Placements: Since it is a correspondence course there aren't many opportunities to get any placement or internships. No major company visited the college when I studied there for years. There were only a few counseling sessions regarding placement opportunities available but of no use.
Placements: Almost 30% of the students got jobs. In this course, the highest salary package offered is 2 to 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are NIIT, Axis Bank, Damani Group, etc. Approximately 30% of the students got an internship. Top roles offered to the students are as an accountant, account assistant and data entry.
Placements: I did my graduation from School of Open Learning, DU North Campus. So, I didn't get any internship or placement. At that time, there wasn't any facility. But now, it's available. Now, the students can apply for placements provided by School of Open Learning.
Placements: Students studying in SOL don't get placement opportunities as it is for regular students. SOL only helps students to get a degree from a prestigious university. For jobs and internships, students will have to find it on their own after completing their graduation in companies that give opportunities to freshers in entry-level jobs.
Placements: There are no placement opportunities as such in our college. You have to take the initiative and motivate yourself to search for a job on your own. However, the reputation of being a DU alumnus will look good on your CV, which might help you to get jobs. Political science as a subject has very limited scope in India. You can either try for civil service exams, for which political science is an easy and best subject to specialise, or try for government agencies and other fields. There is no scope...
Placements: There are no placements in our college as it is a distance learning college, and they don't provide it because they don't have management for providing any placements. They have never provided us with full course material.
Placements: There were no placements in SOL because it is an open college, but from the last year, they have started a placement forum where only a few companies visit. A company selects 10,000 students, but I didn't see anyone getting placed except 1-2 students.
Placements: From our college, around 40% to 50% of the students got placed with data entry and back-end office jobs in some companies like 24x7 and many others. The highest salary package offered here was 4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are BPOs and telecalling companies. About 50% of the students got internships from B.Com course in accounting-based firms and companies. Top roles offered in our course are a senior manager of the accountancy ...
Placements: About 60% of the students took admission in our course, and salary packages are not offered. There are no placements and also no internships in our college. However, DU students can get internship offers in some of the most popular firms in their field.
Placements: DU provides no internships. I was not in touch of teacher and other professors of DU. Even I don't know the names of our teachers. I did not attend any class. Nor I got a chance of internship neither any placement as I have already mentioned I was a non-regular student so I also never take more interest in DU policies for students. So I don't know much more about the internship.
Placements: All the students got placed in our course. Some of the students who were selected were offered the highest salary package of 12 LPA. The average salary package offered was 6.25 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 4.5 LPA. Amul, Parle, Vatika and Crompton are the top companies that visited our college. Nearly 60% of the students got internships. Roles offered were as assistant manager, HR department, and a branch sub-head.
Placements: The university provided no placements, and you have to search on your own. You have to apply to the companies. Basically, people working or doing some other professional course opt to do graduation from the school of open learning. You can go anywhere, and in any course, it's just your graduation degree.
Placements: About 40% of the students enrol in this course every year. But there are no placements for any course in our college. However, some companies visit here to provide placements for us, but because of lack of information, students never get these placements opportunities and also internships.

Placements: Placement scenario is average in DU SOL. I don't have any idea about the number of students who got placed because DU SOL never gives placements. Everyone has to search for a job on their own. The lowest salary offered in this course ranges from Rs. 20,000 to 30,000 per month and the average salary offered ranges from Rs. 40,000 to 60,000 per month.
Placements: Around 70% of the students got placed in our course. The lowest salary offered ranges from Rs. 20,000 per month - Rs. 30,000 per month.
