Siliguri Institute of Technology is running since 1999.It is located in Siliguri West Bengal. The college has good infrastructure. It has well maintained Library. The campus is fully Wi-fi Enabled and its hostel too. Placements: I have heard from the senior that this year 80% students were placed. The highest package offered is 42 Lacs and the lowest may be 1.5 Lacs per annum Microsoft, P360, J &K and there are many too mnc companies. This year almost 60% student from third year got internship from CSE. Top roles are like programmer, data analysis, cyber security and many more teach jobs.

Placements: In my course, 80% of students were successfully placed, with the highest package at 12 LPA and the lowest at 4 LPA. Notable companies like Airtel, Vodafone, Intel, and many others conducted placements, and 70% of students secured internships.

Last year, the highest salary package offered for our college was 11 LPA. The college aims to provide placements to maximum students as possible.

Placements: Placements in our college are not up to the mark. But even seniors got the salary package of 10 LPA in Macafee, Intel, etc. But only 80 students got placed, which is a very poor ratio.
