The college is excellent.

Placements: The best companies come here for placements, and many students, based on their knowledge and experience, get placed in those best companies through campus placements. The companies which come here for placements are good and the best companies in India, I mean, Mumbai based dream companies.

Placement wise it is among one of the best colleges in Mumbai, other things are okaish, not bad either

Placements: The placements here are pretty well. If you are looking forward for getting placed in a good company then SPIT is surely one of the colleges providing good placement with average package of 4-6 Lacs p.a. IT and CO branches almost had 100% placement whereas in EXTC and ETRX it is around 70-80%. There were companies like Morgan Stanley giving 16 Lacs to Infosys with 3.5 Lacs package. Other companies were KPMG, Colgate, Barclays, Halftick, Quantiphi, etc. Companies also come for internship programm...

Satisfied with the placement process of 2016.

Placements: The placements are awesome, and they help the students. This college has very good placements process and companies. All students get placed. Our senior batches placements are less than us. For our batch, more than 90 companies came. At the time of our senior's placement process, there would be less than 50 companies.

Sardar Patel College located in the heart of Mumbai.

Placements: The companies visited for the placements were good and renounced, i.e., popular. Out of 100%, almost 90% of the students got selected and hired by the companies. All were happy except that 10%. The company that visited for hiring the students are TCS, Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, etc.

The college is good for learning and implementing proper engineering.

Placements: The placements are good as it's the second best college in Mumbai after VJTI. The college always tries to provide 100% placement. The minimum package offered is 3LPA, and the maximum is 16.5 LPA. For IT and computers, SPIT will be a better choice. As the college has also become autonomous and there has been the introduction of scope programme, the packages are expected to have a high hike.

The college is good to join, and you will enjoy it.

Placements: The placements on the campus are good. Almost, everyone in my class is placed now. TPO is great and will help you in every aspect. Multiple profiles are offered by the various companies like IT services(50%), consulting(20%), business(5%), core electronics(15%), Analytics, Fintech, non core/tech(10%). The salary package is from 3.50 LPA to 9 LPA. As an electronics engineer, you have fewer options for the core companies.

Very good for placements and great infrastructure. Faculty is average.

Placements: The placements in 2015 were very good for our batch and our senior batch as well. When it comes to placement almost everybody here gets placed. (provided you rigorously work hard and follow with the placement cell.) If you do not get placed by the end of the course, the placement coordinator here will guide you what to do next. They keep sending updates about the companies that have vacancies, you will have to apply yourself. The scene on campus is much better. Companies like Morgan Stanley, Cr...

The college has good placements and internship offers. The faculty is trustworthy. A few teachers are really good, the rest can be bared with. The level of knowledge regarding archaic as well as latest technology is known and discussed by them. They are great mentors and always encourage co-curricular activities, projects and efforts. There are 2 shacks and one canteen that are used by both, SPIT and SPCE students. It is a pretty good place to chill and share laughter. The sports and performing ...

The college is seriously good for those who wish to ensure that they are placed. From this year, the college is getting air-conditioned. The college campus is big. As compared to other branches, the faculty of E&TC department is not up to the mark. This is the best option for those who don't get through to VJTI in Mumbai.

Situated in the Bhavans campus itself so this college shares the 53 acre campus, with an in-house amphi theatre, lake, ample grounds for sports, auditorium. The main building is an 8 storey one, with a sub modern architecture. Each department has its own floor. Everything related to academics is up to date. Faculty is above average. Only thing lacking is promotion of extracurricular activities and innovations of students.

This college offers internships with good stipends. Then there are many teachers with great knowledge but some of the teachers don't have it. A few teachers are very strict, but the crowd here will help you and motivate you. The canteen here is average, and the campus is large, similar to KJ Somaiya college. The attendance here is a very big issue as you have to keep minimum 85%+ attendance to get 5 marks in internal or else the marks are deducted.

One of the best engineering colleges in Mumbai, with helpful faculty, college don’t have strict rules and have good campus placement. Crowd is studious but fun-loving. Found attending lectures most of the time. Infrastructure is great and it has the best campus among suburban colleges. Hangouts include Quadrangle and Katta at SPIT entrance, Bhavan’s ground, Auditorium, Amphitheatre, Lake (Boating Facility used to be available).
