Overall, the college is good, but regarding placements, there is no guarantee.

Placements: Placement offered by the college is less. The companies coming to the college are mostly for internships, which do not guarantee a job. No guarantee of placement is there. The average package is about 3 lakhs per annum. The highest went up to 10 lakhs per annum.

A college with poor placements. It focuses only on academics.

Placements: Very few companies visited the college till now this year. Most of the sales and marketing companies visit the college. MNCs have not visited till now. Other than that, no company related to the domain visit here. It will come in the future. Overall, placements are poor this year.

The education, campus and placements are too good.

Placements: In our college, almost 70% to 80% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA to 4 LPA. This is our first batch, so no placement records are available. The first batch will pass out in 2025.

Average placements and if you don't get any other college then only take admission in my college.

Placements: About 70% - 75% students got placed in companies but they were not good companies at all. Only few (2-3) companies were good and they selected only 5-10 students. Top recruiting companies in my college are TCS, Infosys, Accenture, etc. but most of the students apply for off-campus jobs. The highest package is about 7-8LPA, lowest package is 2-3LPA and average package is 4-5LPA. I am currently in 3rd year and until now, no company has come to the college for internships. I do not think the colleg...

This college is good for studying engineering but not apt for placements for any engineering stream.

Placements: Only 40% of the students got placed from our batch, while only 20% of the students got placed from our course. The highest salary package offered was 4 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 2.2 LPA. HCL, Wind World, Nice Software, Persistent and Apple (stores in Nagpur for sales jobs) visit here for placements. About 10% of the students got internships from college. Engineering trainee, software developer, etc., were some of the roles offered by companies.

The review of S B Jain Institute of Technology, Management and Research.

Placements: The college only focuses on the placement numbers but not on the quality of the jobs offered here. A huge percentage of students get placed in our college. However, the companies that visit the campus to hire our students are not that good. The roles and packages offered by them are not that good. Even I got placed in 3 companies but never joined anyone of them. The students of the mechanical departments were not offered any technical roles.

Its better not to join this college because it won't provide you a career settling option.

Placements: If you belong from CS/IT branches then there is good scope for placements. Companies like Persistant, Cognizant and Syntel have visited the institute. The annual package range varied from 1.8 to 4 l. p. a. , for core sector the placement scenario is a matter of concern. Only one core company (Triveni Turbines) came through pool placement drive and unfortunately no one got selected from our institute. Apart from the above mentioned companies some sales and finance companies also visited the campu...

100% placement was the only title given. 60% got BPO profiles after engineering.

Placements: Compared to last year, we had a good placement rather our college offered 100% placement and internship too. But out of that 40 % placements were good and other offered customer service profile. Internship was provided by college but no stipend was given.

I am dissatisfied because of the faculty, and there is no good placement.

Placements: Only five percent of students get placed in my college, and the placement criteria are very low. INR 6 lacs is the highest package in my college, and INR 1 lacs is the lowest package in Suntronic Company Nagpur, and the average package is INR 2 lacs. More students are completing their internships in the online method. TCS is the top recruiting company at my college.

It had average placements in 2016. It has good infrastructure and facilities and poor management.

Placements: Placement prospects are very poor in our college, and only regional companies visit our college for campus placements. Whatever type of placements conducted either pool campus placements or on-campus placements, it solely depends on students merit. The placement criteria usually include 60% aggregate in SSC, 60% in HSC and 60% in graduation. A very few students meet those criteria, which make the placement prospects even worse. From the batch of 2016, about 20% of the students got placed through...
