Teaching, events and fests are average, but the food and infrastructure are bad.

Placements: I have not yet experienced the placements. However, placements for all colleges have been dropped in the past few years because many companies have stopped visiting colleges. Still, placements in SIES are average. The highest and lowest salary packages offered are sometimes 12 LPA and 2 LPA respectively.

SIES GST experience pursuing engineering.

Placements: Placements were good. Mostly companies which came were for IT and computer department. Many MNC companies came and had a great drive section for freshers. All top MNCs took nearly 90 students in their company. The highest placement was from TCS which included all branch students.

Don't take admission in SIES GST.

Placements: Placements in SIES are the worst. I suggest you not to take admission in this college. Not even a single MNC was interested in hiring students of SIES GST because of poor results. Faculty members of the IT department are not friendly.

Good infrastructure and placements, and lively atmosphere.

Placements: Placements in our college are really good compared to other colleges. The brand name itself helps to recognize the identity. Lot of legendary companies like JSW Steel, Jacobs, L&T, TCS, etc. came for recruitment in 2015. The batch strength was nominal, so the opportunities were vast and practical.

The role of the student is obviously based on their educational and curricular performance.

The salary package offered to students was around 6-9 LPA, and it depends on the skills of the student. The placements are not done yet for our batch.

Admission in SIES will be good for hard working students as it has good facilities for education

Placements: Placements in SIES are good enough, as many of companies come for interview but only few candidates are selected, as I was in extc department we had the chance to attend many companies which were also coming for IT department, for EXTC many companies had came last year for our batch like L N T, ACCENTURE, WIPRO, ZICOM as well as JIO and the average salary the company offers is 3.5 -5 lack per annum, the placement cell of our college is also very active, they just don't miss any opportunity to br...

Overall, it is good to be in this college.

Placements: The placements were good, but because of bad communication skills, the companies were rejecting candidates. Companies like HUL, Tetrapak, Kodak, and Span Filling come to our college for placements. The salary ranges from 3.5-5 LPA. The highest percent last year the placement did were something overall 45%, but they were placed in good companies. The highest percentage of the students that are doing an internship is 80% as sides have a good name, and many companies do offer internship in our coll...

Rise with education at SIES.

Placements: The placement was good. The average package was about 4 Lacs. There were big brand names on board. The roles however were mostly IT related. Most of the students were placed. There was no concept of internship incase you want to pursue you have to find it for yourself.

Really good infrastructure and facilities. One of the best faculty.

Placements: The placements here are great. We have about 90% placements in CE alone. The packaged are varying from 3 lakhs per annum to 16 lakhs per annum. The college has an excellent placement cell which is highly organised. It works very smoothly and does what's best for all the students.

The highest salary package is about 7.5 LPA, and the lowest was about 3 LPA, which was much better than the previous batch. Much satisfied with the quality of teaching and placements.

Placements: The placements during our batch were not that good as compared to the previous batch. Form the start to the end of the semester, many students got placed. From our batch, maximum students opted for higher studies. My college placement was at Syntel. Through off-campus, I got offers at Reliance Jio Infocomm and Quinnox, and now, I am at Reliance Jio Infocomm.

The college is great, but there are a few drawbacks. But I'm sure that the college overcome them.

Placements: The placements of our college are average. The placements for CSE students are good when compared with the students of other branches. Although the students of electronics and telecommunication and electrical branch get an opportunity to attain recruitment process in IT companies, only a few students get placed. The highest salary package offered is 5.5 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 1.24 LPA.

Very poor placements, but good infrastructure.

Placements: The placement here is very poor. Also, the TCS recruitment from my batch was very poor. They recruited only 6 that too it was a pool campus. No core companies for EXTC and mechanical. Many marketing and BPO based companies come for the recruitment. Otherwise, the placement percentage is very less.
