Absolutely satisfied with good facilities and infrastructure but we need to study for better future.

Placements: If you study well and knowledge value at level you can place any company but there will be a rare for core company. Placement for current trend is Zoho, Wipro, Infosys, amazon if you talented you can place any of this company above. No history of arrear is required to every company instead Zoho they need talented guys for the job for the better future. Ashok Leyland Ltd is coming to campus interview offering 2-4 job for students who are high level of knowledge.

Our college is one of the reputed college in Chennai for doing MBA.

Placements: The placements for our senior batch was good and for our batch not yet started, it will be in the month of September to December. The highest, the lowest and average salary offered was 8 Lacs, 2.5 Lacs and 4 Lacs. Most of the marketing and finance oriented companies visits our college. Nearly 30 percent of our students got internship from college. There is a placement cell, it will be useful.

Dissatisfied because of the management policies.

Placements: Management won't allow the students to go for an internship even if a student has the offer. Placement training is good. The salary package varies from 2.5-12 Lacs where most get below 4 Lacs. The placement cell is not very student-friendly, but people work hard to bring in lots of companies to the college for placements.

Review about St. Joseph's college of engineering.

Placements: Placements were for my batch. Nearly 60% of the students got placements through campus, 10% went for higher studies. Companies like CTS, Wipro, Infosys, Amazon Development centre, TCS and etc. Visited our college and recruited more than five hundred students. The average salary offered was 2.8-5Lakhs per annum.

This is the best school of engineering.

Placements: I think, 80% of the companies are IT in which only 10% are from CSE, and 20% are IT, and the rest are from the other departments. In the remaining 20% of placements, 15% for chemical and biological engineering students, and the others are just searching for their jobs. Some rich kids are going for higher studies.

The college has good infrastructure and the best food.

Placements: The IT placements have just started in the college, and the seniors batch had a slump in IT placements due to various reasons, but the core placements were normal. For core industry, we need to move out of the college as our core is much limited. We are given certain additional value-added courses, which would be useful for attending interviews.

Review of St. Joseph's College of Engineering.

Placements: Mostly IT companies visit the college for placements. Many opportunities are provided to the students. Many core companies visit the respective departments such as Zoho, ThoughtWorks and Flextronics. Almost 85% of the students are placed on the campus, and the rest of the students either have backlogs or may be under any other disciplinary action.

Yearly once national level technical symposium will be conducted, and there is no cultural event.

Placements: Regarding placements, the competition is somewhat tough, and the expectations regarding the company are higher because this college comes from the top college's list. The companies visit this campus regularly and select the people, and the placement is more than enough in the college.

The best place to start your engineering.

Placements: It is a perfect place to get placement in an IT company. The college gives more placement oriented training from the first year of the college. The lab facility and the infrastructure are the best. They give communication training, technical training, every year, and also placement oriented training.

The college is do best only in their food and the standard for placement is getting less day by day.

Placements: It was really moderate and the highest placement for this year is Rs.6L. The average pay is around 2-3. The person with arrears are not allowed for placements. The main reason for dull placements is student don't have the business knowledge. Most of the students were offered sales executive jobs. For HR -2.5L per annum was the package.

A very good college for studies and mostly very good for the food provided.

Placements: Most of the placement companies that came to college were software companies like Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro, etc., but students who have cleared all the semester papers were only allowed for placements, not even students with one arrear were allowed. There is a separate block for placement in the college. Very few core companies will come for placement, and after graduation, the college will send emails about off-campus placement for freshers.

Dissatisfied with the placements.

Placements: For the past two years, the number of companies came for placements is not much. There are no mechanical core companies for the last 2 to 3 years. The selection of placement is also less. Only IT-based companies are coming for the interview. Only CSE and IT students can be selected. Even though the selection is less in number, for other departments, it is very difficult to attend the interviews and get passed.

Food is life, and if you love non-vegetarian, then you should join in this college.

Placements: Before four years, the placement was too good, which include a lot of core companies even in the year 2015 the mobile phone company, Huawei came to our campus and selected 3 students with a salary package of 10 lacs per annum. But this year, the placement is dull, which is half compared to that of the previous year hope while we are super seniors, the chance of placement should increase.

The college is good for the undergraduates, who want a sound knowledge of engineering.

Placements: The facilities of internship are good. The internships during my time were not a mandatory part of the course, but now, the internship facilities have become prominent, and good companies like Deloitte and Accenture come for the placements. The recent flood problem has hindered job opportunities, but they are likely to be settled soon.

The college is for only food, but bad education system.

Placements: This time placed candidates were more than the senior batch. Around, 30-40 percent places offered at now. The salary offered is Rs. 20,000-1 lac per month. The roles offered like the developer, software testing, sales, etc. All the student have got the internships. There is a placement cell. But not useful and efficient.

The best place to start a wonderful path for our future.

Placements: Regarding placements, our college trains us for campus recruitment from the first year of joining. Weekly once, we are supposed to take up online exams through the third-party vendors, so no problem in preparing for the campus placements. Coming to the companies approaching our college, since everybody knew that we are being trained from the first year, many companies like CTS, TCS, Thought Works, Zoho, Accenture, Soliton, MindTree, Verizon, HTC global services, Wipro, Infosys, etc., approach us...

You choose this college and it will make you.

Placements: Good training for the placements. It is up to your work whether you will place or not. Everyone has a chance to be placed. Every semester, one placement training will be conducted by the placement staff members. Every year, 78% of the students get the job in the placements.

I am dissatisfied because of placement, faculty and infrastructure. Good in food and sports.

Placements: The placements seem to be very poor for our batch though our seniors got only a few placement offers in the vast population. The total number of students placed this year is less than 10%. The companies that visited are CTS, Wipro, Zoho, Wheels India and Infosys. The students are offered to appear for amplitude test and then for HR round. Our college is not used to give any internships to the students. So it is a waste considering the stipends. Placements: Placements in our college are good and we are given training in order to clear our aptitude round in all the companies. Various companies like CTS, Infosys, Mindtree, Sanmina, Sanmar, soliton, ThoughtWorks, etc. have visited our college. Our senior batch placements were good.

It has good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: The placements are very good here. We are trained and are made to attend various tests so that we can crack the placement aptitude round which is the first round in all companies. Some of the companies which visited our campus this year are Infosys, Tata Communications, Zoho, Amazon, CTS, MindTree, Thoughtworks, etc.
