Placements: I couldn't complete regular college. So I tried to get admission to a distance course offered by SOL, DU. It was an easy and smooth process. After the completion of the course, I got a job as an English teacher in a secondary school.
Placements: Most students pursue B.A. Hons in Political Science to prepare for the UPSC exam. The university isn't responsible for the placements. It's just a so-called degree, which is more similar to the regular colleges under Delhi University.
Placements: The college provided placement to final-year students. Many companies like Genpact, Axis, HDFC, etc., visited the college for placements. The highest salary package of the college was around 3 LPA. Approximately 40-45% of students got placed in the hiring. Although, the placement was not as good as in other colleges.
Placements: In May 2022, the placement cell of DU SOL organised a drive for business development executives (Axis Bank) jointly with NIIT Ltd. Around 800 students registered for the profile, and 48 students appeared for the interview. As per the official report, 21 students from the School of Open Learning appeared for the first round of interviews, out of which 15 students were selected.
Placements: About 50% of students were placed in my course and I have no idea about the salary package. I was an SOL student. The top roles offered in our college were for CA accountants and maybe any other courses. Commerce was not my choice. I chose commerce because of my friends.
Placements: There is a very small number of students placed. It is about 2% to 3% only. This university doesn't offer campus placement. It is an open-learning university, which is beneficial for those students who are pursuing some other professional course.
Placements: Being the open college, there are no placements here. Most of the students do take admission here as a side thing, so placements aren't really an option for them. Even if you want a job after graduating from here, you have to go on your own as SOL doesn't even have a placement cell.
Placements: 50 percent of the students placed in B.Com course. The highest package was 4 lpa and the lowest package was 2.5 -3 lpa. Recruiting companies like kotak, Amazon Wipro etc. are the top recruiting companies from this course. 40-50 percent of students got internship. Top roles offered by company are manager and accountant.
Placements: The highest salary package was around 7 LPA and the lowest was 4 LPA. Students were recruited by various big companies like Reliance and Tata. Roles offered were managers, supervisors, accountants, and many other good roles.
Placements: The placement status is bad, there is no placement cell. They provide a column on the SOL website for the job-related names as a placement cell. Some companies mostly banks provide jobs. Those who are interested can apply through the SOL website.
Placements: Du Sol doesn't provide any placement to their students. As these colleges are for getting degree of your course. No top recruiting companies for this course or other. Generally no students get any internship. Students do from Sol because they don't want to go to college regular.
Placements: In SOL, there is no placement but their teaching schedule is good, and the study material is provided by them. Students are very intelligent and smart. The teacher's teaching style is appreciable. The authority listen to our problem very carefully and work on it.
Placements: In SOL, there are no placements available. Students have to find a job on their own. A large number of students were there in my batch, and most of us are now trying to find a job. In our course, we also get extra courses other than our graduation course.
Placements: There is a placement cell and some companies come to hire students. You have to be responsible for your placement, some internship companies come to hire. Most banks come to hire the student. They posted a vacancy on the Sol website and you have to apply for the post.
