I'm absolutely dissatisfied because of placements. This college is good to learn the curriculum.

Placements: Less than 10% of the students from our course got placed. The salary package offered in our course ranges from 3 LPA to 4 LPA. About 3 students got placed in TCS, while 1 student got placed in Accenture. Our classmates didn't get any internship offers.

It is a good college, and they are friendly to us.

Placements: About 50% of students get placed from college. The highest salary offered was Rs. 30,000 per month and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 18,000 per month. Schneider Electrical was the top recruiting company of our college. Roles were offered as site engineers and other works. In our course, more than 15 students are offered a salary of more than Rs. 8,000 per month. Around 80 % of students got internships in Serayu Engineering.

A brief review of SSMIET. The college has developed over the years.

Placements: Placements in college were pretty good. Even though our batch was the 3rd one to pass out, the placement cell did a pretty good job. It ensured that both core and non-core (IT companies) visited the campus to conduct placement drives. Nearly 60% of the students of our batch got placed. The highest salary package offered was about 3-3.50 LPA. Majority of the companies were primarily startups. The roles offered to students primarily included code developer roles for IT companies. Internships were ...

Rating of SSM: overall, a good college but there are no placement opportunities.

Placements: There is no placement team for student placement. The worst experience staff are only mark oriented they provide you any support on placement live courses they only have minimum set of like flex off campus placement they have and provide placement is bad.

Our college can be better in extracurricular activities.

Placements: A minimum of 8.0 was required for placements. The highest salary offered was Rs.12000 per month. Top recruiters were Amazon, Flipkart, etc. A minimum of 6.0 was required to be eligible for internship programs. Our college would not allow students with less than 6.0 because of the college's reputation.

Our college provides good infrastructure and good maintenance.

Placements: Our college provides many placement chances. I am studying ECE - electronics and communication engineering. Our college is so good at studies, sports, and extra activities. Good companies like Wipro and Infosys offer placements.

Enrolled students adapt well in this environment.

Placements: Honestly, if you studied well then you would achieve your placements in good company from here. The maximum package offered is 35k per month and the minimum package is 15k per month. Wipro, TCS and some other such companies are the recruiters for this course. Students get interned in some companies. You would get more knowledge here and not face any problems because your academuc knowledge will be good.
