The only computer science department is quite satisfying, and the rest are not effective.

Placements: I have chosen a computer science course. Placements for the service-based company is quite good compared to placements for product-based. The package offered is about 8 LPA. Companies like Infosys, cognizant and Wipro visit but recruit very few students. Roles offered are mainly a trainer and for testing. Very few companies provide placements as a developer. The highest package offered in our course is about 8 LPA, and the lowest is 2.5 LPA. The companies offer very few internships.

The college is neither good nor bad. It is just average.

Placements: There are no top recruiting companies. Only a handful of people get jobs and that too, with very low salary packages. The salary packages vary from 1.2 LPA to 3 LPA. College doesn't provide internships you have to find on your own. Most of the placements of students with good/decent salary packages in good companies are through off-campus.

It is the worst college for engineering.

Placements: Placements in Sambhram Institute of Technology are the worst, and there are no placements for the past many months. I suggest that don't join this college if you are looking for placements. Even if you get placed, the average salary offered is Rs. 20,000-25,000 per month only. None of the reputed companies visits our college as only startups visit here, and even they are also very small companies like car washing companies, sales and marketing, etc. They offer the highest salary of Rs. 20,000 pe...

I am dissatisfied because of the college campus, administrative services and faculty.

Placements: Only a few companies visit our college for the placement. The number of students placed in this college is little, like 2 or 3 in a branch per academic year. The salary package offered is about 2-3 LPA. Companies like VEE technologies, E-Construct, Net Connect Pvt Ltd, JSpiders, etc., visited the campus. They take the written test, GD and the final interview for recruiting.

Review of SIT - Sambhram Institute of Technology.

Placements: The placement record shown in the banners isn't good. The actual placement this time was even less than 35%. The college does not have the tendency to invite good companies and conduct on-campus placements. Most of the placements shown in the college banner are off-campus placements. Companies like Infosys and Wipro never actually visited here. They were all off-campus placements.

We are absolutely dissatisfied with faculty.

Placements: Wrestling companies and packages up to 21lacks per annum and amazon for 4lacks per annum and percentages about 70 to 90 and many internships are done by designing many cars and companies are mainly based on electronics department opportunity is given.

I suggest you join a better college apart from Sambhram.

Placements: Not many companies will visit for campus drives, but 1 or 2 small IT companies will hire candidates that too with the highest salary package of 5-6 LPA. Last year Amazon visited and didn't select students because our college didn't have a proper Wi-Fi same thing happened with Tech Mahindra. HP visited our campus and hired for BPO then what is the use of studying engineering. Our college has the worst recruitment consultant Gopal and Madhu. These two are unfit for the job and HODs will be showing...

It is a bad college, poor infrastructure, worst faculty members, and no communication in English.

Placements: There are hardly any placements. There are no placement, even if you have good marks. The salary package offered is very low. Very few companies visit this college for placements. There is no future in this college, and don't expect that you will get a job from this college.
