Our college has good placements. Teachers are knowledgeable, and the infrastructure is very good.
Placements: Civil engineering is the best branch for placements. About 80% of the students got internships. Some good companies visit our college and hire students. About 30% of the students got placements, and some students got placed in local companies. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA, while the lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA.
Infrastructure: All facilities are good, and there are a Wi-Fi facility and library. Google classrooms are good, and sports and canteen are good in our college. Medical facilities are good and always available, and the sports coach is good, who provides daily motivation and guidelines.
Faculty: Some faculty members are good and knowledgeable, while some are bad. Their teaching style is good, and there are knowledgeable faculty members in the civil department. Industrial visits are provided to some companies. Civil is a good branch in terms of course curriculum and to make students industry-ready with some knowledge gained through visits to good companies.
Other: The civil branch is the best, and civil engineers are creative, so I chose this course. I want to make business tycoon in future.

My college life was spent merely to earn a fake degree. With no use. I wasted my 3 years
Placements: Hi. I'm not a student of this college. I'm am a student of selvam arts and science college (Namakkal) which is not even mentioned in your list. But selvam engineering students and selvam arts students share the same bus and we used to chit chat a lot in our long bus journey. I'm not going to review their college I am just going to share their stories I heard and I am going to review selvamm arts and science college (autonomous) . Our senior batch students are mostly working as daily wagers. I have seen them working as a driver and labour. Students don't have the ability to work in a white collar job the reason is college. There is no internship or stipend provided to the students. Placements are just words. Lesser than 1 percent get the appointment letter but they never work there.
Infrastructure: We spend most of the time in classroom. We don't have required books in library. Our labs are ok but we cannot use them often.
Medical facilities - I have never heard anything like that in my college. We do not have anything like that. I don't have a PT period. Canteen food is not bad. Hostel rooms are too bad. We do not have charging ports so we take connection from the fan or light to charge our laptops and mobiles. If the principal finds out that. He will take those connections with him. But he never gives us the charging ports. We have to make the arrangements again. We have a nature based college . So we don't have urinals . Boys mostly pee in the open area and water won't be available in the toilets. This is about the arts college
Faculty: They are not at all qualified nor knowledgeable. Once in a blue moon we get a good staff but he/she will resign with a month. They too feel the college is substandard for them to work. Methods of teaching is very simple. They will read it and try to translate it but they fail in that too. They cook up stories. They piffle in the class all the time . They do not know why they are here. They get less paid. Around 6-7 k per month. The ratio 1:50. We don't get any industry exposure. The curriculum is good but we got no one to teach properly. The biggest misery is their increment is based on how many students they are able to get admission in this college. Like refer and earn policy.
Other: I had my schooling in a matriculation school but due to my low marks . I was forced by my parents to join in this college. It never resembles a college. It is a complete waste of time for a useless degree. This college serves the purpose of pure business. The management do not have the ability to run a college. Education is a service but here it is just a business. The brainwash rural students and make them to join this college. I heard engineering in our institution is more worse. They get beaten. If they fail in a test they need to pay rupees two hundred and if they fail to attend the test they need to pay rupees thousand. They are not often allowed to attend the exam. They force the students to muggup . That college is also working on refer and earn policy. They do not have qualified staffs. I think for an NAAC or UGC check staff from the arts college went to engineering college to work for a day or two. It is a crime . They did that too. They got 10 k for 1day. They are provided with new engineering staff identity card. It is just a dumb college.
