario. Our college is no different. But companies like Johnson, Ericson global, Kirti electronics, ZS associates come to our college campus placement drives and recruit students but the only catch is you have to be a exceptionally good student with great communication skills and you have to have at least basic knowledge in programming languages like C, Java, Python etc.

Horrible placement performance.

Placements: It was a good placement scenerio 3-4 years ago but now it's horrible compare to other same category college. College's internal politics is making the condition bad to worse. Big companies are not coming to hire students from this college and no mass recruitment is being held in the year 2018. The effort being put by the placement cell is very minimal and different types of excuses are presented to students for the bad placement record.

Helpful teachers and good placement.

Placements: Few companies comes for placement. Overall on an average placement of CS and IT students are good. Avg package 3-4 Lacs. Placement for senior batch was above 80% for CS and IT and 60% for other streams. Each and every students gets chance for internship.

Rising new star on the block.

Placements: Placements for the senior most batch that I had witnessed (when I was in my first year) were great. However, the scenario became worse with every passing year as the percentile decreased rapidly from approximately 80% to 40%. The highest package was around 6.5 pa this year and the lowest was around 2.5 pa. TCS, IBM, Infosys, Capgemini, ZS, Ericsson, Johnson control are some companies which came. Internships and training have to arranged by the students themselves, but the college placement cell ...

My dream college is RCC IIT.

Placements: The placement record of our college is very good. Maximum 85% students were placed to many multinational companies in every year. Our placement cell is very aware about students career. And avarage salary those companies provide is 3.5 Lacs per annum.

Overall a good college to study.

Placements: The placement is going on an average from the last year. Frankly speaking, not much companies are coming for placement drives, but if you have talent, you can grab jobs on the campus. Many pool drives are conducted, and students are prepared to give their best in such drives.

The college has good infrastructure, faculty and moderate placements.

Placements: There are 75% of the placements from our batch. Tech-Mahindra, Ericson and TCS came to the on-campus drive, and others companies conduct off-campus. The placement scenario was not that much good or satisfactory. Many of us remained unplaced. The students who went to the off-campus drive faced the challenging situation. The placement department was good, and they followed up with the unplaced students until the session end.

Overall, it is quite well in all aspects.

Placements: The placement scenario of my college is average with fifty percent of students getting placed every year. The college brings IT companies more than core companies. The salary which the companies are ready to pay is about 4.2 LPA. Overall, the placement is quite good.

The fees are higher as expected.

Placements: The placements are really good. All the seniors that I know have got placed from this college. The electrical branch placements are a little bit poor, but the college offers placements to all of them. So, it is a better college for pursuing electrical engineering in West Bengal.

This college is not worth the money. Please choose some other college.

Placements: The placements are poor, there is no scope. I know the truth is bitter, none of the seniors has got placed from my branch. I don't know the fact whether they were irresponsible or the placement cell, but as far I know, no seniors have been placed, even if they got placed, they get a salary of Rs.10,000 or 15,000.

A lot of improvements needs to be done in the college. The placement scenario varies every year.

Placements: The major companies that visited the college were Capgemini, TCS, ZS Associates, Prototech, Kreeti Technologies, PWC, SCAN IT, Johnson Controls, Poornam Infovision, etc. The highest CTC offered was 6.5 LPA that was by ZS Associates and the lowest was by Poornam Infovision that was of 2.25 LPA, but it was with transportation and food accommodation. The average CTC was around 3.5 LPA - 4 LPA, and around 50% of the students in the college were placed on the college campus interviews from the 2014 t...

Overall, I was dissatisfied with college.

Placements: In 2017, the number of companies came to our college was very less. So, overall placement is not good. One important thing that in our college is, only IT companies came like TCS. For core branch, there is no scope for placement. So, if you know computer science, then there will be a scope.
