Placements: Well as it is a distance learning programme, there is no provision for placements. It already acts as a education centre for those who are working or engaged in some other course and admission is fairly easy in SOL as you just need to be 12th pass. Also, if anyone who wants to do an internship, can do it easily by applying on his/her own outside. Not only B.Com but also provides various other undergraduate and post graduate programs such as B.A. B.Com (Hons) M.A. M.Com etc.
Placements: Recently, School of Open Learning has started its placement cell, but it will be fairer if students also do some professional courses along with their graduation. It will help them to get better jobs in future. Till now, only one batch got the jobs through placement cell of SOL. Placements of the second batch are going to held shortly.
Placements: School of Open Learning is not a regular college, so no placements are provided there. It all depends upon your knowledge and ability to apply for jobs on your own. SOL is just for getting your bachelor's/master's degree without going to college regularly and utilise that time for some other professional courses or certifications.
Placements: Students were offered with a role of sales Executives in some MNCs. The highest package was around 4 Lacs and average package was around 1.2 Lacs. And around 6% students were placed in the placement cycle. We actually don't need internship certificate since it is a correspondence programme. And most of the students studying in Sol are not aware about the placement cycle due to which the placement percentage is too low.
Placements: There is no placement given by the Delhi University, but you can apply for any government jobs as well as private jobs easily now that you have a degree. It is basically based on your knowledge and experience of you have knowledge about anything related to the work that they want you get easily job or otherwise you don't.
Placements: School of Open Learning doesn't offer any placement opportunities, and they don't even invite any companies for placements. They just provide an open degree course. We don't even have a training and placement cell to invite companies for placements. If anyone wants to get a job, he/she has to search for jobs on their own.
Placements: There are no placements for our senior batch, and the placement percentage is zero. There are no provisions for the internship. You have to look for off-campus placements on your own. The college has nothing to do with your placements or jobs. This college just provides you with a graduation degree.
Placements: As it's a distance learning course, the college doesn't provide any placements. The college provides you with the degree which has equal standards of the regular course. You have to study on your own. No one will teach you. You can join private coaching institutions. You can learn all the basic concepts like the students pursuing the regular degree, but you have to study on your own. You can even do a job while pursuing the degree.
Placements: The placements provided by our college are average. The salary offered to the students ranges from Rs. 10,000 per month to Rs. 20,000 per month (for graduates). Jobs like an accountant, finance trainee and internships involving business finance are offered. However, the roles offered to the students are improving, based on the interest of students. Internships or jobs are offered based on the calibre of students, so there is no fixed percentage of placements.
Placements: There is no placement because it is a school of open learning from Delhi university, and they don't give any placement to any student of this school. I'm not saying that school is bad or good, but it was the choice of the student and their family.
Placements: There is no scope for the placements in SOL. SOL students are treated as general category students, and regular students are treated under categories like OBC, SC and ST. Regular students get jobs, but SOL students do not get jobs, and they face many problems. The placements are very difficult for SOL students.
Placements: It's not a regular college, so it doesn't provide any placements. It only provides education, and after 3 years, the students will just get a degree from the college but not placements. The students who want placements through the college have to try in some other college, and if not, they can apply for SOL.
Placements: There is no placement facility in this college as this is a non-regular college to graduate, it is a school of open learning, so whosoever is working or studying any professional course like CA, CS, etc., can opt this college for graduation and post-graduation.
Placements: Distance learning doesn't provide you with placements. You have to find a job by yourself. It would be better if you do some other course along with a degree. Many big companies want candidates of regular colleges only so that it will be a disadvantage for you.
Placements: As this is an open school, no placement drives are conducted for students to get a job. Mostly, job holders or professional course students opt for opening learning as there is no compulsion to attend the weekly class. They can only attend exams to get a degree.
Placements: There are no arrangements for on-campus internship/placement opportunities as it is an open learning school. One cannot get a job with high pay once graduating from the college but can land up with a decent job. This is the best option for people who are pursuing professional courses or job and pursuing studies at the same time. However, placements are available on the online portal with some good companies. Alumni network is also available online.
Placements: The placements ratio is very low in my batch as well as in senior batch. Only 3% out of 100% students got placed in the campus. The highest salary is around Rs. 40,000 per month, the average salary is Rs. 25,000 per month and the lowest is Rs. 20,000 per month. Some companies of humanity visit the campus, but only high score students get placements from the campus.
Placements: In Om logistics, LG, apple, icici bank, axis bank, google, Toyota, Samsung, kpmg, audit firms, fine firms, stock borekage firms, tata steel small finance firms, NGOs government organisations and many more firms are waiting for you in India and aboard you can even work in the largest Industry as Intern scope is wide.
Placements: I must say that there are no placements. It is basically based on your knowledge and experience. If you have knowledge about anything related to the work, they will get you jobs easily jobs. In correspondence, there is no job given to students.
