Candidates must have studied any one of the following as optional subject at B.Sc. level: Food and Nutrition, Applied Nutrition & Public Health, Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics and Food Science & Quality Control. In addition, the candidates must have studied Chemistry as one of the optional subjects and any one of the following subjects must have also been studied as optional in part-II at B.Sc. level: Botany, Zoology, Genetics, Microbiology, Biochemistry and Biotechnology with above mentioned marks fron any recognised University/Institute. The Great SAANVI DEGREE COLLEGE.

Placements: There were 67 students in my batch, and almost everyone failed. The highest salary offered was 50,000 INR, the lowest was 31,000 INR, and the average was 35,000 INR per year. There is no placement provided. For Science students, there are no internships offered. This college is not recommended for Science students.

Infrastructure: The Science faculty at this college is not good. The teachers are inexperienced and very young. We do have a chemical lab and a cooking lab. The classrooms are pretty big, but there is no library. There is no hostel, only a small canteen. We don't have medical facilities. Sports day is held once a year.

Faculty: The teachers are not qualified and lack teaching experience. They just show some PowerPoints, and we have to study on our own. Yes, the course is curriculum-relevant, and it does prepare students, but the semester exams are really difficult as the paper is always set very hard. The passing marks are 32.
