I'm absolutely dissatisfied by some of our faculty as they are not able to communicate well.

Placements: In St. Peter's Engineering College, approximately 50% of the students were placed in good companies (e.g., Wipro, Deloitte, HCL, TCS, and Tech Mahindra), and the remaining students were placed in other companies. The lowest package is approximately 1.5 to 2 lacs, and the average package is approximately 3 to 3.5 lacs. This year, the highest package was obtained by a CSE student at 24 lacs. Top recruiting companies in our course are TCS, Tech Mahindra, Deloitte, Wipro, and many more. Approximatel...

Satisfied with college faculties and below average placement.

Placements: Our college had below-average placement. The placement officer is quite good but the companies that come here are below average. Those companies only take aptitude, they only take students who have good communication skills and also sign bonds for more than a year. These are the worst parts of the placement scenario. The average placement offered was around 2 Lacs per annum and the highest was 24 Lacs; however, only one student received that package, and it was from an off-campus opportunity.

Good college with bad management.

Placements: In our college, the training placement officer is good but the companies that they bring to college are not good. Those companies are only asking for aptitude and general HR rounds after that they make the final list.

Review of St. Peter’s Engineering College.

Placements: Many companies from Bangalore visit our college to recruit students. They offer low salary packages. We are not satisfied with the salary packages. The cost of living is more in Bangalore. The salary package offered ranges between 2.5 LPA - 3.5 LPA. Top roles offered are BPO, software engineer, intern, and business development. We have to pay Rs. 20,000 for CRT. They didn't place in a good company. They placed us in a call center job in Bangalore. It is difficult for students who paid for placem...

Our college provides good infrastructure, but placements are not good.

Placements: Due to certain situations, like the recession, only a handful of students got placed. The majority of the company was in the IT sector. The highest salary package offered was 7 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA to 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Wipro, TCS, Capgemini, Hexaware, Infosys, etc., visited our campus. Almost 40% of students got placed. Top roles offered were software developer and software tester.

It has a good environment and teachers I am dissatisfied with the college placements in 2021.

Placements: Around 80% of the students get placed by our college. The highest salary package offered is 4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 1.5 LPA. Surya Tech, Wipro, Amazon, HCL, Cognizant, and Capgemini are the top recruiting companies of our college. Almost 20% of students are placed from our college management. An average college with average placements.

Placements: The placements in our college are below average as very few students get placed. Mainly, the students from CSE and ECE get placed because of their software background. The students of other branches have very few opportunities. Students must have different skills other than academics, such as Python, Java etc. Communication and soft skills play a major role.

Placements: We are expecting much more placements in the next year, till now, the placements were average, and the package is also average. Companies like Paytm and Capgemini visited our campus, with an average package. The campus recruitment training in the campus is excellent.

Good infrastructure, but poor teaching facilities.

Placements: The placements offered are poor. No core companies in this year. You will be having mostly BPO opportunities and nothing more. The companies on the banners and other various advertisements are most of them fake. And the numbers are both a combination of on and off campuses placement.

My college is perfect for studying and if you want to enjoy, don't choose this college.

Placements: The placements are only for the best percentage people not for the talented. The salary offered was Rs. 20,000 per month, if you will get selected. Otherwise, it is hard to find a related job, and I am still suffering from the job. I am from the EEE department as there are lots of competition so don't choose this college.

Highly recommended not to opt for this. If opted, your pockets will be always be emptied.

Placements: Honestly, this college doesn't have core jobs based on either electronics or electricals or mechanical or at least computer science. All they get is jobs related to BPO, tech support, voice process and non-voice process that too with a very low package of less than 2.4 LPA. The placement cell staff members refer students for off-campus and pool campus drives held in other colleges and if at all any student gets selected in the interview process, they take off the whole credit and publish the res...
