Students can pursue an MBA at a low fee structure from this reputed college.

Placements: An average of 90%-100% of the students will get placements from our college. The highest salary package offered ranges from 6 LPA-8 LPA, while the average salary package offered ranges from 3 LPA-5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered ranges from 2 LPA-3 LPA. The top recruiting company for our course is ITC. About 10% of the students got internships in Extramarks from MBA and PGDM. Topmost roles are offered mostly in the marketing domain.

Satisfied with the college considering the fee.

Placements: Placements in our college are average. The college cannot be considered good for campus placements. But, students can get placed through pool campus drives and other measures in every specialisation. Internships are provided. There are on-campus as well as off-campus placement opportunities.

It is an average college. I am not satisfied because of its infrastructure.

Placements: The college has a placement cell, which is very supportive to students. I am in the first year, so I have not appeared for any interview, but I have seen the placements of our seniors. No company visited the campus this year, but the pool campus drives are conducted. Most of our seniors got placed. The average salary package offered was around 4 to 5 LPA. We have done our summer internships for which companies visited the campus and selected the students. So overall, the placements in this colle...

Our college is good because of its name and relatedness with HBTU as HBTU is a well-known college in

Placements: Overall placements in our college are good but not very good. As the college is related with HBTU Kanpur, it has so much of name and fame. Placements are average here as companies do not visit the college for placements. Most students attend pool campus interviews.

Please don't take admission in this college, bad experience, not worthy doing PGDM from here.

Placements: Placements of the college for the year 2016-18 were a bit improved as compared to the previous years. The placement coordinator was Dr Satish Chandra Ojha was really an active person and also helps to attract many companies for the placements. Companies such as Airtel was a very vital attraction, but the companies that visited for the students of HR domain were very less. Most of the companies offered for marketing positions.

I am not satisfied with the education system of this college, and the placements are very bad.

Placements: The placement records of the college are very bad. No company visits here for a placement drive, and even the college is not interested in inviting any company. If any company wants to come for placements, they reject or refuse to call them as the college is not even capable of bearing the expenses of placement drives.

It provides all the information regarding internships.

College is worth the money.

Placements: Placement is very good. Reputed companies visit the college and all the students get equal chance of being selected. Seniors got placed in very good organisations. Training and placement cell provides various opportunities to the students for training as well as internship.

Satisfied with faculty, but not infrastructure.

Placements: Almost 85% of the students got placed through pool campus, so placements in the college are average. There are no campus placements in this college. Even though if any company visits the college for recruiting, they offer the worst opportunities. So if you want to get placed in a good company, you need to find it on your own.

The placements and infrastructure are not good, but totally satisfied with the faculty.

Placements: The placements done in our college are okay, and they allow us to go for pool placements. And if we get selected, then that placement is counted in their records. The companies that come for recruitment are worst. So if we want to get placements, we need to try on our own.

There are no placements on the campus, and there is no connection with HBTI, Kanpur.

Placements: No companies visited the campus in our duration. Around, 6-7% of the students got placed from the off-campus. The average salary offered is 3.5 LPA. The roles offered to the students were the relationship manager, sales, etc. Around, 5-6% of the students got the paid internship. There is a placement cell. We can take an idea of placement cell by the percentage of students placed.

The faculty is not helpful. Overall, infrastructure and teaching methods are not good.

Placements: Step HBTI is a part of the famous University of Kanpur HBTI. It is running for the goodwill of HBTI. The placement record is very bad up to now any company haven't visited in the college campus. The student takes part in other colleges. The highest package of last year was 6LPA something. Internship stipend was not good. Only 4-6 students got the stipend this year. Only 2-3 companies visited the college for the internship without giving any stipend. The faculty and the course offered are excellent on the campus.

Placements: The campus was good, but the major drawback is they organise pool campus rather than the on-campus. The company which offered the highest package is zero one technology, and the lowest is 3.5 LPA. Although the ITC increased its reputation, and they have lack of IT industry. We need some IT industries like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, which suits it's level, name and fame.

Faculty is good and knowledgeable. PGDM students get good industry exposure .

Placements: The placement is not good. Most of the students got placed through pool campus or by their own efforts. The percentage of students placed is quite low and disappointing. Although this year our team of training and placement is working hard and hope to see good future of placements. The highest salary package offered to the students is 50k per month. If we talk about internship then also the percentage of students getting an internship from the college is less than 20 percent. ...

Placements: IN STEP - HBTI, the placements are not very good. About 30 % students are placed from the college campus, and in my seniors' batch also, the same percentage of students were placed through the campus. The highest salary package offered is 5-6 lakhs PA. whereas, the lowest salary package is 2 lakhs PA. Our college needs to improve more in every perspective.

Placements: All that you gain is going through a pool campus. Training and placements are under students only. Efforts which they could do is given in the form of output. T&P faculty members don't have any role, but students get an opportunity to learn more.
