Placements: The placement scenario in our college is very good. Companies like reliance, wipro, honeywell, GEP have visited our college. L&T visited and hired 324 students from our college. Cogizant visited in our college and hired 130 fresh graduates. Many more companies are yet to come.
Placements: About 80% of the total students in our course get placement and rest either opt-out or apply for higher studies. No. Of companies like Volvo, Suzuki motorcycle, Hyundai, Maruti sukuzi, Tata motors etc. Came this year for recruiting students. Recently, we get NBA accreditation for our course specifically for Automotive design engineering.
Placements: The placement offered by campus are good and have been increasing each year. In 2018, 94 % placement was there from SOE (school of engineering) and 100% from SOCS (School Of Computer Science). The highest package offered in 2019 is around 40 Lacs. Companies like Amazon, Reliance, Media. Net, Hyundai, Maruti have visited this year. L&T visited in 2019 hired 324 students with an average package of 5lakhs.
Placements: The placements of our senior batch were good up to 98% of students getting placed in companies like Philips Carbon Black, Vedanta Sterlite, etc. The overall the highest salary of the college this year was 26 Lacs which was given to a student of Petroleum Engineering. The highest package for Chemical Engineering was 19 Lacs. The average salary of students from the college is 5.5 to 6 Lacs. The lowest was 3 Lacs. Companies like Shell, Dell, Xenia, Schlumberger, Vedanta Sterlite, ExxonMobil, Chevro...
Placements: As robotics is still an emerging field in India, it would be very tough for the students to get placed. However, our professors and management are very helpful. They go through each and every possible way for the students to succeed in their career. The management is very keen about bringing some good companies for placements. We also have student exchange programmes with many international universities for higher education purposes.
Placements: Big companies like Samsung, Schindler, Mahindra and many more do visit our campus and around 85% students do get placed before the last semester. Some companies do have a criteria for placements but students usually get placed in most of the companies and every student gets ample of opportunities for placements.
Placements: Placements in our college are very good. Mostly, start-up companies are preferred in this college. The main drawback is that the core companies do not visit the campus in a large number. Only a few companies visit the campus for core branches like electrical, mechanical and civil branches.
Placements: Usually students studying aerospace engineering tend to leave for higher studies abroad. The students going for placements are placed in aerospace sector but not in the core companies. Placement for aerospace is decent. Students having less than 5 grade point average are not allowed to sit for placements.
Placements: I don't know about the placements of other branches, but our HSE department offers 100% placements. Students get placed in good companies with high salary packages. If you aspire to take HSE, UPES is the best college in India. Faculty members take utmost care of the students regarding internships, projects and placements.
Placements: I was offered a salary package of 7 LPA by Byju's which is India's largest educational technology firm. I have been working in Byju's for the last 1 year. UPES invites many companies to the college. A student gets many opportunities during campus placements. The placement faculty are good. There is a pre-placement programme which makes the candidates confident about placements. It also offers a good experience.
Placements: Placements in the college were good. In my batch, around 90% of the students were placed in their respective specialisations and got the job in their desired domain. A few companies that visited our college related to aerospace were Mahindra Aerospace, Rockwell Collins, Cyient, TCS (EIS), HCL, and Infosys, etc.
Placements: Placements for the aerospace course are satisfactory as most of the students opt for the master's degree, and the others who wish for placements are mostly placed through off-campus drives. Since the companies like Accenture, Mahindra Aerospace, Honeywell Aerospace, Larsen and Turbo visited in the past, there is a chance that they may come anytime in future.
Placements: Our seniors are all placed with good packages, and especially this branch is very known in the university. Many companies came for recruitment. The companies recruit students as the safety officer in their organisations. Almost 99% of students got placements, and the packages offered are also very good.
Placements: Placements are decent, for the batch of 2015, 80% students were placed and companies like TCE, Mahindra came to the campus for placement. The placement of any student depends on how well he/she understood the knowledge given to them and how well they are able to apply it in the real life as companies don't usually look for students with high grades but they want those who have a better understanding of real world applications.
Placements: Placements for our course are pretty good, and almost every student get placed with an average package of 6.5 LPA. The highest salary package offered was 32 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 4.5 LPA. Students worked in an industry as a safety officer. Almost 90% of the students got an internship from college. The highest stipend offered was Rs. 30,000, and the lowest stipend offered was Rs. 5,000.
Placements: The placements are very good and they are making the future very much secure for thousands of students in the campus. Every year many famous and reputed companies visit the campus and provide jobs to the students of our college. The 100% placement is one of the features of our college.
Placements: Placements were good enough this time for senior batches, the average placement was 6 Lacs per annum, nearly 80% of the batch got placed. We hope best for everyone. Our University also holds badge for the placement representative of the college that is provided to the best student.
Placements: The placements on UPES campus are quite satisfying. A wide variety of roles have been offered to the students in various MNCs. Last year, top notch firms like Reliance, Indian Oil etc. Visited the campus and recruited more than 100 students. The internship opportunities are also satisfactory. About 85 percent of the students get placed every year.
Placements: Placement are great. Faculty supports every individual in placements. All core companies will come to placement. Faculty gives u input of companies and train you according to the present scenario. For every branch there is set of guidelines for placements.
Placements: As we know UPES is well known for it's placements and like the previous year, placements this year were also good almost all of our seniors got placed in the core company related to our domain. Placement rate is about 92% this year. The lowest package offered was 4.5 Lacs and maximum was aboit 28-30 Lacs.
