Placements: I am a part of the Placement Cell of my college and I have seen students getting placed in reputed companies. Students have been placed in Deloitte, PWC, Zomato, Accenture, Brain, etc. With good packages. The whole organisation is very systematic and takes care of internships too by conducting I-Fair.
Placements: In the recent report, on average, 1/5th of the batch sitting for placements gets placed with a median salary of 6 lakhs, and almost half of the batch go for pursuing Masters and further education. Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, etc. are some of the top recruiters.
Placements: As far as I know, around 30-40% of the students from the B.Com program get placed with an average salary of 6.5 LPA. But people have also gotten 15-16 LPA, which is the highest. The lowest must be around 3-4 lacs. The recruiting companies that I know of for the pass-out batch were Deloitte, Wipro, United Airlines, and AON.
Placements: Around 30 to 40 percent of students from my course get placed. The highest package offered last year in our course was 9 Lacs per annum and the lowest was 3 Lacs per annum. Top recruiting companies from our college are AON CONSULTING, BECK BENCHERS, EY INDIA, DELOITTE INDIA. The highest placement offered last year was 2,100,000 per annum and the median package offered was 600,000 per annum and the average package offered was 650,000.
Placements: People from biochemistry don't get placement, but almost 100% of students get internships at various institutions like JNU, AIIMS and Sri Vipra (the research unit of our college). Many of the alumni are well settled and pursuing their higher education from abroad.
Placements: For science courses, placements are not available. Opportunities exist mainly for commerce students, so as science students, we are not provided with work opportunities after graduation; instead, we must pursue post-graduation or other options based on our interests.
Placements: The placements of the college are quite good. Companies come from around the country, like Deloitte, DE Shaw, and many more recruiters. The highest package of 2022 was 21 L, with 53 offers from my course. The placement cell takes care of these things, providing opportunities like internship fairs.
Placements: As far as my course is concerned, the placement offers are decent. The highest pre-offer placement was 12 Lacs per annum, and the average was around 5 Lacs. The Big 4 companies also come for recruitment. The internship percentage is also fair, both with stipend and without.
Placements: Average package goes up to 6 lacs. With ample internship opportunities, students are capable of grabbing pre-offer placements. Commerce, economics, and statistics grab the highest packages. DSE courses and electives courses are there where we are allowed to choose a course of our choice.
Placements: Placements are average, though placement and internship fairs are organized on annual and biannual terms with a well-structured recruitment process. Students usually further opt for higher studies in the country and abroad and get good scholarships. Moderate to good packages are offered with good companies coming in.
Placements: The placements are amazing at this college. B.Com honours is a practical course and we get a lot of placement opportunities. Some of the top recruiting companies are KPMG, ICICI BANK, Deloitte and Amazon. The average package stands at INR 600000. The placement rate is 70%.
Placements: The Life Science course doesn't offer any placement. People who get placed in life sciences are mostly in marketing jobs, consulting jobs, and sometimes data science jobs. There is no life Science course-related placement because in this course, either you opt for higher studies or the teaching field.
Placements: 20% of the students were actually placed in our course. They don't provide any specific placement in our field of life sciences. The lowest was 4 LPA, and the highest was 20 LPA, something for other courses. De Shaw is the top recruiter. Business analyst, campus recruiter.
Placements: I studied at Sri Venkateshwara College during the 2023–2027 session. My course was B.A. Hons. Political Science, which had 30 students in total. The past placement record has been very impressive, as I discussed with my seniors and professors. They informed me that approximately 80% of the students have been placed in top companies and firms since my course. The overall placement record of the college spanning all the courses is also outstanding, with the majority of the students getting placed ...
Placements: Data from the placement cell report 2022-2023 shows that: a) 242 total placement offers across courses, b) 452 total internship offers, c) the highest package of 2150000, and d) an average package of 658000. Talking specifically about Sociology Hons: out of the 452 total internship offers, 6 were given to B.A. Hons Sociology students. Out of the 242 total placement offers, 2 were given to B.A. Hons Sociology students. The median package is 600000. Top companies which offer positions include Re...
Placements: I haven't heard much about placements since we are in our freshman year but, according to the graduates who have already passed out, introduced to us by the professors, Chemistry has a wide range of applicability and can work in any field. From my observations, recruitment from companies is on a very small scale. Coming to internships, almost 80% of my batch participated in the internship fair out of which almost got a letter of word from different companies. But due to long hours of work and un...
Placements: About 8–10% of students placed in my course, with 10 lacs the highest, 5–6 lacs the lowest, and an average of 6-7 lacs. The top recruiting company was Deloitte, and not a single student took an internship opportunity. The top roles offered were sales manager, HR, etc. But in our college, the hype of placement was not that much.
Placements: I did not opt for the placement. However, the placement cell is responsible for providing placement to students. The placement companies are Accenture, ICICI Bank, etc. The highest placement offered at our college is 27 LPA. The lowest placement offered is 8 LPA.
Placements: Top roles offered are Financial research associate, decision analytics associate, research analyst, Audit assistant, actuary analyst, corporate intelligence associate, etc. Top recruiting companies are KPMG, DE Shaw & Co, EY, PwC, Deloitte, United Airlines, etc. Internships: 35 offers out of 111 in arts.
Placements: The college does not have good placements. Only 10% of students got on-campus placement. The average package was around 7 lacs, with the highest being 10 lacs. About 30% of students get internships. Each year, placement cell organizes an internship fest and companies from top to bottom provide opportunities to students, where a large number of students get internships. The top recruiter is PwC. The top role offered is risk analyst.
