I am very satisfied with my college because I have learned many things.
Placements: There are many companies which offer placements in our college. The highest package is 3L per year, and the lowest is 1L per year. Infosys, Wipro, many banks, etc., maybe 25% of people got selected by many companies. Present students are doing internships for the training.
Infrastructure: Yes, there will be the availability of good classrooms and computer systems. In the library, there will be availability of good books related to the course. Good facilities are available in the hostel, and there will be separate places for each student to study.
Faculty: The lectures are very helpful, and they are very friendly with students. They are very qualified and have more knowledge about the work. The teaching quality is very satisfying. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant. Yes, it makes the students industry-ready.
Other: My batch is the best batch ever. I have an interest in commerce, nothing but business, so I have chosen this course. There will be fests and events monthly, and we have a very good campus.

Good college but can be better in campus and faculty, strict for professional course students.
Placements: So I'm in my 3rd year in B.Com and I got placed in my 5th semester. The highest package that has come till now was from JP Morgan, which was 7.5 CTC. The average package is around 4.5 CTC. Around 80-85% of students applying for placements land a job. Though the salary range is not very high, the number of students placed is more. Internship opportunities also exist in the second year. Major recruitment companies include Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Case, KPMG, EY, Ditto Insurance, Zomato, RSM, and many more.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel available for girls in SJCC. I have heard of a hostel facility for boys, but I'm not sure about it. The campus is quite small for the accommodation strength of the college but has all necessary infrastructure, which includes a library with a research section, computer labs, classrooms, etc.
Faculty: Faculty can vary in knowledge levels. While a few faculty members are highly qualified, they do not know how to teach well or handle a class of 80. A few good teachers are there. The course is formed well and has imbibed open electives and practical aspects such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI, which helped me in my interview as well. The level of exams is average.

Please with the college I joined.
Placements: B.Com Regular has had some good placements in SJCC over the years. I have not graduated yet and I'm in my second year. The highest package offered for B.Com Regular was around 16 LPA and there are many campus recruitments. Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, KPMG, JP Morgan, Amazon, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, Decathlon, EY, Tata, etc. A few of my colleagues got internships at Goldman Sachs. Hence, the placement cell is effective in SJCC.
Infrastructure: There are many labs and cafeterias in the college. The classrooms are very spacious and well-equipped and furnished. The library is loaded with lots of terrific books. But SJCC doesn't provide a hostel facility as of now. They have a boys hostel in Victoria layout which is for all the Josephite institutions.
Faculty: The teachers are very insightful in the subjects. They possess good teaching and imparting skills. The course curriculum is well developed to make sure that we are in line with the present requirements. The exams are not that difficult and are manageable.
Other: The main reason to opt for SJCC was due to the convenience of timings. As a CA student, if you prefer a top B college, this is the one. This college will provide everything that a student needs. Further, the crowd of the college makes the three colleges more lively. Situated in the heart of the city, it gives immense pleasure to come to this college.

Academic Excellence, Character Information and Social Concern is guaranteed in SJCC.
Placements: Placement is really good in SJCC, wherein you shouldn't have any backlogs or re-appear on your marks card. Companies like EY, Deloitte, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, Zomato, Accenture, etc. Visit our campus for recruitment and offer on various fields like accounting, auditing, analyst, service, operations, etc. The highest package would be around 10-12 LPA and average would be around 6 LPA. The college promises 100% placement but around 70% get placed as remaining 30% would like to do Masters like me who is going to do MBA after writing PGCET or some may startup a business or continue their parents' business. My plan is currently getting good rank in PGCET and pursue MBA in top colleges in Bangalore.
Infrastructure: The campus is small but all the required facilities and infrastructure are available for the course. From Wi-Fi, power sockets, smart boards, computer labs, classrooms with all the necessities, library which covers almost all books and also with e-library you can access books, previous year question papers, etc. From anywhere. Hostel has been established now in a nearby campus which is in Residence Road. The college canteen is love. Especially the samosas, either aloo or chicken are always tasty. Varieties of breakfast and lunch are available. There is medical support available, if it's an emergency, the award will be taken to hospital as well. We have basketball court, a ground for football, cricket, hockey, volleyball, kabaddi, throwball, athletics, etc. And indoor games like carrom, TT and also have a gym. Everything is totally there even though it is a small campus.
Faculty: The faculty in SJCC are the best as they are highly qualified and experienced which makes the college the best institution. The teaching methods are also very good which includes e-learning, notes, materials and everything necessary for a student to learn and understand concepts easily. In a sem there is Mid sem exam and End sem exam which happens in equal intervals. As SJCC is one of the top colleges, the exams are gonna be difficult. The exams are that difficult that the teachers train us for that difficult levels. Pass percentage is around 80-90%.
Other: I chose B.Com Professional (International Accounting and Finance) integrated with ACCA because I took it is as an alternative of doing CA and also it was a quite new course in this field and I wanted to try and give an attempt. The college canteen is love. Especially the samosas, either aloo or chicken are always tasty. Life at campus was great but not with the size of the campus. The fests are many in number, starting with Kalotsav which happens in October or November, this fest is a cultural intra college extravaganza or fest where we can participate and compete with different classes in college and also have DJ at the end of the fest. Other fests like Cipher which is a business fest, Kalarava and Antharanga which are cultural Kannada fests, Dhwani which is cultural intercollegiate fest, Chanakya which is inter collegiate business fest and many more. Sports include annual sports meet where we compete between classes in carrom, TT, cricket, basketball, football, etc. Spiel is intercollegiate sports fest. Coming to clubs and associations, it is mandatory to be a part of it for credit which are NSS, Kannada Sangha, Hashmi Theatre Forum, AICUF, Community, Comverse, etc.

The lowest package offered at the college was 2.3 LPA. The average package at the college was 4 LPA. The top recruiters were Deloitte, KPMG, Accenture, Goldman Sachs, etc.

BBA in Entrepreneurship - Batch of 2027
3.6
4Placements3Infrastructure4Faculty4Crowd & Campus Life3Value for Money
Overview on a student's life at SJCC.
Placements: Our college offers placements in companies like EY and Goldman Sachs. The placement department is pretty hands-on for the third years. It is quite difficult to score an internship through college, but it's easier through various clubs and associations in the college.
Infrastructure: The campus is quite small, but it is located in the center of the city, so there is enough to do around the campus. However, inside, the infrastructure is poor. There’s no area for students to hang out, and there are hostel facilities only for boys, which I have heard are quite good. Girls have to resort to third-party accommodations.
Faculty: The faculty is very helpful and understanding. They train us in a very practical sense and allow us to learn and grow. The relevance of the syllabus is quite subjective. I would say a few areas need a little more modification, like English and language, but the subject matters are quite clear, and teachers give us all the necessary material to gain good knowledge.
Other: Campus life, including cultural activities, is quite good. The entrepreneurship course is unnecessarily expensive in my opinion, as it covers very similar subjects to the regular BBA course.
