This is a good college with positive vibes.
Placements: Placements were very less in our college, and it is clear from the data of past years. Overall, considering the campus life, this college is a good option. There are no 100% placements. The highest package offered was 7 LPA, and the lowest package offered was 2.5 LPA. Companies like UST, CTS, Infosys, etc., visited our college for placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was decent. We had in-built labs and practical workshops. Food provided in the canteen was good, and the prices were fair. There are separate grounds for football and basketball, for sports enthusiasts. Hostel rooms were quite good. The cleanliness factor could be improved by conducting a continuous inspection.
Faculty: Faculty members were above average. The college is affiliated to KTU, and the same course curriculum is followed. The faculty were well-experienced. The quality of faculty members can be improved by conducting more training programs and regular tests. Compared to other colleges, faculty members in our college were above average.
Other: Astral is the fest conducted in our college every year.

Review of Sree Buddha College.
Placements: Placements in our college are not much good. A less number of students get placed in the core field. A very few companies visit the college, but the college takes students to off-campus drives conducted in other colleges or venues. In terms of placements, the college is average.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good compared to many other colleges in the vicinity. The campus has good ambience. There are separate buildings for each engineering department. Most of the labs are well equipped. The library is excellent in terms of the collection of books and magazines. The campus is located near a lake and surrounded by greenery all around which gives a serene environment.
Faculty: Faculty members are qualified and have good knowledge about their respective field. Teachers use lecture method and also projectors to teach certain topics whenever required. The course curriculum was set up by Kerala University (now it is affiliated to Kerala Technical University). Not much industrial exposure is provided due to the location of the college.

It's a good college in the nearby area for students who want to choose to be day scholars.
Placements: Sutherland, Speridian, and Gice are the top recruiting companies. The salary packages are not quite good, ranging from 2–3 LPA. The placement percentage is very low, as there are many students with more than a 9 CGPA who are yet to be placed in a company. Sutherland allows exams for backlogs as well.
Infrastructure: The hostel for men is very good, but the food in the girls' hostel is average. Wi-Fi is okay, but the process and availability are quite limited, and the rest is just for namesake. Classrooms are good, but proper ventilation and air circulation should be improved much more to get through the summer.
Faculty: Teachers are good in terms of lectures, but the quality is only slightly above average. Semester exams are pretty tough, and even the series examinations' pass percentage is very low when the first series and second series are taken together, resulting in poor internals.
Other: Events are for namesakes only.

A good college for aspiring engineers.
Placements: A few companies visited our college to offer placements, but mostly, the placement drives are conducted at other venues. I got placed in an IT firm in Infopark through one of such placement drives. Placements weren't that great earlier, but now, it would have improved considerably. We were offered a salary of Rs. 15,000 per month.
Infrastructure: I have studied in women's college at Pathanamthitta. There were separate departments for each branch with well-equipped labs. We did not have Wi-Fi facility on the campus. Sports and games facilities were available. Hostel rooms were clean and convenient, allotting one room for 3 students. Dorms were available at low prices.
Faculty: All the faculty members were well-qualified and very intellectual which is an asset to the college as well as students. Women's college is affiliated to M.G University. Each class has 60 students. Faculty members were always happy to assist us in academics. We went on several industrial visits. We got industry exposure through our main project.
Other: Tech fests are conducted on the women's college campus every year.

Not really satisfied because the placement opportunities are really less.
Placements: Placement opportunities of the college is below average level, Only few students got placed. The highest package offered was 3.2 Lacs per annum and the lowest package was 1.2 Lacs per annum. Internship opportunities was not there. Even though a placement cell exist the efficiency level is average.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure facilities of the college is good including classrooms, library, sports and games the quality of labs are average even the food in the canteen is good. Hostel facilities are poor. One issue which I faced during my tenure was there was no specific sports activities for girls.
Faculty: Faculty members are good, certain faculty members have ample years of experience to teach and guide us. Usually presentations were used for taking classes the real industrial exposure was very less. The curriculum is designed by Kerala University hence the college followed the same format.
Other: Events like Buddholsavam, Techfest, Arts day, Sportsday, Extracurricular activities, Exhibitions happens in the college.
