I am satisfied as it provides great learning.
Placements: I will complete my Bachelors degree in Computer Science and engineering from Sasi Institute of Technology and Engineering, graduation in the 2027 batch. The course provided a strong foundation in both practical and theoretical ways. In terms of placements, approximately 70% of students from my course secured job offers through campus recruitment drives. The highest salary package offered for the present batch is 19 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3.25 LPA. The average salary package offered is around 5 LPA. It also showcases a balanced range of opportunities. Several prominent companies visit our campus for recruitment. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Emphasis, Deloitte, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure in our department are well-equipped to support both academic and practical learning. The department had state-of-the-art labs with the latest equipment. It has a spacious library with a vast collection of books and journals. The mess food is not very good. The canteen is well-stocked with snacks and beverages. Medical facilities are readily available, ensuring quick assistance during emergencies. Additionally, the campus has excellent sports facilities, including courts for basketball, volleyball, and cricket grounds.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified, knowledgeable, and approachable. They are always ready to assist students with academic and career-related queries. The teaching quality is excellent, combining theoretical concepts with practical applications through hands-on projects and case studies. The course curriculum is well-structured and industry-relevant. It covers modern technologies and emerging trends, making students job-ready. Semester exams are moderately challenging, focusing on both conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills. With consistent preparation, students found the exams manageable. The pass percentage is commendable. Around 75% reflect the effectiveness of the teaching and the support provided to students throughout their academic journey.
Other: I choose computer science and engineering with specialisation in IOT and cyber security. I opted for this course because it is one of the most demanding courses and has lots of scope in IT industry. I believe in our college we can learn more theoretical things than practical. I wish it would provide more practical internships which helps the students to crack the interview easily.

I'm dissatisfied with placements. Faculty members are good but there is water facility problem.
Placements: Out of 69 students 5 are placed from our stream. The average salary package offered is about 4 LPA - 6 LPA. Top companies like Wipro, TCS, Nxt Weave, Euler Motors, and a few more recruit students highly. No student secured an internship. Some have secured jobs so the company offered an internship program to them.
Infrastructure: Everything is good but water facility is bad. Hostel facilities are good. Sometimes food is our main problem. Canteen cleanliness is bad, and there are no sports or games facilities available. College provides good medical facilities. The store in our college is good, we can find everything we need to buy there.
Faculty: Exam plan at our college is excellent. Invigilation by our faculty is super. They provide good classes during exam time. We also have good facilities for exams. It's very strict and I am happy to say this. Course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are difficult, even mid-sem also.
Other: Crowd is average, its not much high.

Good infrastructure in college but present placements are down here.
Placements: Currently I am studying III B.Tech in Information Technology at Sasi Institute of Technology & Engineering. As we are in 3rd year second semester the placements have not been started yet. For my seniors, nearly 30% of them are placed as there is a low market the placements are less as compared to previous years. As per my seniors placements analysis average package is 5 Lacs per annum and the highest is 12 Lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: In this college we will get Wi-Fi almost everywhere that is one of the good facility that is being provided from the college. When it comes to library it is one of the good infrastructure place in whole college. Hostel food is not that much good and canteen prices are high. Hostel rooms are average.
Faculty: Here some of the faculty are knowledgeable and some are not that much. But teaching quality is good by that qualified teachers. Lot of them supports the students to make a move towards their goals. Course is relevant to curriculum and knowledgeable students are ready for the industry. Semester exam papers cannot be expected some times it is tough and sometimes it is average. Pass percentage was nearly 90%.
Other: During the corona time, there is high demand for Computer courses, so I have decided to join the course. I want to improve my coding skills, problem solving skills, and good knowledge on web development. Every year our college conducts Anveshana Fest for 2 days which is the best event to enjoy and show case our skills by participating in some events that are conducting during the event.

I am impressed with this college study.
Placements: The Sasi Institute of Technology and Engineering (SITE) has a strong placement record, with placement percentage reaching up to 85% in recent years. The institute collaborates with prominent companies to place students, particularly in fields like Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering, with job offers from companies such as JBM Motors, TCS, and Infosys.
Infrastructure: Medical facilities are readily available on campus to handle any health-related issues, ensuring student well-being. The campus also has a well-stocked library, seminar halls, and an auditorium to support academic and extracurricular activities, helping students develop both professionally and personally.
Faculty: The semester exams at Sasi Institute of Technology and Engineering (SITE) are moderate challenging. With consistent study, students generally find them manageable. The college typically maintains a pass rate of around 80-90%, depending on the programme and year. Students report that the exam schedule is well-structured, allowing adequate preparation time.
Other: The mess and canteen facilities provide clean, hygienic food, with the canteen open from 8:30 a. m. to 5:30 p. m. , catering to the students? Daily needs. Sports facilities are quite comprehensive, offering both indoor and outdoor activities, such as football fields and a gymnasium, which are available for students and staff to support a balanced lifestyle.

Good and friendly college.
Placements: The average salary package for recent graduates is around INR 4-6 LPA, with top packages reaching up to INR 20 LPA. In the latest reported placement cycle, around 65.75% of eligible students were placed. Recruiters are most interested in students in the IT and core engineering sectors, where they can fill roles in software development, data analysis, and technical consulting.
Infrastructure: Sasi Institute of Technology and Engineering (SITE) provides separate hostels for male and female students. Rooms are shared by 4-6 students and come with basic furnishings, electricity, and pure drinking water. Dining services offer both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals, but the quality of the food can be variable. Hostel fees range from approximately INR 45,000 to 80,000 annually, depending on the room and facilities provided.
Faculty: The faculty is generally approachable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Some faculty members have a more structured and disciplined approach, which can benefit students aiming for serious academic growth, though some students might find this demanding. The curriculum and exam system are designed to support a hands-on approach.
Other: Exams at SITE are comprehensive, covering both theory and practical application. The goal is to assess students' understanding and ability to apply what they have learned. This exam structure prepares students for both their academic future and their professional careers.

Good placements, good infrastructure, good facilities.
Placements: Usually, the placements at our college are good; about 60% of students get placed in companies. The highest package was 22 Lacs per annum, and the lowest was around 3 Lacs per annum. Many top companies like Wipro, Amazon, and Tata companies come for recruitment.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are pretty basic. There is no Wi-Fi for hostel, and the library is available until 10 at night. The food in the hostel is decent. Don't expect sports and games because there are none. The canteen is open during college hours.
Faculty: Some of the teachers are really skilled, highly qualified, and will always support you. The teaching quality is also good. The course curriculum is also good, although it might not make students industry-ready. The pass percentage in the semester is around 64%.
Other: Actually, the reason I chose this college is because of my interest in the communication department. Appointing better faculty might improve the students. There is a fest every year. The campus surroundings are barren land; there is nothing but empty land for at least 2-3 km. You will receive scholarships based on your academics.
