The college provides good facilities and infrastructure but poor curriculum and teaching.

Placements: Placements for our batch have not yet started. Our seniors had a good placement record. Around 85% of them are placed with an average salary of 5.5 LPA. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA, and it was offered by HSBC in software field. In core, the highest salary package offered is 10 LPA, ad it was offered by Honda. Only 15 out of 80 students of our batch got internships. The highest stipend offered is Rs. 30,000 per month. The lowest stipend offered is Rs. 6,000 per month.

The infrastructure is good, but I am not satisfied with faculty.

Placements: Placements are average mainly for coding. The average package offered is 5 to 6 Lacs per annum. Companies like Airtel, Reliance, John Deere, Wipro, Infosys, JPMC and Master Card visited the campus. Students were offered both coding and core profiles. Internships were offered to a few students only. There is a placement cell with three student placement coordinators.

Review about Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology.

Placements: There are excellent placements for both core and non-core. Most companies visit campus only for computer students, and aptitude tests for both core and non-core have technical questions. There is no option to not study technical questions for non-core jobs.

Overall it's satisfactory. It's one of the good colleges. Placements in 2019 batch are good.

Placements: This year placements in our college are quite good as compared to past years. Until now, almost more than 40 students are placed. Some companies are yet to visit the campus for placements. Overall it's satisfactory. Placements vary from year to year for every branch. Placements for civil branch are quite low.

Placements: Placements in our college are good enough. But the companies visiting the college are good in numbers only for particular branches. The average salary package offered by the company is about 6 LPA. But the core companies visiting the campus are less in number. Software companies such as Oracle, Honeywell, Capgemini, Amdocs, UHG, visit every year and core companies such as John Deere, Airtel, etc., visit the campus for placements. Placements: Overall placements of NIT Surat were average and that depends on the branch. The highest salary package offered was 27 LPA. The average salary package offered was around 5 LPA. Placements depend on overall knowledge and personality of students and also vary from company to company what they require.

The infrastructure and campus life are really good.

Placements: Pretty decent companies visit our campus for placements, and the college also hires a good number of students. Around 80% of the students get placed from our batch, and the probability of a girl candidate not getting placed is almost zilch. Overall, the response from seniors has been satisfactory. Hopefully, placements get even better with the batches to follow.

It is a place which gives us the freedom to develop ourselves.

Placements: Placements in our college are not up to the mark. Most of the students are placed as tutors in coaching institutes. As many of the students doing this course are research-oriented, they do their PhD after completion of M.Sc. But students who get well placed with excellent packages have done a lot of extra work other than the curriculum.

Faculty are good, but the curriculum of the mechanical branch is old. Placements are good.

Placements: Placements in our college are good. Around 70% of the students get placed every year. The rest of the students may prepare for exams like GATE, GRE and EXTRA. Around 150 out of 220 students from our senior batch got placed. We have to concentrate more on communication skills, and we should have good command on our technical knowledge to get placed. We should also be good at aptitude concepts.

Placements: Placements in our college are decent. It depends on branch mainly as people of branches like civil opt for further studies and don't usually attend placement drives. Whereas branches like computer and mechanical have almost 100% placements and internships to eligible students. There are decent placements for branches like EE, ECE and chemical.
