Good placements count, good infrastructure, good cleanliness.
Placements: During my placement time COVID-19 situation was about come to an end so the count of job offers from recruiting companies was good. The companies were mostly from IT field and those companies were the top MNC's such as TCS, WIPRO, CAPGMINI, Accenture etc. And also many more small scale organisations. The placement count of my batch was about 90%. Companies offered posts likes Jr. Software Engineer, Associate software Engineer, Project management, Software trainee etc. The CTC offered was also very good, with about 4 LPA.
Infrastructure: In my college they provide very good facilities. Whole campus contains Internet connectivity, labs, classrooms, library is also very good. Cleanliness is commendable. All the necessary facilities are available in the canteen, they are very good. All the important sports competitions are also held.
Faculty: The teaching staff was very good during my time. One and half years was in online mode due to covid. During that time, teachers were very active. For the study and doubts, what's app group was created where we send our discussions and our doubts, and teachers solved those doubts as soon as possible. No one fails the examination.

It is an average college because of the hostel and mess facilities.
Placements: In our batch, all students were placed. The highest package offered was 7 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. Top recruiters were Wipro and Capgemini. Students did not get internships. Top role offered was a trainee software engineer.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi facility was not good. Laboratories were not well-maintained. Only a few computers were available. Classrooms were fine. A library was good. The hostel was not good. There were no proper facilities in the hostel. The mess was also not good.
Faculty: Some were good and knowledgeable. The course curriculum was not relevant, but it will help you to clear interviews. Semester exams were good.

A review of SNJB's college for young aspirants.
Placements: I am from the civil department. We did not have any placements, but the training and placement cell and staff of the college were really helpful. Mechanical, IT and computer science branches have good placements. The college senior staff and ex-students also guide and help the students in getting a job.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is peaceful in the college. Facilities like Wi-Fi and computer labs are amazing, The library is upgraded with all the books and news reading sections, and it is open to the students from morning 8 AM to 12 AM. The sports section is promoted during winters. The canteen is fair with few options to choose. All the departments have good machinery and practical instruments. SNJB's college provides different hostels for girls and boys, and the hostels are like private hotels with all the amenities, but the food is vegetarian.
Faculty: Every department has good faculty. The professors are PhD holders and have master's degrees in their respective fields. The faculty complete the courses on time and help the students to understand the course in detail. They provide notes and conduct regular tests and give assignments to the students.
Other: The college celebrates yearly festivals and days. It organises ICRTET (International Conference on Recent Trends in Engineering and Technology), and various other functions are organised in the respective departments.

No one can explain my college in few words
Placements: Our college has the tie-up with many companies like national, multinational and some international companies. But according to our knowledge students are very weak, and that's why our placements ratio is low when compared to other reputed colleges. For the increments of the student, our college organises various seminars by different companies.
Infrastructure: The SNJB College was built in 1928, and from the time of establishment, many modifications are done. Our college has got A grade by NAAC aggregation for our infrastructure, quality of education is maintained. Our college infrastructure is the best in the whole Nashik region, and the infrastructure is different from the other colleges. The classrooms and labs have designed uniquely.
Faculty: In this scholarly society, our college provides the best education. The faculty in our college they teach every single point, not only in syllabus point of view they also teach out of syllabus. They teach us technical and non - technical aspects that are useful for our future. They guide through interesting, passionate topics.
Other: There are many events, cultural programs, sports, scholarships, that are organised by individual departments in our college. The annual gathering is held after the completion of all semester examinations. Extracurricular activities like sports, singing, dancing, are conducted. Many scholarships opportunities to minorities like E-Bc, O-Bc, ST, SC.

Great faculty members with good infrastructure and good environment.
Placements: Placements were very good, especially for my batch. Many companies came for the drives including Zensar, Webwing, Opulent and many more.
Each department has its own placement officer.
30 students from my class were placed and from my previous batch, 18 students were placed.
Infrastructure: Well managed and settled labs are there with high specification computers with high-speed LAN. The library is also very good including up to 35000 thousand books. The whole college has a Wi-Fi connection and classrooms are clean and big with a projector and laptops in them.
Faculty: Faculty members in each department are very good by means of their teaching skills. Each faculty has well-known knowledge of their specific subject of interests.
The syllabus of each subject gets taught fully in specific time and also extra lectures and practicals are also taken by them.
