It is a government college with excellent ROI with a location advantage and prominent faculty. The college gives great exposure to knowledge and one can attend any lecture irrespective of the specialisation. The college consists of well-built library with a number of books, magazines and E-material. It gives great chances to explore BSE and Brokers Forum.

It is the best return on investment and has amazing placements. The infrastructure might lack a bit but having a chilled out faculty members balances it all. There are a lot many guest lectures for the needed industry exposure. Hostel facilities are also available at very less code to zero expense.

SIMSREE is a student driven college with most of the college activities maintained by students committee. This will make them prepare for future management experience. The in-house faculties are not so good however they only teaches non-core subject. SIMSREE has very good visiting faculty for core subjects of finance and marketing with many corporate teaching at the college. If one has thirst to learn, then SIMSREE is a very good platform. However being a government college, many of the importan...

I was part of the 2015 batch MMS Marketing batch. The college is situated at the heart of the financial capital of India. Professors are mainly industry stalwarts who spare their time to teach young MBA students. The college is known for its ROI since the fees is very minimal. Altogether, it's a good college for 0-2 years’ experience students since the average package is close to Rs. 8 Lakhs per annum.

This institute can be best described as "good things come in small packages". SIMSREE is the second best B-School after JBIMS Mumbai - well known by MBA aspirants and recruiters too. It may have a small campus but it covers all the essentials. A well-equipped auditorium to some of the best faculty, Wi-Fi enabled campus, well stocked library and air conditioned classrooms are just some of the examples of how SIMSREE is a comfortable place for learning. The ROI factor plays a major part in why o...

ROI is awesome. A typical government institute but a very small campus. Best part is the faculty. RBI Directors and Consultants to Companies. JBIMS and SIMSREE have almost the same faculty. Decent Placement but lacks brand name when compared to JBNM Symbi and SPJAIN as No marketing or promotion done as it is a government Institute.

Industry experience one gets from this college is very good. One has to do lot of self-preparation. If someone is expecting that everything will be served in platter like some of the private colleges, then he would be wasting time. Campus is small but it has all facilities required by a B-School. Alumni network is extremely good and influential.

Located in Mumbai, SIMSREE is ranked second in preference to the Maharashtra CET and admits the best of the top 200 candidates who take this test. It boasts of the 2nd best ROI in the country and its average placements are in 7 digits. Thus, its reputation and placements contribute to a very high quality student intake, and this leads to the creation of a virtuous cycle. The alumni is one of SIMSREE’s biggest strengths, and they are even registered as a not-for-profit corporation (SIMAA), there...

Hi all, When I was searching for college to aim I had 3 criteria in my mind, first it should be on of the top colleges, second the placements should be good and third college fees should be less. Sydenham Institute of management being on of the top institutes with avg salary more than 10 L and 2nd in ROI in nation fulfilled all my criteria. Faculty and campus life is very good, you'll always learn something new and your eagerness to learn will never end here.

It is a very good college for those students who want to learn.

Placements: Placements were average but qualitative. I didn't focus much on the placements, so I did not have much interaction with the college placements. It was very good and very amazing. I heard that the placements were few but very important to the students because they were from big companies.

Placements: Placements in our college are quite good. The placement committee looks after everything. Our college has almost 100% placement related records because the placement committee is inviting the companies in our college till the last person got placed.
