RCM is a very good management college with good scope in a career incorporates.
Placements: Almost 100% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary offered was Rs. 50,000 per month and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 12,000 per month and the average salary offered was Rs. 30,000 per month. Top recruiting companies like Genpact, Redington, Everest, BYJU'S, ICICI Bank, UPS, Asahi India, Glenmark, Johnson & Johnson, Jaro, Hidesign, etc., visited the campus for placements. The top roles offered were business development manager, hr executive, sales leadership officer, sales officer, and much other finance and marketing profiles. The highest salary package offered was 7 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1.55 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 5 LPA. Almost 100% of students got an internship.
Infrastructure: College is well known for its library and lab. Smart classrooms are available with good infrastructure and furniture. Projector and LCD screens with microphones, air-conditioned classrooms and auditorium are also provided. Canteen facility is a bit less than expected, and recreation facility is average.
Faculty: Faculty members are very good, supportive and helpful. Study materials are provided, and issuing of books from the library is also available. The course curriculum is relevant. Pre-placement training is also provided to students for better results and good placements.
Other: I was passionate about getting into corporate and in the HR field. That is why I have chosen MBA with HR major specialisation. Placement offers for HR specialisation should be improved and increased. Fest and events are very well organised.

I suggest you choose any other college over RCM.
Placements: Only 4-5 students get good placements. The salary package offered is below average for a student with master degree. The claimed average salary package is 3-4 LPA, but most of the students get only 2-3 LPA. Only 1-2 well-known companies visit the college to offer placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very poor. Air-conditioners in the classrooms are not working, and the door handles are broken. Doors of washroom are broken, and the water supply in washrooms is poor. The reason behind poor infrastructure as it is the first college of Odisha that offers management.
Faculty: Some faculty members are good, but most of the faculty members are careless and not able to complete the syllabus. In the first semester, the syllabus of decision science, business law, and business environment subjects were not completed. The syllabus of other subjects was completed before 2-3 days of end-semester exams where students stop attending classes and prepare for exams.
Other: The college promises that books will be provided, but the books in the library are of 1990s, and the syllabus has been changed.

Placements are good, but as as per today's economic condition, the management should look for MNCs.
Placements: Mainly, the faculty are focused on the student's development. The placements are very good because the faculty will train you well so that you will never step back for an interview. It is good for life, good for future. Most of the companies are outside the state, and the good news is that the packages are good for beginners.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is excellent because the buildings are normal, but the interior ambience is totally digital. It's awesome. All the classes are smart enough to make you feel better while studying. The library has good infrastructure, and the interior is quite attractive for the students with study lights, and browsing facilities are available. There are two canteens which are open till 10 pm. I think the management should work more on infrastructure so that we will get better facilities.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful. If you face any problem, the teachers will help you. The teachers are mainly focused on spoken English with good pronunciation ability so that we will not face any problem in the interview or seminars.

A good place to study and enjoy college life.
Placements: The placement facility is average. Only small companies are coming. The placements are coming only for marketing students. There is no scope for Finance and HR students. You can get good scope only through off campus. At the time of admission, please take a written proof regarding placement.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. The library and classrooms are well-maintained. The hostel is also good. The Wi-Fi facility is enabled everywhere including hostel. The temple inside the college provides a holy atmosphere. You will also get a big canteen, cafeteria and parking facility.
Faculty: All the faculty members are very co-operative. They will help you in clarifying your doubts regarding the study. But the problem is that faculty are not getting the salary in time, so they left. The MBA course is affiliated to BPUT. So according to that syllabus, the course curriculum is carried on.
Other: A lot of events and functions are carried on here. Also, there are various competitions take place here. You can fully enjoy your college life here.

Placement Cell Success Rate at Regional College of Management

Unfortunately, the information provided does not mention anything about the success rate of the placement cell in securing jobs for MBA/PGDM students at Regional College of Management. None of the students' reviews mentioned any details regarding placements, internships, or job opportunities.
