    A:
    {Source: B.E. / B.Tech students & alumni}

Effectiveness of Placement Cell for BE/BTech Programs at S.A. Engineering College

Based on the reviews and feedback from current students and alumni, here's an analysis of the effectiveness of the placement cell at S.A. Engineering College:

    * Placement Percentage: According to the reviews, the placement percentage in core companies is less than 10%. However, internships and in-plant training opportunities are abundant, with more than 60% of students attending these programs.
    * Top Recruiting Companies: Schwing Sletter, Tata Consultancy Services, and Sutherland are among the top recruiters visiting the college.
    * Salary Packages: While the highest salary package offered is less than INR2.4 Lacs per annum, the average salary package ranges from INR1.2 to INR2.4 Lacs per annum.

We design your tomorrow. Absolutely satisfied with the teaching faculty but not the infrastructure.
Placements: 95% students are placed. The highest package is 10 LPA. The lowest package is 6 LPA. The average package is 4.5 LPA. The companies are offering more internships and opportunities in the second year itself. Companies are offering top positions to those with a CGPA of more than 9.
Infrastructure: The faculty members are knowledgeable, the infrastructure is good and the department has very good facilities. Wi-Fi in each lab and classroom is available. The library has over 5000 books. The hostels are good and the importance of sports is also highly appreciated. A health center is also available.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, highly qualified and highly knowledgeable. Their teaching knowledge is very good. The semester are very easy. They give question banks for each semester. 40 marks are internal and 50% is the pass percentage. The curriculum is good.
Other: Highly demanded courses and electrical and electronics engineering rule the industries. Events and fests will be conducted by the management by each month.

If you want to enjoy your college life, then this college will do that 70% of the time.
Placements: About 70% of the students were placed. The highest package is 11 LPA and the lowest is 2 LPA. TCS and CTS were the top recruiting companies. Very few went to internships; mostly all are placed as trainees in many companies. The top two roles are associate engineer and full-stack web developer.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure and a clean environment are there. Hostel food is okay. The labs are modified with a new monitor. Sanitation is good. College will greenish and many film shootings are also happening. Entertainment is guaranteed. The hostel is poor. But the fee is quite high.
Faculty: Teachers are very kind, nice and caring. The semester exams are really easy as the college is now autonomous. Easy correction is done. Project completion in the 2nd, 3rd and final years will be helped by the teachers and the teaching could be improved more.
Other: Do not expect tours and trips. The college will not be very strict. Teachers are jovial and friendly and computer classes will be very fun.

    About Sa engineering college
Placements: Still the placement aren't done for our department, will further happen Totally around 40-50 percentage students are placed in our college Highest package is around 12 lakh Amazon, google, IBM, flipkart. Internship is very less in our college Nothing much briefly explained as I'm studying first year.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not for the students, only for the staff Labs are good Library should be improved more books should be installed not only about the subject, also magazines and general knowledge books etc should be installed They'll provide more preference for sports as most of the students studying in college is a sports persons
Faculty: Pass percentage is very good Teachers are friendly and helpful to cover the subject, they'll easily clear the doubt about that particular subject and topic As the students getting knowledge about everything they'll get ready to face industry, pass percentage is very good
Other: Events should be conducted more

    Below average college life .
Placements: Placements are quite good here. As students enter each year, they will be given training regarding placements every time and will be provided with an adequate resource platform in order to get them into constant practice. There are also courses offered for soft skills.
Infrastructure: Don't expect too much, as the infrastructure here can be something less than your expectations. The appearance of the classes and lab will be decent but for those who are looking for high-tech colleges, this won't be the right choice. The canteen won't look nice.
Faculty: Teaching will be quite good We will have enough examinations to get prepared for the end of the semester. Only a few of the faculty members will be friendly. You will hear the most vulnerable words from the teachers here: it won't look like a college; it will be like a school.
Other: There won't be any grand culturals; mostly, they won't give importance to culturals according to sports. Good importance will be given. Don't expect too much if you are expecting a fun-filled college life.

    Review of S.A. Engineering College.
Placements: Around 85% of students got placed in this course. The highest salary package offered was 15 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. Many students got internships at companies like IBM, Intel, and Zoho. Students who score good marks in exams are eligible for decent placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is excellent. I would rate it 5 out of 5. Computer laboratories are well-equipped. High-speed Wi-Fi is available so that we can access online and coding projects. Hostel rooms are spacious. I would rate it 3 stars for the hostel. Mess is available. The food served in the canteen is average.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful. The course curriculum is relevant to make students ready for the industry. Semester exams are moderate. The pass percentage is 85%. It is an autonomous college.

Comprehensive review of S. A Engineering College affiliated with Anna University.
Placements: As for placements, 80 to 90% of students are being placed in top companies around Tamil Nadu. Top companies like Hyundai, Google, and Infosys are recruiting freshers from our college with packages ranging from 6 lakhs to 18 lakhs per annum. There aren't any internship options provided to students from the college side.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college includes a library and laboratories for each available course. There are 3 canteens: 2 for snacks and 1 for lunch. There is also a health center with resting beds and an available nurse and doctor in case of emergencies. The hostel facilities provided here are moderate, and the food isn't appreciably good, even after many complaints raised against the food quality; actions are yet to be taken. There are 2 volleyball courts, 1 tennis court, and 1 basketball court available.
Faculty: The teachers here are highly qualified and are mostly Ph.D. and doctorate holders. The quality of their teaching is wonderful, and they are known for maintaining discipline among students. The subjects provided in the first year are common subjects and only focus on strengthening the basics of engineering for the students. Only from the second year are students provided with course-related resources. So, it takes the student until the third year to become industry-ready. Semesters are created once 5 to 6 months from the previous semesters. The toughness of the exams is moderate, as the questions are set by Anna University. The pass percentage is 30 to 40%, which changes for each semester.
