The crowd is amazing, he prepare for placements, the faculty was average and no facilities at all.
Placements: 75% of students get placed but the average package is not so good. The highest package is around 17LPA while the lowest and average are 3-6LPA respectively. The top companies are Samsung, Josh, Optum and Acceldata. 30% of students get internships in Acceldata and Samsung. Most roles offered are Sde or Sdet.
Infrastructure: The facilities like Wi-Fi, Labs, Cleanliness and Maintenance of classrooms are good but the hostel facilities are not so good. The rooms are very old and the food is also not so good and tasty. There was only Football in the sports. In food, we don't have good oil and ratio is used. Even in the canteen, we have limited options and the medical facilities are good. Not many facilities sports and no support too. There are computers in labs but many do not work at all. In the library, we do not use to get every book. Disappoint but felt short of words.
Faculty: The teachers mostly read books and they are not that knowledgeable. We have to put effort into studying and the curriculum is very old so it is irrelevant in today's context. The semester exams are tough but the pass percentage is good around 95%.
Other: I had choose this course because it teaches me useful things and I have a keen interest in this field. The things that can be improved are teachers should give more attention and more practical as well as industry-driven knowledge should be provided. There are fests but not so good and the crowd is good with scholarships and extra activities are robotics, aeroclub etc.

I am not satisfied with placements and faculty members of this college.
Placements: Placements were very good. Top recruiting companies visited our college to hire students for banks, sales, and marketing roles. No company visited our college for the HR domain. Only 50% of students got placed in this course.
Infrastructure: Hostel was not available in this college. You had to find your place to stay. The girls' hostel was not available. The canteen was average in this college.
Other: Our college did not take any responsibility for your degree and mark sheet. The course was for 2 years. I would highly recommend students to take admission to it.

This college is a good choice as HBTI is renowned. It is a top MBA college in UP.
Placements: Our college offers MBA/PGDM in different domains with dual specialisation. It is an average college in terms of placements. Top recruiting companies here were ITC, Airtel, Writer Corporation and Jaro Education. Basically, they place students in the marketing area. The remaining students struggle to find jobs on their own.
Infrastructure: STEP HBTI has an average campus, but the best part is it comes under the campus of HBTI. So, it's a nice area and very renowned in Kanpur. Now HBTI is converted into a university as HBTU, and you can join it. There are two canteens, and both of them are good. There is access to the library. Many other curricular activities are organised on the campus, and students can take part in them.
Faculty: Teachers here are helpful and qualified. But you need to do some other online courses to improve your skills for a better career. As this is not completely a private college, so it works as per the UPTU syllabus. It does not have its own syllabus. The pass percentage is more than average. For semester exams, you can prepare from the past few years' papers for practice purposes.
Other: Events, fest, etc., are organised here. Scholarships are available. If you are in Kanpur and don't want to hassle yourself more, you can choose this college.

Satisfied with the college considering the fee.
Placements: It is a good college in terms of fees and provides MBA and PGDM courses. Around 60-70% of students got placed. The top recruiting companies are BYJU's, Extra Marks, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, OYO, ITC Limited, Indiamart, Just Dial and many more. About 95% of students do internships, and companies, which offer internships are Kotak Mahindra, ITC etc. The highest salary package offered was 7 LPA, and the lowest package was 2.5 LPA. Overall, it is a good college in terms of fees compared to other institutes.
Infrastructure: The library, computer labs, volleyball and badminton courts, Wi-Fi, etc., are available here. Hostels are not available for STEP-HBTI students. Air-conditioned classrooms are available for PGDM only, not for MBA. The infrastructure of our college is not much good, but the library and computer labs are good.
Faculty: The faculty members are well qualified, helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. There are classrooms for teachers to teach students using presentations. They focus on books, case studies and sometimes provide other materials for study. The curriculum can make some students industry-ready.
Other: I chose MBA as my career option to gain some administration skills and also to gain some guidance for startups.

It is a good college in terms of fees.
Placements: More than 80% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. ICICI Bank, Byju's and Extramarks are the top recruiters for our course. About 90% of the students do internships, and companies which offer internships are ITC, etc. Many institutes also conduct pool campus drives. Our college was good compared to other institutes.
Infrastructure: Computer labs, volleyball court, library, etc., are available here. There are no hostel facilities for STEP HBTI students. There are project classrooms in which teachers teach with the presentations prepared by themselves.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified, and their teaching quality was also good. The course curriculum won't make students ready for the industry as they basically focus on the classroom and do not focus on providing outside industry exposure. The guidance provided by the teachers is very good. One of the best teachers is Puri sir.
Other: I have chosen an MBA as a career option to gain some administration skills.

There is good placement in STEP-HBTI with highly educated faculty.
Placements: There is good placement in STEP-HBTI. The highest package of batch 2020 is around 10-12 L/annum. Companies like Just Dial, IndiaMart, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, OYO, ITC limited and other big companies visit for placements. For Internship programme, there are many companies who visit college. In my batch, almost everyone got Internship from the college itself. I will give placement 8 out of 10.
Infrastructure: There is a good and big library, classrooms and canteen area. There is ground for sports activities as well. There is a computer lab for students. Well cleaned classrooms. Big cafeteria and greenery all around. There are medical facilities for all the students. I'll rate it 7 out of 10.
Faculty: There are very highly educated faculty in STEP-HBTI. Faculty members are very supportive and helpful. They are very knowledgeable. Best faculty for MBA. They are focusing on teaching Case study and just not only books, which gives us more knowledge about the industry or situation we are going to face in future. So it's helpful for us as well. The faculty is 10 out of 10.
