The labs and classrooms are good. The food is good.

Placements: Our senior batch placements were very good. About 80 percent of the students got placed. The companies which came to our campus were CTS, Soliton, Sanmar, Infosys, Sanmina, NTT Data, Amazon, Zoho, Mindtree, Wheels India, Visteon, etc. The lowest salary offered was 2.2 LPA, and the highest being nearly 15 LPA.

Good faculty, hygienic food, and strict rules.

Placements: The placements are good in our college, but this year (2018) it was poor than our seniors batch. However, our college strives hard to bring as many as companies. The various companies which came to the campus are Infosys, CTS, MindTree, Amazon, Zoho, Tata communications, etc.

In college, a good training given for placement and there is good infrastructure.

Placements: The placement was good for our seniors batch. This year 2018 batch placements are still going on, and many companies are visiting the campus. The college gives good training for placement, and on an average, the overall placement percentage was around 80%-90% for our seniors.

Good placements, excellent infrastructure and highly qualified faculty members.

Placements: Our college focuses a lot on placements. The students in our college are given placement training during the odd semesters. The companies like Soliton, Wipro, Infosys, Mindtree, Thoughtworks, Tata Communications, NTT Data, Amazon, Torry Harris, Zoho, Vernalis, etc., have visited our campus and recruited our college students. The roles of a software engineer, networking engineer, quality analyst, content writer, etc., were offered to students. The highest salary offered was 7 lacs per annum, and ...

the college have some good and bad reviews.

Placements: In our college, the placements are better compared to other colleges. The management itself provides the placement training for the students during the course. It helps us to achieve more during the placement session, because of this many students were placed in the MNCs.

This college is recommended for students who came out of a strict school. Not satisfied.

Placements: Placements are good. Top core companies like Wipro, CTS, Tata Communications, etc. and product-based companies like Zoho. The criteria for placement are null arrears, GPA above 8.5. Average salary package- 3 LPA. The students are responsible to find internship on their own.

One of the top engineering colleges in OMR

Placements: Considering the placement of the (2013-2017) batch is good, there will be bulk recruitment from IT sectors like (Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahendra, etc.), 70 percent of students will be placed in IT sectors because of bulk requirement and Zoho will be premium recruiter with the highest package considering the above with the minimum number. Apart from that, core organizations like MRF tyres and Sanmar visited and the hired percentage was very minimum. Internships were not organised by the placem...

Time and Tide wait for none.

Placements: The placements are good, which are very useful. Everyone can get placed and do the work. Everyone is offered a job everywhere the jobs are available. You have to put the hard work of getting equipped. Now and then the jobs are available. You should perform well.

Teachers in this college make us shine.

Placements: Placements were very good. If a bit of hard work is given, everyone can get placed. Companies like Zoho, Amazon and various other top companies will recruit on campus. Just a bit hard work and confidence is needed. The management will provide various extra classes for equipping us for the placements. On the whole, the campus will be very good and useful.

Really a good college among the affiliated institutions of Anna University.

Placements: The St. Joseph holds the highest number when it comes to the placements. Among all the Anna University affiliated institutions, it has 88% placement record. Our major recruiters are Infosys, CTS, and Wipro. Besides IT companies, even core companies come to recruit candidates from mechanical engineering, though the number is too less in this case.

A place where you can get good education and good exposure

Placements: Placements were really good. It had almost 90% placement. Since the college was established in 1994, it had a lot of industry contacts which helped in placements. Overall, it was a nice experience sitting for placements. Companies were coming even after completion of the course.

Overall review of the college

Placements: More than 60% of the students who didn't have backlogs got placed in various IT companies. The highest salary is around 6 LPA and the lowest is 2.5 LPA in companies like Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, HTC, HCL, etc. as a software developer. Chances for internships and live projects are less since they won't provide time for these kinds of activities.

Good placements in 2016 and the food is just awesome.

Placements: Placements are very good in our college and I am currently working in the company which I got placed during the college time. Placement preparations are very good. I had zero knowledge during the 2nd year of aptitude and programming but they gave us separate sessions to get trained for the placements. Around 70% students got placed (almost all no arrear students got placed). The highest package offered was 15 L per annum, the average was 3.5 L per annum and the lowest was 2.8 L per annum. College gives priorities to discipline and marks. Comfortable for students who are studious.

Placements: The placement is good but you only get IT companies. They will give training for placements and you need to pay money, which is compulsory for all students. Placement training will be given by outside staff members. In my batch, totally 890 students are placed. They were placed at Zoho, Cognizant, Infosys and Wipro.

Really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: 96% placements for our seniors and 94% for our batch. Many of our batch students got placed in more than 1 company. The salary package ranged from 7L to 3L p.a. All major companies including Infosys, CTS, Wipro, recruited the students. Some companies offered a job with 6 months training program.

Everything is fine. A totally wonderful college.

Placements: It's a well-reputed college and its a group of Jeppiaar's Educational Trust. 100% placement for all students those who study well. Even candidates with 1 or 2 arrears can attend the placement interviews. Placement training classes are provided. In my batch, 800 were placed. The salary went up to 6 lakhs p.a. and the lowest is 2.5 lakh p.a.

College rules are a bit strict. Food & hostel are excellent. Good sports. Exam schedules are tiring.

Placements: Companies started visiting our campus in August end. Our batch's placements were some of the best in the last few years. Almost 90% of the eligible students (eligibility criteria being no standing arrears for most of the companies, though a few companies like Zoho, Soliton did not have any criteria and only tested your programming knowledge.) More than 700 students were placed in Cognizant. Cognizant, Wipro and Infosys visited our college on day zero. Around 15 from our department were placed in...

Choose it but keep your senses open.

Placements: Placement is good but the negative point is that only IT industries visit the college and take students who are good in programming in which only CSE and IT student get placed. Very rarely, core students are placed in IT. So anyone who is thinking to take up core stream in this college for good placement, forget that you will ever get a job from here until you are good at programming.

The college is average, but it can be improved in terms of rules.

Placements: Many students got placed, and most of them got their call letter at an earlier rate also. But the companies which visited the college for placements are not very good as most of them were IT companies. Very few or none of the core companies visit the college to offer placements for every department.
