UPES a campus of dreams and knowledge.

Placements: The placement in this field has both management and physical work. You can opt for either one. The placement percentage is almost 100. With companies of every sector needing Fire officials this branch is quiet trendy. Safety is never outdated and can be improvised time to time.

It is very great that we can mesmerize anyone in this world.

Placements: The placements are nice and really complementary as we know that we are the one who has to save the future generation and have to take the responsibility on our shoulder, so companies are also helping us to help more. Almost everyone got placed, few are left, and companies are still coming.

Satisfied with quality of education and placement.

Placements: 100% placement for FSE students since the course is started. Major companies like reliance take students for job and paid internship with 50k as stipend and 5.5 as annual package. Vedanta, nestle, technip, promat, dr reddy and many more. Placement cell is so active as years passing and camps visit becomes continuous till now.

Upes is good for CS if you can do better with your studies then you should go for it.

Placements: It's campus placement for the academic year 2016-17 on a high note with record placement of 1447 students and 1527 offers. Placements 2017 at upes started at a high note with around 500 students getting offers from top notch companies like Accenture, IBM, dell etc.

Really good infrastructure with decent placements and aspiring innovations.

Placements: The placements are pretty much good. In a field like petroleum engineering, there are only a few chances to get placed in the core field, but in IT, the placements are 100 percent with decent packages and the students having potential always gets a job in the field of study.

The college is good in all the formats but there will be connectivity problem.

Placements: For my batch the placements has not yet started. But for the senior batch has gone well, more than 85% of the seniors are placed in well reputed company. The highest salary was 18 Lacs per yer. In 3rd year the college gives option that you can take internship from the college or by yourself. Yes there is a placement cell in the campus.

Really Good Infrastructure and faculty members.

Placements: The Placements are good. Several top domain recruiters visits the campus offering a decent package to students. Some of the top recruiters are Exxon, Shell, Schlumberger, HLS, Halliburton, Reliance, etc. Also in the pre final year students are send to various companies for their summer internship, which is mandatory for every student. College assures to arrange internship for every student, having a decent acedamic performance.

Fully satisfied with the teaching good placements but yes it;s costly.

Placements: We had interaction with our seniors, they told that almost all the students got placed, the highest package was around 13-14 Lacs and the lowest package was about 2.8 Lacs. Regarding about the internships not all got the internships, I mean some had interest in A. I. some had in Data Mining some in Web Designing, so all got according to their interest. Some had sources so they used their sources.

Very happy with my decision to be in this college and I believe I will not regret it.

Placements: Last year, the placements were good. The highest package was in our branch, i.e. 32 LPA. Almost 100% of the students were placed. I feel that I have a secure future after passing out from this institution. We have got wholesome experience by Internships, and everyone is granted a chance every year. Even last year the same happened, and all my seniors seemed extremely satisfied with what they were offered.

Overall, I am happy to be a part of this particular college.

Placements: I am so thankful to this university only because of placements. I got so much of knowledge and even the best placement. The placement system is nice in the college completely try to make every student get the placement, and at the end, they almost did that. I had completed my summer internship programme in AMTL which is provided by the university only. Even I also got the placement in energy efficiency services limited (EESL) government, and the sector in my hometown location Lucknow.

It is the best college for engineering courses, fully satisfied.

Placements: Placements are pretty good. Various companies came for various job profiles. More than 70 companies came for the recruitment and similarly happened with the senior batches. 70% of the students got placed from the college itself, and the package offered by the companies was also pretty good.

Learn, live, and explore the new horizons in the college life.

Placements: The placements in my college are good, if you study in the IT sector, or aspire to work for it. If you are a student in the core sector, the chances of getting a placement in the same reduce to a mere 50 to 60 percent like any other college in the country and the rest will be placed, if so, in the IT sector. The students from my branch are offered on-field jobs related to working in an oil field, while some get the desk jobs. Almost everyone in my branch gets a few internships during his stint i...

The college has the good location and faculty members.

Placements: If you are looking for a job, then UPES is a perfect platform, but for those, who want to do exactly with their field then it is not the right platform. They will provide you with a job in IT company for sure, but for technical field job, you should have some contacts or something.

I had a great educational experience in Dehradun.

Placements: The college has an excellent placement record. Above 95 percent students were placed from senior batch and same with our batch. The students were placed across different reputed companies such as Accenture, HPCL, Tieto, Gulf Oil, Shell, Total Oil, Infosys and many other to mention.

One should have the best college experience. Till date, the college has the best placements.

Placements: All the passing batches starting from 2015 have seen nearly 100 placements with none of the student been placed in a non-core branch. Main recruiters being Reliance Industries Ltd, L&T (HC & Construction), Vedanta, Dr Reddy's Laboratory, Adani Gas, VA Tech Wabag, Weatherford, Cairn energy, Tata Powers, and much more offering an average salary pay over 4 lacs per annum. It is a beautiful university and you will get more than you want.

Placements: The placements here are great. Especially in some industry-based branches like fire and safety engineering (100%), applied petroleum, CS with CCVT, CS with cybersecurity and forensic. The highest salary package will be around 20 LPA. All computer science branches are running with IBM, XEBIA.

It is a very good college with good placements.

Placements: I got the placement from the college. Many companies visited the campus, and almost 80% students were placed until the end. Average package offered was 3.5 LPA. Core companies offered marketing and sales roles majorly. Regarding internship, the college provided the internship for every student.

The review of the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies.

Placements: Talking of the placements, one thing that is to be kept in mind is that a college could just offer you the opportunities, but grabbing it remains within one's hand. As of the current trend, the chemical engineering is one of the most flourishing engineering aspects that one would love to get admission into. During this semester, 4 renowned core companies offered placements wherein one is the Reliance Petroleum limited. To be honest, less than 60% of the students are placed on campus. The highest...

The companies which visited the campus were WDI, Shell, CGI, Wipro, TCS, Aviva, Diego. The companies offered technical, sales as well as IT profiles. Placements: Right now, the status of placement is not good. But, the situation will boom in upcoming years. Students get placed in various companies. Records suggest that the placement of aerospace and avionics is not that bad because students get placed in core branches and IT too.
