Satisfied with the college till now; really good infrastructure and a good environment.

Placements: Ninety percent of students are placed. The highest package is 46 LPA, and the average is 5.7 LPA. Synkromax Biotech Private Limited was one of the top recruiting companies for biotechnology. Some other top recruiters for SVCE include TCS, Cognizant, Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture, IBM, Amazon, Honeywell Ltd, Ford India, and DXC Technology. The top roles offered in my course are bioprocess engineer, research scientist, bioinformatic analyst, and biotechnology consultant.

A good infrastructure college that prioritizes academic and general activities.

Placements: I don't know about the complete placement statistics of our college. But on average, you get 4 LPA for almost every course. And last year, a senior Information Technology Branch girl from our college got an offer from Service Now for 42 LPA. And generally placement is well above 80%.

Good infrastructure but poor hostel facilities; average placement but friendly campus .

Placements: The placement at SVCE, Sriperumbudur, is quite good compared to other colleges in Chennai because of the branding of SVCE. Every year, almost all the students get placed but due to the global recession, in 2023 and 2024, there are students who are yet to be placed. The highest package stands at 26 LPA, and the lowest package is 2 LPA. The average package offered will stand at 4 LPA in 2023. Internships are offered to outstanding students only and average students are supposed to find them themse...

Our college is very good in placement and facilities.

Placements: Above 80% of students are placed in placements. This will help every student's life. I don't know the package offered for my course. The companies are there for internships, like HCL, TCL, and Wipro. Many engineering students are placed in our college. Other department students placed very well in our college.

One good thing about the college is that you get placed and this applies only for CSE and IT.

Placements: The placements are the best for CSE and IT. Core companies provide a package of 10 to 12 LPA. But for other departments you mostly get only non core companies for placements and it is just average. Major companies that recruit are zoho, EY, IBM, Freshworks, Accenture, CTS, TCS.

A brief experience of our college in a year.

Placements: Till date, the previous batch which is 2021 has 96% placements. If you are really interested in the IT sector, you will have amazing placements. The IT degree guys hold a salary package of 11 LPA and the core company offers about 5 LPA. Our college has huge alumni support.

I am satisfied with college but the placements are the worst when compare to the previous year.

Placements: Even if you are from the ECE stream, the core companies visiting the campus are minimum, and they select very few students. But you will get placed in IT companies in the 7th or 8th semester. Placements are started from the 6th semester itself. The first company that visited the campus was Zoho, and they selected very few students from our college. Placements are common to all the departments. The highest salary package offered was 9 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. For the ...

Our college gives a great experience of the outside world.

Placements: Students who opted for placements got an offer letter. The majority of the core companies did not give massive offers. IT companies hired whoever performed moderately in the group discussion stage.

Overall, I had a good experience in this college.

Placements: Basically, I opted for higher studies, so I don't know much about placements. However, the number of core companies related to mechanical visit here is very less, and they offered only very few jobs. However, more IT-related companies visited here and offered jobs to many students. The major company which visits here was Accenture. Other companies like Freshworks, etc., also offered some jobs here.

Top industries like Royal Enfield and Bonfiglioli Transmissions visited our college for the mechanical department. Good infrastructure and placements but moderate hostel and food.

Placements: It’s upto the student’s talent and skills to get placed, the college can only invite the company for placements. They provide various trainings for placement and in my batch, 60% students got placed. The top recruiting companies are Saint Cobain, Royal Enfield, CTS, TCS, etc.
