Our college has a great study environment with many good opportunities for co-curricular activities.

Placements: Mechanical engineering is a new branch that has been introduced in St Francis Institute of Technology. So giving the placement scenario at this time would be pretty childish as this is the 4th year since when mechanical engineering was introduced here. There were a few students who got placed in companies such as Capgemini on a base salary of about 4 LPA and the placement scenario of other branches are pretty good with more than 80% of the students being placed annually. The highest salary packa...

An average college to study in

Placements: Placements for extc is not so good. They hesitate to place the extc students as according to them the students do not have any coding knowledge, but this is not the case and also to prove this college have conducted coding sessions for all the extc students.

Our college had good infrastructure, facilities and faculty members.

Placements: Almost 20% of the students got placed in our course. Including our course, the salary package offered varies from 2.5 LPA - 3.5 LPA. Capgemini was the top recruiting company. System engineer and assistant system engineer were the posts students got hired. Top companies like TCS, Capgemini and L&T visited our campus for recruitment.

Absolutely it is the worst college.

Placements: Currently, almost 80% of the students from the 2020 batch already got placed. Placements are still providing. Placements are good here, and the TPO department invites new companies almost every week. But the only problem is that it doesn't consider whether we have exams or not at that time. TPO department conducts placements even if students have an exam on that day. Currently, the highest salary package offered is 12 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA.

It is a good college for pursuing engineering in Mumbai.

Placements: Placements in our college are decent not that great. The highest salary package offered ranges from 5 LPA to 7 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges from 3 LPA to 3.5 LPA. Each year, around 50-60 companies visit our campus for placements. The placement percentage of our college would be around 50 to 60%.

If you join SFIT, you should be regular to college as it is very strict regarding attendance.

Placements: The college provides good placement opportunities, as many companies visit our college to offer jobs. All companies are related to the IT sector. If you are from the EXTC branch, you will be provided placements in IT companies, so have to join in the IT sector, which is a kind of drawback. Otherwise, the rest all are good if you want to attend placements.
