There is no hope for placements for the branches other than computer science and IT.

Placements: The placements for IT and computer science departments are good, but the placements are not good for the other branches. The college doesn't provide any placements for the students of the civil department. The mechanical branch has the best faculty members who guide the students, but only a few placement opportunities are provided for the students of the mechanical department. The college has never tried for the placements of the branches other than the computer science and IT departments.

Overall, the college is decent with good staff, infrastructure and decent placements.

Placements: According to placement department, they claimed that if you get more than 60% CGPA without any backlogs in all semesters, then you will be placed. At the time of placements, 50%-60% of the students will be placed for 4-5 LPA who are having the good practical knowledge and problem-solving skills, which you can get if you attend classes daily.

A good college with good infrastructure.

Placements: The placement for civil engineering is not that good, but for other branches placement is good, and also the training for placement is good. There are various seminars arranged for the students to guide them in their career. Sometimes civil engineering students accept information technology jobs for placements from other branches.

Great facilities of our college.

Placements: They are superb. Our college gives the best placements as 200 companies recruit the students from our college. Companies from different fields visit our institution. There is above 80 percent recruitment. It depends on your marks, and they make sure you work hard. If you are looking for a college which gives a good placement, then you should surely take admission in our institute.

Somewhat disappointing to the expectations of the experience.

Placements: Mass recruiting companies recruiters most of the students who are capable of cracking their respective stages like aptitude, HR interview, etc. The chances of getting placed in core companies are less than enough as eligibility criteria are hard for most of the students.

The college is good for academics and placement for computers but no extracurricular activities.

Placements: There are centralised placements for all the colleges under STES. SAOE has good placement. You will find all type of companies with different job profiles coming for the placements. If you are sincere and good in communication and academics, then you will be placed at the start of the section.

This is not a good college for the coming generation students.

Placements: The placements of the senior batch were good, but this year, our batch did not have any placement in civil engineering. The other branches placement was also not that good. Not too many companies had come in the campus. The college has central placement system, so there is an impact on the placement, and the students don't have jobs in their hands.

Good faculty and infrastructure but, dissatisfied with the management.

Placements: To be blunt, placements here are good. It totally depends on academics of the students. Rather than that they still don't have high end packages, but modest. Mainly core companies doesn't provide much packages, but IT companies also recruit mechanical students so no need to worry much about placements.

I'm really satisfied with my college life over here.

Placements: The placements are as good as any other Sinhgad institutions. Being a centralised campus selection process, it gives the same opportunity to every sinhgadian, if you have a good academic record. Especially for placements in IT sector, it is 100%. For core companies, you have to make some really good efforts for academics as well as for extra curriculum.

Satisfied with teaching but very disappointed for placement activities.

Placements: The placement drives organised for mechanical engineering students are very less as compared to computer engineering and information technology. The core companies like TaTa, Mahendra&Mahendra, and Thermax are there for mechanical engineering students with very few vacancies. Around 40% mechanical students got placements out of that 10% are in core branch. If we talk about the internship, in our batch only four people are selected for the internship.

Satisfied with the overall facilities like placement, facility, hostel, except its infrastructure.

Placements: The placement in this college is average. Last year and the last to last year (2016,2017 batch), the placement was good as it was around 70%. The highest package is around Rs. 8.24 LPA from this campus and Rs. 3.4 LPA is the average. But if you have the knowledge you can crack this line. The placement cell is awesome as they will provide and suggest all the details and placement related information. The workshops will be conducted on a regular basis from 3rd year onwards for the placements. Don'...

The infrastructure and sports facilities are good. Affordable fees and above average placements.

Placements: Placements of the college are pretty good for the students of IT and computers sectors. Core mechanical companies that visit the campus are pretty less when compared to software companies. The average salary package offered is approximately 3.5 LPA. Companies like Accenture and Daimler, etc., visit our campus for recruitment. The college doesn't provide internship opportunities.

Fantastic placements in 2015.

Placements: It is saying that if you do best, you will get best. Almost every year most of MNC's visit the Institute for the recruitments. But it's up to the student how they perform in the various tests conducted by the visited companies. So as per my opinion if you are good enough to crack the tests, you will get the placement. As far as the average placement percentage is concerned, I will give 80% out of 100. During my batch, almost 75% of the students got placed and the highest package earned was aroun...

Complete package with the affordable fees.

Placements: Our college has a centralised placement with Stes Vadgon and Scoe Narhe. The placements offered are in reputed companies with an average package of 3 to 4 lacs per annum. Some of our recruiters are Vidia, Accenture, Infosys, Capgemini, TCS, etc. Our students have bagged internships from NIC's as well and have been quite successful engineers.

The Sinhgad Academy of Engineering is one of best engineering college in Pune.

Placements: The placement in the college is very good, and if you are looking for the computer and the IT branches, then it is a perfect college for you guys. Here, the placement for the above branches is almost 100 percent. If you are looking for the mechanical and the civil branches, then you will not be satisfied with the placement percentage here. Overall, the placement percentage is good, and the rest depends on you.

Good placements and you can join this college

Placements: There is a good placement in Sinhgad College. The electronics and telecommunication branch is also good. The highest salary goes up to 400000 per annum I think. Overall, it is a good college and it comes under Pune University. The faculty team is also good and I am happy to join this college also. Cultural activities are also there.

Sinhgad Academy of Engineering, Kondhwa review.

Placements: There is centralized placement for Sinhgad students i.e placement of all the students takes place at the main campus of Vadgaon. Not many students from our college are placed. Many good companies come for recruitment. They all offer a good package for the students. But they all have high criteria for selection. Good efforts are made by the college to increase the placement. Also, many companies offer internship to the students. There is a good support from the college for internship. ...

A little better than your stereotypical average engineering college.

Placements: The placements are as they would be in any average college. A total lack of core companies. Most people are hired by IT companies. The packages are around 3 lakhs per annum. Internships you have to find on your own. Overall, you would have to be incredibly skilled as well as lucky if you want a job in a core company by studying in this college but if you are okay with an IT job, well, there's a good chance you can get it.

Two years of my college life and still going.

Placements: The placement offered by our college is good and most of the students get placed in MNCs and get good packages. The average package received by the students of our college is around Rs. 4.5 lakhs. The average percentage of the students placed is around 65%. Many companies like Accenture, TCS, Cognizant, Infosys, etc. come to our college to pick the students. The highest package offered was around Rs. 8 lakhs and the lowest was around Rs. 3.12 lakhs. An overall good college in academics and sports.

Placements: The placement in my department is quite good. 80-90 percent students are placed in computer engineering every year. This year, the highest package was given by Nvidia for 8.45 lacs and the average package for the computer engineering is 3.25 lacs. Companies like Oracle, Infosys, TCS, Persistent, etc offer the packages.
