Good in academics but poor placement

Placements: The companies visit for fake placements. There is no credibility of the companies coming for placement drives. There is a declining trend in the number of placements especially for core branches like EE, ME, and civil. Few core companies visited the college in recent years.

I am satisfied with SRMSCET, Bareilly because of good faculty and good placements in 2015 and 2016.

Placements: The placements of SRMSCET, Bareilly are very good because 80% students of SRMSCET got placed. I am one of them. My seniors also got placed in different different companies like TCS, Webkul, Eninov, FranConnect etc. TCS alone recruited near about 211 students from college campus and 70 students from off campus. So, on the basis of this, I can say that the placement of SRMSCET is very good in comparison to others.

A place to make memories.

Placements: Talking about placements, there is only one company fixed and that is TCS. Apart from that, nothing more to say as all other companies are like BPO companies and no other company is available for the core branches. The average package is 3.16 LPA offered by TCS to a few selected students. The internship is totally up to you here.

Bad placements in 2016 but totally satisfied with the hostel.

Placements: I’m a final year student but I am facing the placement problem most. 3 companies have come and selected only 40 students. The college is taking fees from the students for placements but does not give it to the companies and that’s becoming the reason for the companies not hiring more than 10 students.

This is an awesome college with a big Campus and great Teachers. The college is a renowned brand and has a good ranking and placement value. The placements are good, the teachers are interactive, and the campus is in a green area. Both practical and theoretical knowledge is imparted in an interactive manner.

The college is good but is having hard rules and regulations for each one. There are regular check intervals for students that whether they're attending classes or not. In a case of short attendance, they put fine for the students who do not secure the minimum required attendance. One can join the college if and only if he can handle huge strictness.

The college is very strict as far as norms are concerned. Fine on mobile, any kind up to Rs. 20,000. As far as placement is concerned only one company visits this college. In our batch 80+ students were selected out of 600+ students. They force students to attend college, otherwise they cut electricity of the campus.

Renowned college known for its rules and regulations. Well disciplined, good administration focuses on both curricular and co-curricular activities. Adaptable environment, well qualified faculty members, good education but a little more focus is required on practical knowledge transfer.

College is affiliated to U.P.T.U. and is one of the premier private colleges of the university. It (S.R.M.S.Trust) has many colleges like Medical College, Nursing College etc. also. In engineering college there are courses like B.Tech, B. Pharm (PCI approved), MBA and MCA. Faculties are very supportive and course structure & pedagogy is in best interest of students. Definitely you can't miss classes but yes you won't feel bored because there are many national level Cultural, Technical and Sports...

My college is somewhat different from other colleges. The discipline is at its higher level. The rules in my college are not only for the sake of name but are followed strictly. The college is also strict with the faculties that are they properly teaching or not. Time to time there is a survey conducted by the management to take review about the faculty from the students. After a regular interval the chairman meeting is conducted to know the students opinion regarding the classes and system for ...

The guidance provided here is good but due to location, this college is not able to keep up with the pace of today's era. This college has taught me discipline and hard-work but it failed to pay off efficiently during placement season. Campus is green and pollution free but in this particular city, opportunities are very limited.

A student got chance to live in a good, studious along with enjoyable environment. An very amazing point of this college is the dance competition is an international level competition

It'll make your college life hell. It's all about so called stupid discipline and not studies and placements (which actually matter). Join if you want to waste the best years of your life. Faculty is good for nothing, hostel has no facilities whatsoever, no significant company visits for placement, uniform like that of school is there, personal cell phone is not allowed, going out of campus is not allowed. Hell packed in few acres. Don't join if you want to enjoy college life or expect to get pl...

I don't want to recommend anyone to join this college. As the college treat students as a slave. There are so much of rules and restrictions that student can't able to explore his/her talent. After taking admission they will treat you as a slave because your career is in the hands of college. No good faculty provided by the college. Yes, 7-8 years before college was very good. The college has an elegant background of discipline (students of other colleges affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University also know about SRMSCET's discipline). Sometimes it's really boon but at other times, the same discipline feels like suffocating. In my first and second year, students were not even allowed to keep personal mobile handsets which again had pros and cons. The faculty of my Electrical Engineering Department was good. There was a mix of experienced & new lecturers. However...
