Candidate must have passed 10th standard examination or equivalent examination from a recognised board. Only candidates who currently reside in the state of Jharkhand as a local resident or permanent resident will be eligible. The minimum age required to be 17 years as on 1st July of the examination year. Candidate must have a health Certificate issued by a registered doctor.
