Review of Sri Venkatesa Perumal College of Engineering and Technology (SVPCET).
Placements: I got placed in Infosys as a design engineer with a salary package of 3.6 LPA. Now, I am working as a front-end developer.
Infrastructure: The hostel facility is not good. Classrooms do not have proper Wi-Fi. The library is not good. The hostel facilities are not good. The hostel management is not good.
Faculty: Teachers are not helpful. Professors don't have enough knowledge. They are good. The course curriculum is good according to the industry. It does not make us ready for the industry. The exam pattern is not good. I secured a 7.29 CGPA.

I'm satisfied because of the faculty and good placements in 2021.
Placements: I'm from the 2021 passed out batch with a mechanical background. Many top companies, like Hyundai and Tech Mahindra, hire people from our college. A good college to get a degree. The average salary package that was offered to us was 3 to 4 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our college has an outstanding atmosphere. The college is a little far from town, so there is no noise, there's absolute peace, and a great learning place. There are separate blocks for different batches. It has great infrastructure.
Faculty: The teaching staff in our college are also good. In particular, mechanical teaching staff are really good at having good communication skills and knowledge of the subject. They supported us in every situation, from joining to passing out.
Other: I'm from a mechanical background. I like learning new things about mechanical fields. That's why I chose mechanical engineering. Great practical learning is available in the mechanical field.

I am very happy to study in this college.
Placements: In SVPCET, 236 students got placed in the last year. The students must have the aggregate of 70%. The recruiters see their talent, body language, their way of dressing, etc. Many top-most companies like Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Tata, Flipkart, Amazon, etc., conduct drives in our college.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is provided on each floor. There are two Wi-Fi networks with high-speed. The college has one drawback that there is no hospital facility, but first-aid facilities are provided on the campus. Sports are conducted every month by teachers.
Faculty: I am a first-year student of the mechanical branch. Our HOD, Sankar Babu teaches us computer programming. He does an excellent job. I really loved the way he motivates students. He is my role model.
Other: Many events are conducted in our college.

Not a good place to learn new things.
Placements: You cannot get much good placements here. Better be aware before joining, yet there are some people placed in various companies, but most of them were offering maximum wages of 9000 per month. That is not even survivable in this world, so I suggest to go to a better college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was good, and you can feel better about the environment around the college. It is peaceful and distant from the noises of vehicles. You can enjoy the premises and connectivity to other parts of the town and nearby villages. You can feel the sense of nature around the place.
Faculty: I have graduated as a mechanical engineer from here. The faculty were pretty good for the first 2 years as I felt it was worth listening, but from there, I have seen the worst phase of engineering as I felt it lacked the practical knowledge and more of like copy and pasting the materials that were given to us.

Absolutely satisfied because of good faculty members and infrastructure. Good placements in 2020.
Placements: Till date more than 40% percent of students selected from our College for different MNC and start up. The highest package is 7.5 LPA from infq, CTS 4 LPA, TCS 3.50 LPA. The lowest package is 1.78 LPA from Up tell app. Programme analyst trainee for CTS. Designer for Hyundai.
Infrastructure: Technical support is good from our college faculty members every one support us in every department it may be culturals or sports. Our college provide infrastructure and practical labs. And also provide Wi-Fi with minimum speed. While coming to hostel everything is good whether it is facility or food.
Faculty: Teaching quality is good but most of the faculty members are experienced. Some who are freshers they give less technical examples. The course will help me to be good mechanical engineering in any automobile industry as an engineer it may be designer or quality controller.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in the engine's turbines boiler's.
