Placements: Approximately 30% students were placed and getting an average salary of 3lpa. Mostly students get job in finance related jobs. Mostly students get internship under Chartered Accountants and top roles offered by the companies are Accounting associate manager and Sales Executive.
Placements: The placement criteria are average for all the courses. The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA and the lowest salary package is 3 LPA to 4 LPA. The recruiting companies are Seo Discovery, Financial Guru, BSNL Broadband, etc.
Placements: The placement cell is very enthusiastic and plans frequent placement drives along with interactive sessions on building up soft skills like how to build a CV and practice mock job interviews. Many companies visit our college to hire students. The average salary package offered ranges from 2.5 LPA to 3 LPA. For biotechnology, several R&D positions and QA and QC positions are offered by several laboratories, such as Dr. Lal Path Pvt. Ltd.
Placements: Our college had fewer placements. It was around 30% of all streams. Sometimes, students were not even aware that placements happen on campus. Companies come to just hire IT, BCA, and engineering students. So there were no placements for B.A.
Placements: 5-10% percent students got placement. Students got internships from the external sources, not from the college. Small accounting companies are the core recruiters in our college. Roles offered in our course are marketing head, sales executive, accountant, etc.
Placements: 30-40% of students in our college got placed. The placement rate is low because students don't like to go for placements after B.Com as they get minimum pay against these. Mainly the recruiting companies are of accounting or telecalling backgrounds.
Placements: The percentage of students placed is 69 to 85%. The average or the lowest package depends on the student's performance. The college provides internships to almost every student studying in college. The college provides NCC, sports like cricket, basketball etc.
Placements: I haven't graduated yet. This college has a decent placement history with companies like Infosys. You could land a job as a front-end web developer, back-end web developer or software developer. You get to learn the basics required to get into any job related to the IT department.
Placements: Placements are very average. The course is not a professional degree so students won't a very good job after B.A. in economics. The average salary offered ranges from Rs 10,000 - Rs 20,000 in call centers. Students should do masters in the course to get a good job. All students are in graduate degrees, they won't get a higher package.
Placements: The training and placement cell guides and helps the final year students secure jobs with their knowledge and achievements by organizing campus interviews and exploring various avenues for their placements. The cell extends all possible help and provides all the facilities to organizations and their respective officials conducting campus interviews on the college campus.
Placements: Placements in our college were not good for B.Sc. students. There were very limited jobs offered to science graduates. The average salary offered was ranged between Rs 15000-20000 per month. The college doesn't organize any placement drives. However, there has been a placement cell in the college, and it has failed on the grounds of inviting companies to the college for placement, very few companies came for placement in the college .
Placements: Less than 50% of students got selected for interviews by various local companies. Mostly, they provide internship opportunities to final-year students of different fields. Roles like an analyst in economics, accounts, researchers, social media developer, etc., are offered here.
Placements: There is a proper placements cell where students have to go and show their interest in the placements afterward, teachers help students in getting placed and help them to prepare for the placements. Placements usually take place when they are in their last semester and usually companies prefer a wholesome of 75%. Previous year the top recruiting companies are ICICI Bank, Tech Mahindra, Birla Sunlife, HDFC Bank, Airtel, Samsung also participated in the job fest.
Placements: Department of chemistry in SGGS College, Chandigarh is one of the globally recognised, emerging, and leading departments in basic sciences & humanities. The department started with the inception of the college in 1966. Placements: The package in my course is according to experience. More experience get a bigger experience. When students do extraordinary performance then they will provide internship by many companies.
Placements: Average placements with mediocre packages. Low internship rates and recruiting companies were almost non existent. Don't really know about the average package but must be lower the 15000 pm I guess. Unlikely to get campus placements for my course hence not satisfied.
Placements: This college placement is average. The highest package is 8 lack and the lowest 4 lack. HCL, Java, Marketing companies more come every year and hire job fest. Internship is not available in this college but so many events organised that get certificate.
Placements: Around 50% of students were placed. The package depends on the performance of students and which company had offered a job. Students had learning ability which helps them a good package in good companies. The number of students was very large in our course.
Placements: Our batch was started in 2017, and I got graduated in 2020. Around 10%-15% of students got placements based on their hard work. Some students got low salary packages, so they didn't join. However, many students got some great salary packages which is a dream of every student. The average salary offered is Rs. 40,000 per month. The minimum of 5% of students got internships. Accountant, resource manager and HR are the top roles offered here.
