Placements: The placements are good in the college as more than 50% of students have got the offer and more are applying. The average CTC offered is around 2.75 LPA. The companies visited the college are L&T, ICICI Bank, NIIT, and much more for business executives, a finance executive in their company. The companies also offered various internships for the students, includes both part-time and regular.
Placements: The placements of this college are not good, companies are coming for their interview process, but they are not selecting any of the candidates for their company. Genpact, and other companies have visited our college before 2 weeks, banking jobs are given as per roles. According to me, only 2-4 students are placed. The highest package was 1.5 Lacs P.A, the average was 1.3 Lacs, and the lowest was 1 Lacs. Only 2-5 students got the internship from the college, Rs.12000 was the stipend given 2 the ...
Placements: It has great placements. The placement cell of our college brings many companies to the college. But, they are not big companies. If you have good skills, you can get good placement. Many societies develop the students. The placement cell of the society tries to bring many established companies.
Placements: My batch's placement was good. The percentage of students placed was about 55%. The lowest salary offered was Rs.20,000 per month. The highest salary was Rs.35000 per month. Many MNCs visited the college. The roles offered were assistant manager, junior manager, relationship manager and many more. 60% of students got the internship.
Placements: All the candidates in the college get the opportunity to be a part of the placement cell. 75% of the students were placed in 2015 batch. The lowest salary offered by companies is 13k, and the highest amount of salary was 25k. Companies come for placements are Genpact, RBI, ICICI Prudential, E&Y, etc. These companies take 2-3 rounds for the selection.
Placements: The placements of the college are rising year by year. Our placement cell is very hard-working and sincere. They are making their best efforts to get the students placed. Almost 50 companies came last year to give employment and the internship opportunities. The salary is offered between Rs. 3 lakhs PA to Rs. 8 lakhs PA. Various roles were offered to the students like analysts, etc.
Placements: There were no placements and internships for B.A, but in my college, B.Com and B.Com honours were offering internship and placements to the students. The minimum package was 3 LPA, and 5 LPA was the highest package. There was no placement cell because it is a government college of Delhi University.
Placements: In 2015, there were 3-4 startups, Genpact and E&Y Global came to the college. The startups majorly came for their promotion and did not hire anyone even after taking all the rounds. Genpact hired, but really low packages even after 4 rounds of interview. E&Y hired 6-7 students, but it was the only good offer I would say. But, do remember, it was E&Y Global which always valued lower that E&Y India and work quality is also not that great compared to EY India.
Placements: There are not many opportunities to get placed. No placement drive was conducted so that students get to know about it. Those who did get placed got a package of 2Lpa at maximum. But, you can still join the central placement cell for better jobs. The only problem is that one will have to commute to the north campus for that.
Placements: The placements in our college are average. A student scoring more than 8 GPA can expect around 4-8 lacs per annum, but anything below will have to face problems regarding placements. Any student who took part in the society works, and different events get the upper hand when they sit in placements. 8 GPA and event handling gives the best placement which I have seen in my college. Overall, I rate 7/10 for placements.
Placements: The placements were offered limited to the students. That means only the toppers get the opportunity of getting placements. The companies that visit the campus for the placements are completely unknown to the colleagues. Who can pass the placement interview he or she is offered a lower salary or I can say less than the minimum salary for the freshers.
Placements: The placements for our batch were nice as compared to the previous batches as the placement cell managed to invite more companies to the college. Most of the students looking for jobs were placed at an average package of INR 2.75 lakh per annum. All the jobs offered were not offering the same commerce profiled jobs as some were even the customer support executive profiles. Some of the companies which visited were RBS, AON Hewitt, Genpact, Ernst and Young etc. The internships are not at all provi...
Placements: Placements from SGND Khalsa College are good but for commerce students. I am a student of political science and the probability is low for getting a placement but if you get admission in B.Com Hons or B.Com programme, you may get a good placement. Our placement cell is working hard for last few years to bring big companies to our college, but there is no surety that you will definitely get a placement from this college as chances are low.
Placements: The placement in the college is neither good nor bad, but it is not as good as other colleges of Delhi University. My suggestion is that if you are planning to get a job straight out of college, think twice before joining. You’ll surely get a job here, but not a well-reputed one.
Placements: The placement was not so good. Approximately, 40% of students got placed in different companies. Students got an average package of approximately 3-4 lakhs. Most of the companies which came for placement were generally startups. Students didn't get the internship because it was not required as per the syllabus.
Placements: The placement of the college is very good. About 40% of the college students got placed. Around 84 companies have already been contacted with the cell. The percentage would be more than 6 CGPA but depends on the attitude. The highest would be 6-7 lakhs. The placement cell is growing day by day which is expanding its area in terms of companies approaching the college.
Placements: The placements of the college were not good as compared to other Delhi University colleges. The highest salary package was around Rs. 250000 p.a. The companies which offered jobs were mainly start-up companies. In terms of internship, the college didn't offer anything great.
Placements: Placements are not great. Mostly, we have jobs that are for voice and B2B customer relation. Around 3-4 jobs with a good profile and a good salary come but the recruitment rate is only 2-3 students per batch on the good years. There are internships provided too. Some of them are really good but none of them is from good companies. Overall, the college provided below average placements.
Placements: Great placement cell. The college has an in-built placement cell where companies approach students. At my time, Ernst and Young was the company which selected 4 students from our batch. However, you have to be very smart to crack the interview as there are many rounds. Also, Genpact and other companies came to our college.
Placements: The college has an internal placement cell and a lot of companies come to provide placements to the students throughout the year. However, the package and quality of placements are quite average and it benefits basically more to the students from commerce degrees like B.Com and economics. Less options are available for those from arts courses like political science honours. One could always sit for placements inside the college and has chances of getting one too, but for someone whose focus is o...
