It has good campus life. They give freedom to do things and are liberal in dress code.

Placements: Placements in our college were good as they do their best to place almost all the deserving students. The highest salary package offered was 14 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 4 LPA. Royal Enfield, Hyundai, TAFE, Sundaram, and Clayton were the core companies that visited the campus. Roles offered were as a graduate executive trainee, research, and development.

Review of Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, Kanchipuram.

Placements: Almost 100% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered was 8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like TVS, Royal Enfield and Michelin visit our campus for placements. A graduate engineer trainee role is offered to the students. Instead of considering universities marks as a base, it can conduct a common aptitude or MCQ exam and make all students attend an interview based on that. Because a lot of good students I kne...

It has very talented teachers, good transport and average placements. The fee is quite high.

Placements: According to our batch, most of the students are opting for higher studies and competitive exams, and less than 10% of the students are interested in placements. Interested students got placed, and in other departments, nearly 70% of the students got placed as trainees.

Our college provides great infrastructure, educational resources, average placements for civil, etc.

Placements: There are no core companies for civil coming for recruitment in our college. But many IT companies recruit students from our department. They also receive salary packages of 3.2 LPA. Most of our department students are not into IT firms. A great proportion of our class students are into higher studies both in India and abroad, government jobs like SSC UPSC, etc. Some students are into entrepreneurship. About 70% of our students have managed to participate in internships and in-plant training to ...

This is one of the top colleges in Chennai with beautiful infrastructure.

Placements: We had good placements from our college. Lots of placement drives were conducted, and top companies gave us more aspirations to work and get placed in those dream companies. They also provided special trainings to clear the prior rounds of placements. It was definitely good with no doubt.

SVCE is far better in placements compared to other colleges of Anna University.

Placements: Placements are really good in SVCE. In my senior batch nearly all got placed. College also provides good soft skill trainings for placement, so that students are well prepared for their placements. SVCE has a very good placement record.

Placements: There are no proper placements for M.Tech in Biotechnology course. The campus placements are not as expected for the postgraduate students. Our college provides good placements opportunities for undergraduate students in top companies like Infosys, CTS, TCS and Accenture.

Think twice before choosing the department.

Placements: Almost everyone got placed except 2 or 3. The highest package in our batch is 5.5LPA from LTI even though he's from the automobile department. Very few companies come for core recruitment. Almost everyone can be placed if you're not expecting some particular company and if you work hard for it.

SVCE - average overall, placements is good, highly recommended to students for Masters degree.

Placements: Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering - SVCE has a good record in placements over the decade. It is a good and well-maintained college, but it can be even better.

Placements: Only 37% of students in our course got placed. Only Sanmar Shipping visited our college for placements. The average salary package offered is 8 LPA. The college does not provide an internship in our college, and I think they are working on it. Students in our batch are working tirelessly to get placed.

Students from our department getting placed in core companies are very low, and it is decreasing year by year. Our college has tie-ups with the best software companies.
