I suggest to you that if you have a proper goal for your future, choose another college.
Placements: In Swarnandhra College, around 65% of students were placed. The students who are placed highest have 75% CGPA. The highest package of the CSE department is 12 Lacs per annum. Only few are people got 12 lacs; the maximum number got 8 Lacs per annum This is the average package of the college and the lowest package is 4 Lacs per annum. Placement is not very good but okay compared to other colleges. 80% of students got placed.
Infrastructure: Every floor contains water facilities and a girls waiting hall. There is no Wi-Fi inside the class or on the floors. There are no Wi-Fi facilities. This is one of the drawbacks. There are 8 labs in my department, but only 4 have good Wi-Fi facilities and good systems. The remaining labs have old systems and there are no Wi-Fi connections. The hostel is a waste.
Faculty: Only a few teachers teach subjects correctly and within the time. They have a proper goal: to impart knowledge to the student. The remainder is total waste for the college. They can come and go; some are not talented teachers but they try to teach something. They do teaching only for salary; no one is teaching for teaching as a passion. The semester is too good for all people to get a good percentage.
Other: I chose computer science because, in my school life, my goal was to become a software engineer. But now there is no such value for software. So I am focusing on AI at present. My goal is different but now I changed my goal. Because in the future, AI can play a role all over the world. It is impossible to reach my goal at this college so the only option is to learn from the Internet.

Varied Faculty Quality, Strong Placement Record, and Impressive Infrastructure.
Placements: Around 70% of people from my course are placed. The highest package is 24 lakhs, and the lowest package is around 2.8 lacks. Infosys, IBM, and Accenture are the top recruiting companies. Around 40% of students got internships. Developed, Trainee, Associate Software Engineer, Analyst are the top roles offered.
Infrastructure: The entire campus is equipped with Wi-Fi, ensuring connectivity in every corner. Each classroom is equipped with digital boards, enhancing the learning experience. Premium benches are provided for students' comfort. The library is well-maintained, although it may lack a wide range of new publication books. The hostel facilities are excellent, with clean rooms and 24/7 drinking water availability. The hostel staff ensures cleanliness, although the quality and taste of the food may not match that of home-cooked meals. However, there is a lack of proper medical facilities on campus. Games and sports activities are primarily encouraged for hostel students.
Faculty: The majority of teachers are highly qualified and deliver good-quality, understandable teaching. However, the curriculum may not be entirely relevant to the industry. Despite this, the college's autonomous status makes the semester exams relatively easy for students, resulting in a good passing percentage.
Other: Compared to other colleges in the West Godavari district, this is one of the top colleges. The best thing about my course is that the top 30k ranked students are only getting seats in it. We need some more good circulars for this course. Lab facilities need to be improved. When it comes to main events, festivals, and connectivity, we cannot expect those from this college.

We are dissatisfied with our faculty, but the college provides good placements for us .
Placements: In my course, 60 percent of students were placed. Presently, the highest package in my course is 12 lacs per annum, the lowest package is 4 lacs per annum and the average package is 8 lacs per annum. Infosys, IBM and Cisco are the top recruiting companies in my course. The students who scored more than 75% CGPA got internships in AWS Academia, Paloatlo, Fortinet, and Funiper. Most of the students got internships from AICTE as well.
Infrastructure: We have more labs with modern computers and air conditioners; we have two big libraries with more books; we have two big hostels that provide one room for three members; we have a play ground, a gym, and a net cricket club; mess food is average to eat; some times, the food is the worst in the mess and is not worth the fee.
Faculty: Some teachers are helpful, but most of the faculty are not teaching well. Some teachers are knowledgeable but they are lazy at teaching. Some teachers treat students as if they were their own children. They do not complete the syllabus in time. In my college, semester exams are conducted very strictly. The pass percentage in every semifinal is above 65 percent.
Other: I chose the computer science engineering course because now days this course provides most of the software jobs. The best thing about my course is that if you get a grip on a particular computer language, it will scope for better packages .

Average college with pretty decent placements.
Placements: Mostly, CSE has demand and has recently introduced several sub-branches like AIML, robotics, CSE (data science), AI and data science, CSE (cyber Security) and CSE (business systems). Many new startup companies look to our college and we have mass hiring sometimes. Software associates are mostly offered and now we are getting more like devops trainees and cybersecurity trainees. During this year (2024), 12 LPA is the highest and the lowest is 3.7 LPA. Mass hiring is mostly about internships. They get placed if they perform well. Nearly 200+ students got internships.
Infrastructure: Facilities in labs are up to standard. Classrooms and labs are okay. Wi-Fi is only available in labs. Hostel and mess are just okay (survival). Food in the mess is good, but in the canteen it is not that good. There are no medical facilities inside the college. For sports and games, we have a hall.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching is mostly above average (theoretically very good). It depends on the students; they can ask sir to add their needed subject as an elective or addon. Pretty good. One night of preparation is enough. The pass percentage is above 90%.
Other: I chose this course because I am very interested in computer science. I don't consider this a separate course, as CS should be mandatory in this AI era. Instead of repeating subjects (we had Python in one semester and advanced Python in another semester as a lab and the same with Java), we need to have more different subjects like CPP (for our semester it is removed), Devops, and Cloud. We have approximately 3-5 events per year. There is no particular focus on sports; if you want, then you can go.

College was good, good placements in 2023 and good infrastructure.
Placements: In Swarnandhra College of Engineering and Technology, over 75% of students are placed in campus placements. The highest package in campus placement is 12 LPA, while the lowest package is 4 LPA. Few members received the 12 LPA package, while most students secured 8 LPA.
Infrastructure: In Swarnandhra College of Engineering and Technology, the infrastructure is good, but Wi-Fi access is not provided to students. Some computers in the labs are not functioning well. The library is good, but the hostel food is not satisfactory. The hostel infrastructure is okay, and the ground is very big, suitable for playing games in college.
Faculty: In Swarnandhar College of Engineering and Technology, some teachers are helpful to the students. The teachers are qualified and knowledgeable, too. The curriculum progresses quickly, with semesters completed in 3 or 4 months. Semester exams are challenging, with a 70% pass percentage.
